The Cakery in Warwick

I want to share my experience with this amazing Cakery. So, I ordered one "bento cake" 6" size online (£28) with banana stuffing, through google mail. They answered very clearly, quickly and very politely, against the background of all the bakeries in my life - yours was the best in terms of service and customer understanding! :-) December 7th is my boyfriend's birthday and I understand how busy this day is, but you found time for me and a free slot just in time for his birthday! As conclusion I got a fresh, beautiful and very tasty cake! Thank you very much. I will recommend it to all my friends. However, for me, this cake was too full of cream, but I oh don't really like pastries in general, but my boyfriend liked it! Thank you so much! Will definitely come back again. :-)

Ordered the I love chocolate birthday cake for my husbands 50th. Ordering was so simple all online and the cake was delicious. Had a lot of happy family members especially the birthday boy Thank you team

Bought some chocolate orange cupcakes as part of a charity bake sale and they were delightful. The buttercream was expertly swirled and was not over sweet.

I brought the chocolate orange and jammie dodger cupcakes for my son's 11 birthday party. The looked and smelt amazing. Will definitely buy from them again. Thanks

The birthday cakes from the bakery have become a new tradition in our house. Can't be beaten. The chocolate cake is especially good.

Shocked at the complete lack of customer service. Arrived to pick up a graduation cake that was iced in the wrong colour, with incorrect wording (that had also bled into the icing). Not one apology from staff (the lady at reception proceeded to jump up and down when I told her that the cake was wrong?). I was told to wait in the car (no "please") whilst they re-iced the cake. When I returned the wording was still wrong. When I told them, I was met with a huge sigh and, suprise, no apology. Once they had finally fixed the cake it looked rushed and incomplete. Still no apology. Complete lack of customer service. At least the cake tasted okay...

Poor service. Messy. Don't order gluten-free or dairy-free here. Ordered a vegan cake from their vegan section and added a gluten-free option for my son's anniversary and I didn't get an order confirmation via email. Only via their website, which I took a screenshot of. I called the shop to ask whether my order went through and to ensure that the cake was gluten and dairy-free (picked it from the vegan section). All confirmed. The day we go to pick up the cake, we realize that the isn't vegan. Its not even dairy-free. The shop refused to refund, they couldn't make another cake on time. No apologies. No compensation. I will never buy a cake from this shop again.

First time ordered I went of reviews as don't no the area. I was not disappointed i ordered over the phone for my granddaughters 6th birthday. They made us an elsa cake from frozen it was beautiful .It was blue icing all over and an edible elsa with snowflakes and white icing for granddaughters name the sponge was light and airey and the filling and cream was just beautiful. I was not disappointed and would definitely order again for my grandsons 1st birthday it was that nice. I did not no how it was going to look she did say over the phone but i was amazed at the skill and beautiful icing that was written on the cake I can't say enough for the first cake ordered but it was the best I have ever had and it was on short notice I must say complements to the cskery.

Fantastic cakes! Have ordered many cakes from The Cakery and they have all been delicious. Also their cupcakes are perfect for a little Saturday treat.

I requested a birthday cake for my mum a couple of days before we needed it, with a reference photo and Gemma came back to me to quickly saying they would happily make the cake. She managed my expectations as to what the cake would look like (as it was different to the reference photo). The cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. I asked for lemon sponge and we had different flavoured macaroons and meringues on top. I highly recommend!

I ordered a large Birthday cake, jam, vanilla buttercream with icing and specified the decorations - it was an absolutely gorgeous cake. It's probably the 6th cake I've had from here and I have never been disappointed. The cake was moist and soft and just purely delicious. It was for a Birthday party for over 30 people and everyone commented on just how gorgeous it was. Thanks a million - again. I will be back:)

My daughter has a severe dairy allergy and went to a friends birthday party on the weekend. Our friend had ordered fairy cakes from the 'Bakery' including a 'dairy free fairy cake' for my daughter. Often dairy free substitutes don't look the same but you made an identical cake so my daughter didn't feel left out [ she was thrilled ] ... if I am passing I will pop to personally thank you !!

We ordered a cake for our golden wedding anniversary celebration recently. It was excellent - really easy to order - and the cake was simply delicious. We can recommend The Cakery without any reservation.

Great celebration cake , looked great, tasted great, easy to order and pay over the phone ( especially for a bloke who only knew she liked yellow flowers!!) staff really helpful , and excellent value.

We ordered a Lemon/Vanilla 40th Birthday cake for my daughter which was delicious, so light and not overly sweet and moist. They even delivered the cake to the Angel Hotel where we were having a meal on the Saturday evening. Will definitely recommend. Thank you

I have been ordering eggless cakes from the owner prior to the shop selling cakes. Now over a decade and the service, cakes are still of top quality.

Can't beat The Cakery's cakes. They're so moist and moreish and there's so many delicious cupcake flavours to choose from. Their cake decorating is amazing and they can create pretty much anything you ask for. If you want a wedding cake that tastes as good as it looks then The Cakery is the place to go.

I have bought birthday cakes from The Cakery on several occasions. They are reliable, reasonably priced and the cakes are delicious as well as beautiful. Would recommend.
