Redicilous took them 2 hours to deliver food won't be ordering here again only ordered twice from here and both times takes agrees to be delivered

The food was spot on. All my colleagues agreed as we used this as our "Christmas meal" at work. The only problem we had was that parts of the order were mixed up, so some people didn't get the meat they ordered. Apart from that, lovely and great service x

Apalling restaurant. Ordered food at 10.30 with an expected delivery of 11.30. The restaurant then changed delivery to 12.00. By 12.20 food had not arrived and no phone call or email from them. Rang the restaurant several times and no answer. Got in touch with just eat and they could not get through to them either so they cancelled the order. Waited over 2 hours and no food. Worst place i have ever used and i will never use again.

Not very nice ordered chips no chips come with roast potatoes that taste horrible ordered beef no beef just fat only thing was nice was puddings same with other dinner paid for chips got roast potatoes ended up binning dinners sausage sandwich was nice

Always impressed. Got here in time, the lunch was so tasty...plenty of gravy. Still nice and hot and so was the breakfast. Love this place. Thanks

What a complete waste of money. The whole thing was a disappointment was mainly carrot and turnip and the broccoli was more of a brown green mush, gravy wasn't good, I can make better with bisto, and god knows what was on the adult meal Yorkshire puddings, it was all slimey so that meal ended up in bin followed by the kids cos no way would I let my kids eat that food after seeing that on the adult dish. Disgusting and a complete disgrace. Never will we order again. Only good thing was the driver, she was lovely but the food a total disgusting mushy mess

Delivery time was spot on and arrived exactly when they said it would and the food was really nice.

Lovely food, food and gravy was hot and was delivered to guisborough by a very kind friendly guy . Grays were all wrapped in foil to keep in the heat . Kids had roast buns excellent value @ £3 Would recommend x

Absolutely gorgeous food. Really fresh and was still piping hot on delivery. Girl who delivered was lovely too! Gutted this isn't open through the week!!

Abysmal. Nearly 3 hours before I actually got my food. Rang up to enquire with to apology or explanation as to why food was so late. When it did arrive the only thing that was decent was the Pork. Veg tastes and smelled disgusting. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn't have minded if the food was actually decent.

I ordered a large beef dinner, this is how I have decided it's rating... 1. It had 5 different vegetables - carrots, brocolli, cabbage, peas and turnip which starts it out on 5 stars 2. It didn't have the roasties it was supposed to come with which drops it down to 4 stars 3. There was plenty of beef - 5 stars 4. The beef was quite tough and fatty - 4 stars 5. Some of the turnip was still hard - 3 stars 6. The dinner wasn't very warm when it arrived - 2 stars 7. It arrived half an hour earlier than stated giving it a final rating of 3 stars My partner ordered a turkey baguette which was supposed to come with stuffing and gravy but no gravy was included. Luckily we had some in the cupboard. Also the roasties were dry and only get 1/5 stars. Overall we think it was quite pricey for the quality of the food. Probably won't order again.

I ordered a Sunday Family Meal Deal. When my food arrived it looked like it had been bashed around. Items were missing and wrong, and the food portion size was far too small. The mash smelt funny, so luckily I tasted a small bit of it before giving it to my son and it was sour! It was either days old or off milk had been used. The meat looked fatty and tough. The whole lot was inedible! I tried to contact the company as I wanted a refund and for them to collect their inedible food. No one has responded, due to this I've contacted Trading Standards and I will be handing over the food to Enviromental Health tomorrow, food like this should not be served.

£3 delivery and I'm still waiting after 2 hours but just got an update saying my order has been delivered? Paid by card so it better arrive soon. Rang the place and they havnt got a driver yet so that is extra time. Can't comment on the food as it is non existent. So if you want to pay money for nothing but a hungry stomach this Is the place to order from ENJOY

Food good, however no conformation email sent and delivery an hour after ETA.

I order 4 large dinners on Sunday 2/10/17 at 10.15 the dinners didn't arrive until one o'clock which you can expect on a Sunday I have no problem with that but the food was awful personal I think you should go back to basic I learn to cook your food used to be brilliant so what happened to the lovely food you used to cook

We will not be ordering again the food was cold and the roastys were rock hard and if there were large dinners I would hate to see what the small ones look like

Amazing as always, I'm a very picky veggie and love a fry up from here! Even added a few extra bits of bacon in, which my dog loved! The staff are super friendly and it always arrives early!

I haven't had my meal delivered yet am still waiting

The food came 30 mins early but it was great and really good portions!

everything was appalling, already waited an hour and then waited an extra half an hour after that. rung them up and not very professional at all, it had just left when i rung which meant another long wait. by this time it was dinner, may as well of gone to a pub... never coming back and i recommend no one else does either.

Got all the wrong drinks I asked for bacon was just fat and I didn't get as much mushrooms as I thought.when it came it was also all over the box as if it had been flung around

Ordered hash browns and all I got were eggs bacon and what I'm assuming is a whole tin of beans. Not happy.

Food was spot on can't complain but can of coke missed off the order. Food quality made up for it though

I ordered two large Sunday dinners at 11:30 am. My order came to £18. The order was not delivered until 1:55 pm. The food was cold, hardly any gravy, the beef was mostly fat and the roast potatoes were undercooked. Overall I am extremely disappointed and would not reccomend/or re order from here.

Food was ordered at 11:15am. Email said delivery would be 12:15pm. Can appreciate some delays with being a Sunday but to be 50mins late is not great let alone being charged £3 delivery. Not happy!!!

Fast delivery nothing at all nice about food. Cheap and nasty full of grease and fat. Do not go here waste of money

Absolutely Devine! Been wanting a sunday roast for months since moving to ts6 area and omg this has to be the best! Definitely ordering from here again!

Absolutely foul food and pants customer service!! Perfect if you want Frozen roasties, a tiny bit of cabbage, and a few overdone garden peas! Bog basic veg Rang the number to complain spoke to a rude girl who said she would have to get her ''boss'' to ring me back, its been hours now and i still havent heard anything. The most basic of customer service skills!

This was only the second time I have ordered from here, and the food was fantastic, definitely going to order again!

Very long delivery time but expected a wait on a Sunday. Food was hot on arrival and a good sized portion. Meat was fresh, there was plenty of stuffing and gravy was tasty. Fresh roast potatoes would have scored it 6 stars but for frozen roasties, they were fine. I would probably order from here again.

Orderd the breakfast tray and orderd 2 of everything only got 1 piece of bacon when I orderd 2 and the black pudding wasn't cooked properly!! Won't be ordering here again and delivery took ages

Food was okay. Not the best quality. Didn't send any hash browns and didn't contact me to see if there was anything else I wanted, they just sent extra sausages and they weren't of the best quality. Tea was nice though and arrived quicker than stated but probably won't order again.

Waited 1 hour after time given .... The food 1 word .. Rank ... Never ever again no mash even tho on my partners she had mash ... Gravy was to thick feel like I have grease on my lips

Delivery took 2 hours almost with the shop marking the order has delivered well Before it was. Then the breakfast had no toast or bread bun. Very disappointed

Roast sandwich was lovely and plenty of meat. Roast potatoes were definetley frozen and weren't great. Gravy was fab though. Delivery was just short of 2 hours which is expected for a Sunday

First time using the carvery and I couldn't fault it. Arrived a little after the delivery time stated but the driver was very apologetic which is a first and the food was still hot and it was all homemade. Will definitely order from here again.

VILE I'm absolutely fuming I have spent money on food that quite frankly I wouldn't feed to my dog the roasties were very undercooked my turkey and stuffing sandwich was all stuffing the gravy was black and tasted like it was made with gravy granules a ton of salt and oil will never order from here again.

Food was good when it finally arrived. Turned up 1 hour 20 late then the delivery driver fed me a load rubbish saying the new driver didn't know where he was going so he took it back but when we got it, it was still absolutely redhot! Shocking

Used to really love this place, but have been pretty disappointed the last few times we've ordered. So much so we won't be returning. Service is sloppy from staff, delivery set-up is unorganised and it seems as if the business is just winging it. Food has been burnt or even items missing and delivery to Eston (ten minutes away) has taken 2hours+ to get to us.

Just eat tell you it's delivered when it's not. Took over an hour arrive, was cold had to reheat in microwave. Disappointed.
