Fantastic service! It is hard to find someone always smiling and happy to interact with customers. Our barista, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, has always a smile and good word everytime I come for my coffee

The trainee barista was really nice but the other one was just rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. My coffee comes i ask for a straw and no straws?! Then i asked for a lid and same thing NO LIDS. What kind of coffee shop is not equipped i just got given my coffee in a cup like i’m in a bar. Unacceptable!

Victoria train station at Neros.Coffee ordered and made, pulled out a fiver and the chap said " We don't take cash didn't you read the sign ?" Me...its not my job to read your signs but you are in business to make money and here it is £. Down the drain it went 👊🇬🇧

I am not impressed with this coffee Nero anymore everytime when II come I ask for a large late one shoot they give me regular they should listen to the customer is it not the first time when it happen I used to be a regular customer

I'm getting my coffee here every morning. Most of the time, when busy, they dont clean the coffee machine, and the coffee tastes really bad. Asked for a double machiato today and got a latte. Told the man making it. i didn't ask for such a coffee. His answer was: What do you want me to do? im busy, and im in a rush. Really bad product and service Congrats boys. I will go to Costa from now on!

I understand the location and setup of the kiosks are not ideal for baristas to work. But, yipes! With only 3 orders to make 3 staff were frazzled (but friendly.) The portafilters were soiled with burnt grounds and weren't being cleaned between shots - despite having 2 coffee machines (6 extractors.) Does Nero even train/check on their baristas, I wonder?

I was not very happy because when i asked for a booster they didn’t let me! But they said they ran out of milk. But. Milk wasn’t in my meal deal which i wanted because food i expensive you know. My Son said and i quote “ that Blueberry muffin was yummy in my tummy.” I then responded with ok and. All in all it was a slightly pleasant experience

Is very bad l got to the shop 15 mins before the closing time and she refused to serve me Victoria station

My mocha tasted like soap. I would have waited 10 more minutes for it to have been made correctly. What can I say? You can’t always have it your way, I guess.

The service was terrible, The person who served me said that the luxury hot chocolate was only made with cows milk and a shot of espresso when that was not stated on the menu. They had terrible manners!

Unfriendly staff member verging on rude. She was able to smile at colleagues so attitude was reserved for customers who actually keep her employed.

Dear Cafe Nero Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Nero Express cafè located at London Victoria station. On the morning of 03/10/23 I visited your cafe and placed an order for a decaffeinated latte. Unfortunately, I received a decaffeinated breakfast tea instead. I didn't notice the mistake until I was already on the London Underground, and it was too late to return to the cafe. This mix-up was quite disappointing, as I paid £3.90 for a cup of tea that I did not order. To make matters worse, I had to purchase another coffee from a different establishment, resulting in an additional expense and inconvenience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it's essential to maintain the accuracy of orders and ensure customer satisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could take this matter seriously and look into improving your order accuracy and customer service at this location. A refund or voucher for the amount spent on the incorrect order would be greatly appreciated.

Really not impressed with this Nero, I'm normally a fan but this one completely messed up my order, I asked for plain croissants which had jam in them and I was not told they had jam in them so you can imagine my surprise when I started to eat it, already half way through my journey so I couldn't go back and return it. Then I asked for a vanilla latte and I even repeated my order just to make sure they heard me as the guy taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing at all and what they gave me was just a latte, NOT vanilla so needless to say, really not satisfied and they should really work on customer service and perhaps try actually LISTENING to what the customer wants. So now I've completely wasted my money and I'm stuck with a latte I didn't want and a pastry I didn't want. Great.

Worst cafe nerro I’ve visited. So disappointed. The mocha was extremely bitter and the crossiant clearly wasn’t fresh, it was as hard as a rock. Do better. I had to throw away the coffee and croissant

Buying my coffee and breakfast here every single morning. Today, red haired barista bumped and dropped my cup of coffee and spilt all over. No excuse, no sorry. She didn’t care at all. One of her colleague came and helped me to wipe the coffee on the table but he did not offer a new coffee lol. I am a regular of this place. Ended up with half of my coffee with no apology. What a joke!

Very good service at this kiosk in Victoria station. Coffee was hot and fast served. The baristas serving me were lovely, laughing with each other but serving customers in a fast pace. It was a tall guy with dark hair and a short lady with dark purple/red hair. Overall, a good experience.

There are usually nice staff at this branch but this morning I had the misfortune of being served by an extremely rude female barista (Italian, dark hair and very pale skin, quite short). I was stood in the queue behind two customers, which said barista could very clearly see, then when it was my turn to be served, some random bloke pushed in front of me in the queue and started giving her his order. I politely said to him "excuse me, I was here first", before saying the same to the barista. Instead of being professional about the situation, she barked "I said "next" and you didn't say anything" at me. Apparently a customer being stood in a queue behind the person in front for several minutes isn't enough of an indication that someone is waiting to be served (maybe she thinks people like doing that for fun?). That besides, it's also not my fault a staff member isn't raising their voice loudly enough for customers to hear them amid the loud coffee machines and train station tannoys. This barista has a disgustingly bad attitude and can't seem to grasp basic human interaction, let alone basic customer interaction. Definitely won't be returning.

Asked for a flat white. Looked like a cappuccino. Please take care when making a flat white. The foam on top should have no bubbles, should be dense and flat. With a pattern on top (don’t just Chuck the milk in as they tend to do). It’s £3.10 for a flat white….the least you could do is not rush my order. Employee more people.

Best takeaway flat white in a while. Late evening so quiet at Victoria Station, can't speak to when it's busier but barrista was friendly and made an excellent drink. Job done.

Ive asked for a strong hot chocolate with whipped cream on top. There was no whipped cream and the hot chocolate was watery. I pod £3 pounds for nothing. Terrible service, unfriendly staff.

Poor quality of drink. Asked for coconut latte, I’ve had many lattes, however not a bad quality like this. I also told her make sure it’s not too hot. I burnt my tongue. I say that for a reason as I want to drink my coffee straight away, I don’t want wait.

Walk in 6 am in the morning and I asked for a coffee and a hot chocolate . I saw that transaction was successful but the lady who was serving there told me that the payment didn't gone through and asked me to pay one more time. When I checked my banking online I saw that they charge me twice but the lady was very rude and didn't agree to take her coffee back and to refund me and she said that I will receive my money back for the first transaction. I said I know I will still I do not want to take the order anymore but she declined to make a refound for the second transaction. More than that she was very amused as probably her camera will show. Shame on you cafe Nero for the way you are training your staff. It was the last time when I will buy a coffee in this kind of shop

Nicest coffee I've had from any Caffè Nero outlet. The trainee who served me was really friendly and enthusiastic it really brightened my Sunday morning.

Bad experience. I usually have no complaints about this branch, however today my usual Chocolate Milano order got completely ruined. The guy who served me had issues understanding English to the point that I asked for the Milano to be really warm and the customer after me had to tell him that “warm” meant hot and not “foamy” as he thought. To make it worse as soon as I sipped the drink I immediately noticed I got served a normal chocolate with cow’s milk (which I don’t drink for health purposes) and NOT the Milano I ordered and payed for.

The worst service ever. They've ruined my day. I just wanted a milky machiato, the girl with the blue/dark hair, claimed in a very rude way that this is a flat white, not a machiato, so I've said ok no worries. I will never buy a coffee again from you guys. Rude Rude Rude Also I've brought my own flask.

Just paid £2.80 for an undrinkable cup of coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and was given a scalding hot cup full of milk with a shot of coffeee. Horrible. Sort it out.

The coffee at Cafe Nero is top of the range. Reasonably priced and goes so well with any of the carefully crafted panini, cookie and healthy snack bars. The only cafe I'll get a coffee is at Nero's otherwise it is a latte because the closest a coffee has ever come to one at Nero is the Lebanese coffee which I can drink without sugar. The customer service at Nero's is equally brilliant and matches the coffee. Just right. This branch has a drink I haven't seen before and that is the sparkling Italian lemon or peach with black tea. A must! It really kick starts your day the way tea does. I'm a coffee and tea expert 😅! Many many Congrats!!

Terrible Staff Experience! Hot Mocha was good though... so I got a mocha and muffin. The guy got made when I found mold on muffin and said "No that's just the blueberries." He was actually made at me because I grabbed the muffin instead of him grabbing but the muffins didn't say "DONT GRAB" or didn't have a glass panel, but just a bit of plastic wrap covering 70% of the stuff so it looked like you were supposed to grab it.

Down Victoria Station first thing this morning to pick up weekly travel card. Really appreciated coffee and woke me up...Needed that. Quick, friendly staff
