This is a review of the comedy night (Provided by"The Comedy Cow") and the bar service & food. The comedy was great as always. Seeing Paul Sinha alone was worth the entry fee but the MC and the opening act were equally as good. The bar service and food was very good too. This is the second time we've been to the comedy here and had the same experience. Wrap up warm if it's not the summer, as whilst you are technically indoors, the walls aren't brick and mortar 😰

We went to the Burrow for the Comedy Cow performance and had a wonderful evening. The service was friendly & quick, food delicious & the show was hilarious. We will be coming back with family in November!

A lovely spacious, comfortable venue. The food was tasty and competitively priced and served in a friendly manner.

On receiving our drinks orders it came to our attention that one of our refreshments wasn't what we ordered. The drink in question being a gin and ginger beer. We requested a ginger Ale. When bringing this up to the "floor manager" I was informed as the mixer (The ginger beer) had been opened (it was open on arrival by the bar man) that it was our mistake and a replacement wouldn't be exchanged.. after a abrupt and down right disgraceful exchange of so called customer service words we decided to leave as the atmosphere was ratger toxic and no apolgy offered. It's basic stuff to not speak to customers in the manner we experienced and to top that off 0 apology and to top it off we recived more attitude from the said "floor manager" when I had good faith in an apology.. Unsurprisingly we paid for the drinks and opted to dine elsewhere as the whole experience was sadly tarnished by probably the worst "floor manager" I've experienced to date.. Shame as the menu looked v tempting but to enjoy a meal in that environment was untenable. If i owned that place shed be on thin ice.

Very pleasant evening spent here tonight, the meal/drink ordering system was gratefully explained to us by a very helpful young lady, who during the course of the evening made sure everything was to our expectations. One slight hiccup however where two different drinks arrived as one type. The original server failed to point out one of our drinks wasn't available, despite it showing on the app ... Or offer to offer another selection. This was eventually explained but only after we queried it! Otherwise a great evening in a great venue .

We went to the burrow at the blues for light lunch and some drinks a few sundays ago. I found the whole booking process really straight forward and Alex (one of the managers) on the door was very polite and showed us to our table and how to order etc. App was easy to use, staff were friendly adn seemed happy to chat with us and build a friendly environment. We especially enjoyed the food - I'd recommend the loaded fries! We'll definitely be back to this unique venue in Bedford.

This has to be one of the worse places to go...!! The app takes too long to order and keeps dropping out. staff look like they have lost the will to live, when our drinks did arrive I asked for some more ice and was told to order it on the app...!!!! So just to walk back to the bar and get some is to difficult..?!?!? the Manager Matt that was on duty had no idea what was going on, what table had ordered or who was having a problem's. for the most of the time I watched him having a good laugh with what looked to be his mates...!!! No wonder the staff looked ready to leave. Don't bother going your wasting your time and money...

Great menu, prices, location and friendly staff

The Burrow bar is a new COVID friendly outdoor bar / restaurant located on the outer perimeter of the Blues ground on Goldington Rd I was taken there as a guest for the first time last Saturday for the last match of the season I assumed it was just a new hospitality venue just for matches Turns out it's open all the time Ideal for COVID as it's under an open sided marquee Very simple but stylish Excellent service Great vibe Burger type food but really good Great view of the pitch, but as I say, turns out it's open in the week to the public I was impressed and would go back with friends for sure

Helpful friendly staff. Efficient at table service. We didn't eat but those around who were eating seemed to be satisfied. Good outlook as looking over expanse of well tended green. Covid precautions in place. Relatively new development that is worth a try.

1st time here yesterday with family. Great set up and very helpful staff... I got confused using the app but there was someone on hand to advise us. Lovely afternoon.

Great new bar with fab street type food. Well worth a visit.

Overall had a really nice time here. Warm outside seating but would recommend wearing a coat. Only let down was we had some difficulty ordering on the app. Took us about half hour to order. But staff were attentive and reported the problem we highlighted. Also made a real effort to get our order completed. Two out of the three phones we had couldn't use the ordering app. Food was really good, Good portions and tasty and cater for majority of dietary needs with option to make kitchen staff aware of any requirements. Would definitely visit again.
