The Pantry offers pensioners lunches every Tuesday and Wednesday which are fantastic value. There is a special 2 course lunch, but everything on the menu is very reasonable. I have been coming every week for the last few weeks, and enjoy it immensely.

A lovely cafe with great food with a lovely cosy friendly atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and catered beautifully for 4 fussy children. Sarah the owner made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. The Butlers Pantry was such a great find and we will certainly be returning.

I love nothing better than a little trip out with a good friend to share a coffee or a quiet lunch and a chat. This is just the place for that! It is friendly and the food and prices are good. Lots of interesting things to see and go on there. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

After having eaten several cooked breakfasts here over the past 12 months or so, we feel the standards have dropped somewhat. Sausages are not what they used to be, the mushrooms were tiny and overcooked, the red sauce bottle was blocked up and the bacon very fatty, however our biggest complaint was that our last 2 breakfasts have used the ends (crusts) of the loaves to make the fried bread...... NO NO NO, give these to the birds or the bin, we even specifically asked not to have the ends this time and they still came. The big breakfast here isn't cheap and for that reason we don't expect penny pinching and due to our last 2 breakfasts being very disappointing...... we won't be returning.

Visited for lunch with my wife and had a brunch. Place was quite busy with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Food was freshly cooked and excellent and price was very reasonable. Couldn't fault it, will definitely be back.

Came here a couple of weeks ago for breakfast and it was fantastic. Lovely warm atmosphere and the service was fantastic. Everyone was very chatty and you felt very at ease here. I had the vegetarian breakfast which was really lovely and very good value for money too! If i'm up in Banbury again i know where to go for breakfast!

After a bad start to my grandmothers birthday with bad service in limes farm, we headed to the butlers pantry to see if her birthday could cheer up a little bit. Oh thank god we did. The service was amazing, as soon as we walked in there were smiles greeting us and a lovely homely feel. We felt relaxed and took a seat at the table. A very lovely waitress came over straight a way handed us menus, at the perfect timing she came over to list what we wanted. Our food was there very fast but not too fast so we could have a little chat. We all got our meals and agreed they were delicious, when we got the bill I was so shocked at the price! So cheap! I really do recommend the butlers pantry, whenever as they are always smiling and always wonderful even when its stressfully busy! 100% thumbs up!

Another fabulous evening meal in the Lodge at the Muddy Duck. Lovely cheerful staff, prompt service and great food served hot as it should be. This is still the best pub for miles around and well worth a visit. The only negative is (still) the absence of a lovely welcoming fire. The room is begging for it.

We had a lovely meal last week, sitting outside. The food was superb, and the service was efficient and friendly. I can recommend the home made nachos. Probably the best I’ve ever had! And a good choice of vegetarian dishes too. The place has a lovely atmosphere whether you’re going for a meal or just to enjoy a drink.

First visit here & first time in Banbury. Its inside the main shopping centre but just on the end of it backing on to the canal. Great place to sit outside in the sun. Its also inside a food hall area so you can order food and eat and drink at same time. 10 different beers on tap and some other cans & bottles in the fridge. You can also get some to take away. Staff friendly and helpful, sorry should of got his name, will be back. I didn't have any food but there is a big choice. Its a 5 minute walk from bus station
