I food was supposed to turn up at 6:45 but didn’t end up arriving till 7:20 . The food was really really cold . didn’t come with a straw for the drink and the delivery driver made me walk right around the block to collect my food as he didn’t know where he was going . As it was raining this made me wet and my food was freezing cold

My coffee from my order was all over my food in the bag, I did not except the food. I think I have been refunded my money but only £7.48 when I spent £13.78. Not happy at all 😢😞😞

Pro tip. Check your order before leaving. Edit - years later this McDonald's still suffers from the same issues with lack of attention, and fails to provide items with your order. If you're going to send me to a bay so your KPIs don't get impacted, at least get my order right.

Disgusting foods always missing

Food was missing and the rest was cold and was no drink

Like every McDonald's, if you order more than one item, check your order, there's bound to be something missing. Lost count how many times I've had to go back after items have been missed, syrup for pancakes seems to be the most missed item. It's maccys, not gourmet food, it's mediocre, but handy if you're too busy to stop for real food.

Top man shouldn’t have to wear a stab proof vest to do his job. An absolutely disgraceful vision of society . Good man 5 stars

Didn't even pack the chicken nuggets and just packed ice cream!

They have brought the wrong order

Initial delivery time of 18.15, advanced to 19.00 +, food was only warm and some cold. Ice items melted.

Did not receive the order and when the driver did contact me I asked if he could deliver to the property I was at and he was trying to charge me £5:00 and I told him I didn’t have the money so he wouldn’t bring me the food and then when I said I was contacting just eat he started screaming down the phone at me

I have not received my order as I changed my adress over but when I’ve went to look at were it’s delivered to it’s went to my old adress and it has been marked down as delivered when I haven’t received it

the drinks were spilled all over the bags the straws are unusable and we have nothing to drink, the chips are freezing and where tipped out of the the cases and they was only 1 chicken select from the three piece meal we ordered, the cookie we order is soggy and has went in the bin as it is soaked in pop

35 minutes wait for my order to be completed because it was a big order so kept getting put at the back of the queue.

Food was freezing cold. McFlurry melted. Received my order at 16.24 and 2 apple pies had been made at 11.18am and had to be binned at 12.38pm so shudnt have even been sent out they were in edible.

Fast but no effort. Extremely little sauce on the burger, sprite had no syrup (just carbonated water), chips were lukewarm. The only thing done right was I actually got the amount of sauce I asked for which seemingly nobody else can do, and the Fanta was good too.

Bag was open with three items missing when delivered. I found driver to be quite rude I have 5 dogs and I was getting them all in the living room so they weren’t at the dog and his response when I opened the door was can you be quicker next time

The guy who delivered was a legend, he went out of his way to make sure it got delivered 5 stars

Sat and watched the delivery driver on maps/tracking parked at another address along the way for 14 minutes whilst my food went cold in the car and my delivery time was pushed further and further back. Absolute joke. What’s the point of paying a company for their food if it arrives freezing, stale and practically inedible because the cheese has gone hard and the buns hard/stale. Rotten.

Times kept changing, till it wasn’t delivered till around an hour after I had ordered, when it arrived the driver apologised for the delay but that my order was left to wait while they completed another order he was also meant to be delivering, which left me with freezing cold food

McDonald’s didn’t give me my syrup, I ordered a pancake meal.

The milkshake was missing 3 burgers had condiments on when I specifically requested no pickles or sauces as my children are autistic. The burgers came full of sauce and pickles etc. I complained and was denied a refund for the meal. It's disgusting! multimillion £££ restaurant but can't be trusted to deliver children's meals as people request. I sent photos also. I wouldn't bother if you want your children to enjoy a treat. There's no way to complain either.
