The Cafe in Havering

Young girls more intressed in talking leaning all over the counter half cooked toast more foam than coffee even when told wet lattee rubbish shop 😑

Really lovely bar team, can't complain there. Ordered food and waited ages for to arrive and when it did, it wasn't great. As I say the staff were very polite and professional. My main issue is that I take offence to being treated like a mug by the manager (who I've known from other pubs and have always got on with) in front of others. Pretty poor show in my opinion. If you don't want to converse with customers because your shift hasn't started, then don't sit in the bar, or get a job outside of the hospitality industry......there's a clue in the name....Hospitality !!! Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this place.

We recently had a small gathering on the second floor of the restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The waitresses were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was amazing, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the celebration, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

a nice costa but can be really loud at times there 🍋 muffin is delicious
