The Cafe in Wolverhampton

This is my local we always get delivery or if I’m around with the kids we go in for food We have had the odd issue but it’s always sorted and the staff are always helpful friendly happy our favorite in this house will always be the pork! Also tried one of the new frappes although the driver forgot to bring it when he did it was melted but was still amazing

It only seems to be nice on a friday. Have tried in the week and on a saturday, bacon is either oinking or if you ask for well done it comes cremated to the point u can snap it in half, the girl on the phone is miserable too, the girl on friday is very polite though! The man who delivers i find can be quite abrupt.

As you can see from the picture The Cafe believe this is a Bacon & Cheese Toastie, and after speaking to them via a phone call the lady who took the call seemed to forget that whilst she was putting me through to the manager (something she suggested..not me) I could hear everything she said, including the part ‘I’m gonna swear at this guy’! The ‘manager’ was extremely unapologetic and unhelpful too, stating that even though I’ve had my fair share of Bacon & Cheese Toasties elsewhere I don’t know what one is. No apologies, no offer of a refund and not even a suggestion of a replacement. Oh and by the way, this is the 2nd occasion this has happened with this Cafe. I should’ve known better I guess.

Googled cafes near me as i have been to every cafe in my area & stumbled across this cafe... very nice inside.. staff was happy and pleasant... prices was reasonable.. had my 2 yr old dayghter with us who had a kids sausage meal & it came out already cut up for her which i found really good as no else does this.. bacon could of done with cooking abit longer but tht is down to my preference.. would defo recommend this place and be coming back

First time here on recommendation. The food was of a high standard and piping hot. I had a full English and the food was so fresh.The mushrooms were full of flavour. I was served by a female called Becky she was full of smiles. Well Done Cafe.

Always end up at the Cafe! Can’t beat it - drive around 15 minutes just for their BEST sandwiches. Fanbulous prices, nice atmosphere and some good grub. Staff are always pleasant on the phone & in person, really welcoming & helpful! Thanks all at the Cafe. Lauren oxo

Friendly staff. Had bacon and sausage sandwich which was lovely. Nice atmosphere in the place. Will definitely come back.

Iv ordered from here a few times and it's been good food... One time I ordered the food wasn't great sausages clearly reheated I called back (I run a shop so waited till it was quite) got told that everything is cooked fresh and the they had just cooked them fresh (clearly a lie everything is kept in a brambury) The Co owner (who delivers) brings my new sandwiches back being rude no customer service arguing with me in a shop while there are customers waiting... Storms out of the shop leaving the old Sandwitches on the counter I go out and pass them to him he decides its a good idea to throw them at my shop door poor poor service it's a shame I probably spent 40 quid a week here as well

Popped into this place not used this cafe for some years but wow what a difference breakfast was the best I've had in a long time the girls serving were very helpful and polite the place looks great very clean and tidy and lots of choice. Well impressed would recommend to anybody.

hygine promblem staff with long hair working in kitchen no hair nets no hats poor hygine blond hair in sandwich not nice didnt see anyone washing hands while moveing from kitchen to counter one member of staff chucking cardboard boxs across cooking food area not good pratice haveing worked in food industrie ,i would have closed place untill all areas adressed

4 of us ordered food as a delivery and the total was £9.90, the food got dropped off but as we were working we did not check the order. When we finally got to open the food we came to realise that it was wrong, we paid 4 pound for 4 pieces of toast so we called them up to inform them that we were missing an order. The way that my college was spoken to on the phone was terrible, the attitude was disgraceful, never the less, the delivery driver dropped the food off that was missed of, he started ranting and raving in our place of work inform of people. I truly believe he needs a lesson on customer service before he can continue to work as a front line member of staff.

Popped in here for breakfast before a weekend break with family. Full English was freshly cooked, and really good prices! The Oreo milkshake is absolutely amazing too for a bit of indulgence. Highly recommend this place for a good quality, quick service local cafe.

Not impressed .. at all, won't be back I thought McDonald's wasn't up to par Can't say this is either . What is it round here with cheap ingredients, spend a little on Quality sausages at least .and stop deep frying them if that's what you do, perhaps the people of Wolverhampton like it that way . I don't I'm afraid .don't be back .

Popped in today for a salad on the way to work today and was greeted by 'jack' who was most friendly and polite and made a cracking salad! Nice decor and the other staff seemed really nice and friendly. Will be back! X

Excellent food and service. Coffee was first class. Served quickly but a very pleasant young lady. Will be coming here again.

Food was good. Service was better. Price was excellent. And the young beautiful woman behind the counter always smiling really lovely

Popped in today for a bacon and mushroom sandwich.

I visited on Friday with my mother, the food was fantastic but the service wasn't, the young girl that took our order took the money from my mom and then went and started preparing food with out gloves and without washing her hands. I was disgusted at this, as i used to work in a cafe myself and in that environment hygiene is very important, she continued to prepare food, she then came out to the main desk with her phone on top of 2 slices of bread, once putting the slices on a chopping board she then put her gloves on.

I popped in last week as I had to take a parcel to the Post Office next door.

My fourth visit to the cafe and as good as ever. New decorating looks good too! Had the chicken and bacon sandwich with salad. Magnificent!!! Have had breakfast in the past which is also excellent and great value. Staff are lovely and friendly especially Rebecca!! Will be back soon

I went to get a sandwich today noticed prices had gone up £2.90 from £2.80 for a best but you got less for the sandwich it used to be between 3 slices of bread but now its on just 2 slices very disappointed ,but must say food is still good and staff are friendly.

Never left a review on Trip Advisor before but they've got a big sign above the counter inviting customers to review them, so I'll oblige. I do actually have experience of running a very similar establishment aswell as a take away food business.

Amazeing food & friendly staff i always have food here and its always fab never ever a problem always efficent and they also offer a delivery service which again is amazeing

The breakfast didn't disappoint! I normally have take away sandwiches from here but decided to sit in today and have a breakfast, I'm absolutely stuffed. Everything cooked fresh and they allowed me to swap my eggs for extra items. I don't know what they do to the bacon but it's so nice! Keep doing what you're doing! Would recommend

Lovely breakfast and possibly the cheapest in the West Midlands. Staff are friendly and always cheerful. Love coming to the cafe for brekkie.

I popped into the cafe on showell circle in Wolverhampton place was really clean staff were laughing great atmosphere food was excellent really worth the money each member of staff deserve a big thumbs up n a pay rise lol well impressed

I have visited here many times & i have never had any reason to complain. The food is great & so is the service plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. prices are real cheap & you get loads for you money. Highly recommend to anyone. A***

We had one bacon and egg sandwich and one bacon, sausage and egg.

Popped in jere for a medium breakfast, proces very reasonable, but quality superb. All items actually had taste unlike some modern cafes, food came very promptly customer service fantastic. Will be back for more and may even try out some of the specials on offer. Great to sre them selling good old traditional cooked grey paes and baercon too!

hi this place is lovely good choice of food something for everyont. great staff really friendly and helpful. good prices and great location and atmothere as well. worth going and good value for money as well
