Mcdonald's Restaurants in Middlesbrough

Rude manager. Called to check for milkshakes and told us to come over. After we came over she said the machine just broke and was rude on top of all. Absolutely pathetic. She needs coaching on how to be a manager no customer experience what so ever.

Took about 4 attempts to place my order, shouldn't employ staff with attitude it's a business based on customer service. Keep her for cleaning the store room and toilets where she doesn't need to speak to anyone

I asked for head office details, and he laughed, saying, “Ha, it’s a franchise, good luck with that!” I wasn’t sure if I was at McDonald’s or auditioning for Britain’s Got Absurdity! Now, let’s talk about the food. My meal arrived colder than a polar bear in a freezer. Seriously, I could have used my burger as an ice pack! And the presentation? If you’ve ever wanted to see what a burger looks like after a hard night out, just check my photo. I think it might’ve been auditioning for a role in a horror film! The cleanliness of the place was a whole other adventure. The tables were stickier than a kid’s fingers after a sweets binge, and the floor looked like it had hosted a food fight without the participants. So, if you fancy a meal that’ll leave you feeling more let down than a flat football, skip this McDonald’s. It’s a real “Happy Meal” if you’re looking for disappointment and a side of chaos. Save your pennies for a proper meal elsewhere—trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Hot and fresh for once, only probably is asking for certain amount off sauces they don’t give. Some people have problems swallowing sauce makes it easier

Order time kept changing which I am fine with if it’s busy, food was cold and one happy meal was missing fries entirely. The two large fries we got were only half full as well which we ended up giving so one of the happy meals had some fries

Disgusting final time i will ever get a mc Donald’s ask for no pickles in Hamburg it came with them in it mozzarella sticks tasted off and yes I order quite a few tomato ketchup’s because u messed my last order up no tomato ketchup at all to be honest I think you left the pickles in on purpose I have an allergy to them so I couldn’t eat that and it was just all round disgusting food and if you call them fries then I think you need to be retrained on how to cook them soggy cold fries are notfries

Got the wrong order although the driver did return with the right one I didn’t get my McFlurry sorry to all the staff who work there but you must do better I have ordered again so all together £40 of food let’s c if u mess my second or up 🤔🤦‍♀️

Fast but no effort. Extremely little sauce on the burger, sprite had no syrup (just carbonated water), chips were lukewarm. The only thing done right was I actually got the amount of bbq sauce (the small pots) I asked for which seemingly nobody else can do, and the Fanta was good too.

Absolutley shocking , ordered a nine chicken nugget meal , chips and nuggets freezing cold and the sauce we ordered with it not there. Ordered a 5 chicken select meal also freezing and the milkshake that came with it half full and no garlic sauce like we asked for. Finally ordered

The food was cold, the fries were limp and cold, inedible mozzarella sticks and both burgers looked like they had been put together with a catapult! Shocking. Worse Macdonalds meal ever. Only things that were okay with the whole thing was the drinks.

The food was really really cold . didn’t come with a straw for the drink and the delivery driver made me walk right around the block to collect my food as he didn’t know where he was going . My coffee from my order was all over my food in the bag, I did not except the food. I think I have been refunded my money but only £7.48 when I spent £13.78. Not happy at all 😢😞😞

Pro tip. Check your order before leaving. Edit - years later this McDonald's still suffers from the same issues with lack of attention, and fails to provide items with your order. If you're going to send me to a bay so your KPIs don't get impacted, at least get my order right.

Like every McDonald's, if you order more than one item, check your order, there's bound to be something missing. Lost count how many times I've had to go back after items have been missed, syrup for pancakes seems to be the most missed item. It's maccys, not gourmet food, it's mediocre, but handy if you're too busy to stop for real food.
