Great coffee, care and attention given to the coffees, comes with a glass of water. Very nice pleasant staff. You order and pay at the counter, then your order is brought to your table. Dog friendly. Well worth a visit.

Its not often i feel the need too complain, i have never experience such rudenesd in all my life. I walked today no hello nothing you could tell they didnt want too be there I then went too counter orded a tea and a scone ,the scone was brought to the table it was not just hard but inedable, so was brought another only too be told they were the same so i asked for my money back. I was then approached by the other girl serving who obvously found this funny. To thenbe ask what was wrong i explained again only too be told the scone were bake then night before and i said surely they should be bake in the morning. Well reponse was we need too bake them in the morning Then i ask for some sugar was shouted at its on the table which it wasnt. Never have been treated by someone so rudely. I will never ever be back inhere again. Furious is an understatement.

Love this new cafe. I am a wheelchair user and access is good no steps and gentle incline to access rear of cafe. Accessible toilet could be better quite small and I couldn’t get in and turn to close the door so relied on a customer to close the door for me. Then when exiting I had to twist in my chair to unlock and push the door enough to alert the helpful customer to open it for me. Definitely no room for carer if anyone needed help. This as far as I can see is the only downside. I’d recommend nipping down to marks ans spencer if you need to use the accessible toilet. But the food is wonderful. Delicious and tasty. I love the filled bagels. I use this cafe every time I go into town now.

Great, a new cafe has come to town so this morning we headed into our local Main Street to test the waters. The interior is inviting with some nice touches. The cafe is deep, about 10 times the depth of the street frontage. The coffee was of an acceptable standard and at first approach the staff seemed friendly enough. It’s an order at the counter establishment but they do have menus. As a new cafe we need to accept that not everything will run like a well oiled machine but in this cafe things seem more chaotic than they should be. In the time we were there nobody bussed any of the tables so people were either sitting at tables full of others’ dirty dishes or leaving because there was nowhere to sit. - Opportunity missed. We only had a coffee but on 4 occasions we were approached by waiters with plates of food and were asked if they were ours. Since the tables all had numbers there is a missing or broken system here. The back of the cafe is quite hot, some form of air movement is needed. One of the things that attracted us to the cafe is that, at first glance, it looks accessible. The whole cafe avoids steps with wide gentle ramps. Well done. This is however where the accessibility ends, there is a single customer loo, it has a fold down transfer bar for disabled customers but absolutely no space to enter with a wheelchair. There is also a staff loo immediately next door which is kept locked. We engaged with the manager to point out the accessibility challenges and instead of considering the challenges, she kept arguing that it was accessible. Honestly, she, or the owners, need to research accessibility and make some minor changes. Converting the toilet door to a sliding door or one that opens out of the loo would make it far more accessible. Let’s hope that some changes are made to the systems, attitudes and loos to make this the coffee shop that Ayr Main Street needs.

This was definitely the worst Burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was dry terrible with plastic cheese never worth £17.95

I visit the shop daily, and have done for the last few years. The staff are amazing and know exactly what i like and how i like it, you can’t beat service like that. The shop is always well stocked, clean and tidy with a lovely welcoming atmosphere.
