The Butcher's Hook in Hammersmith and Fulham

Me and my friend were walking on Fulham road around lunchtime and saw the board outside the pub burger and a pint for £16. We thought it’s quite reasonable for this part of London so we popped in to the pub. When we walked in, it wasn’t a big pub but it was very cosy. There was a young, pleasant gentlemen behind the bar. We asked about the meal deal, he explained everything in details that burger comes with fries and pint of beer. Burger and fries were both tasty and fresh. Guinness was very good too. The same gentleman came to the table and asked if he can help with anything else and how was the food. We received great customer service but unfortunately I didn’t ask his name. We aren’t local, but when I am around this area I will definitely come back.

Beautiful pub opposite Stamford bridge. We popped in after our stadium tour for some food and drinks. The food was tasty and well priced. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Next time we are in London we will definitely be back!

Casual relaxed atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks and food! Can recommend Mac and cheese and chicken burger. Dog friendly also.

You have to stop treating irregular customers as irrelevant. The wine is always corked, which means the wine has gone bad, and charging premium prices for it.

Great pub with friendly welcoming staff. Classic pub food at a great price for London. Get what you pay for, simple. No complaints, can’t wait to return on next visit to London.

We were in town from the US for a youth soccer training and staying at the Chelsea FC hotel. We came over here to eat and get a drink. The food was good but we ordered nachos for our young boys who only like cheese. We asked if they could put avacado, salsa and sour cream on side, no big deal. We got the nachos and they had everything on them including jalapeños. When we asked the waitress she said, “i told him to leave the stuff on the side” and didn’t offer to do anything about it. They just didn’t say much and just stared at us. I should have pursued it but was too tired from traveling all day.

This place is filled with history. It’s right opposite Stamford Bridge and it’s where the Chelsea FC was founded. We stopped here for lunch before our Stamford Bridge tour. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. They have a £10 lunch special where you get a main and a drink for this set price. We ordered the club sandwich and steak sandwich and both were meh. Very basic and not very flavorful. I would recommend looking for somewhere else for a meal.

Won’t come again,paid for a meal for the family,ordered from the app,the miserable bar staff came over and informed us that the drinks we ordered were out of stock so we went for an alternative,he poured our drinks and left them on the bar without telling us so we went to collect them ourselves.he really made us feel ackward like we shouldnt be there.the staff were quite frankly rude and arrogant,everything was to much of a issue. Never will we return,discusting service,the atmosphere was dull.as for the food I can’t really comment as I ordered the starter 30 minutes ago and were still waiting.

Spazioso pub che si trova di fronte a uno degli ingressi allo stadio del Chelsea. Nel nostro week end a Londra abbiamo alloggiato al Copthorne hotel, proprio lì a fianco, non potevamo non provarlo, almeno una volta. L’abbiamo trovato poco affollato, ma era lunedì sera. Buone birre, piatti discreti, conto contenuto.

Terrible pub. This used to be quite a nice place to visit but it isn’t now. The bar staff go out of their way to not serve you. Do not go here!

We came in for a lunch, the service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We recommend the fish & chips and the local lager. Will definitely be coming back.

Girl behind the bar with grey hair was rude and abrasive. Refused to give us money back and thought that she was superior to her customers. Realistically she works behind a bar and is obviously unhappy with her life

This is the best pub in Fulham, my local. Antoaneta the land lady is an absolute Star, so welcoming and always looks after us. I love all the bar staff just like family to us. Good times and allways have a good laugh. Can’t recommend more 😃

Ordered the sourdough cheese toastie. Very little filling which was only in the middle so the rest was just dry toasted sourdough bread. Brought it to the attention of a lady working there who was clearly irritated and really quite rude telling me that that was the portion size of the sauce mixture - whatever sauce mixture is!! She did though take it away and replace it with another that was slightly better. Don’t appreciate bad manners. Won’t be going back.

Founding pub of Chelsea Football Club (I have been a Man Utd fan for 60 years). Superb! Friendly pub with excellent real ales. Meals look small but in fact are very filling and excellent quality. Recommend the sticky toffee pudding with proper custard.

Butcher's Hook was walking distance from our Airbnb. On our last night we went for dinner, and had a lovely time walking with others at the bar. The staff was incredibly friendly!

Ordered a roast and I have to say it was the worst roast I’ve had. We paid £15-18 for the chicken and the beef roasts and it was shocking. The staff gave us a refund and were nice. Didn’t get an apology but atleast we got a refund 😂

This place is super cosy, stunning and clean. Food is absolute masterpiece. Hot, delicious, looking beautifully presentable on each plate. Staff are always amazing. Always smiling, always helpful and chatty. Been feeling every time just great! Never had bad experience over here. Their Sunday roast is banging as well!

We had the best time hanging with locals at Butcher’s. They’ve got tons of beer and great food. And they have the best bartenders. Everyone needs to visit Kay! I wish we would’ve stopped by every single night we were in London.

Hay un ambiente algo incómodo en este lugar - es un poco pretencioso, con un menú bastante caro y bebidas caras y espera a los clientes para sentarse en sillas mesas de madera en quebradas o destrozadas en un bar central en taburetes. El aroma de la comida no es especialmente agradable- fuertes sospechoso en nuestra visita.

In questo storico pub (era già noto nel 1905 quando vi fu fondato il Chelsea FC) ci siamo trovati come a casa. Essenziale ma elegante proprio nella essenzialità dei suoi tavoli in legno non levigato e nella piastrellatura. Personal muy amable y las verduras y la salsa eran buenas! Fue la carne asada que todos tuvimos que fue tan decepcionante. Quizás no tuvimos suerte. Muy caro para los pobres comidas de alta calidad. Principalmente grasa y cartílago y no mucho era comestible. No vamos a volver.

A pesar de no tener un menú sin gluten gratis estuvieron encantados de intercambiar y utilizar alternativas y pan sin gluten estaba disponible. Definitivamente recomendaría el chili y queso Camembert horneado langostinos
