Superb local pub! Well worth a visit. There is a public bar on the left and also a lovely, comfy Lounge bar to the right too. Very well kept beers and ciders, always very clean and tidy, great range of bar snacks and fresh rolls which are all great value for money! Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Always our go to place for a wind down and a few drinks after work on the way home, There is also a car park which isn’t regulated by one of these rip off car parking companies! So no risk of a fine dropping through the front door after a visit! Lee and the Team make the Butchers Arms a proper local pub with great character which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend you visit and try for yourselves! It does get very busy for obvious reasons but Lee has wisely and heavily invested in a fantastic, large and elevated, outside, covered and heated seating area as an overflow area of the pub which is also lovely in the summer!

Butchers Arms has been our regular Thursday night pub for many years. 15+! Always well cared for every week. A drinkers pub that's well worth a visit.
