Came in with my little boy. The garden is perfect to take your little ones or even for a few drinks in the sun with your friends. Will definitely come back again soon.

A group of us popped in last xmas eve and it seemed 'ok' but i popped in on xmas eve with my friendly dog and found the place very different. Im not used to nakibg the conversation with bar staff, their paid to welcome and serve you, I thought. Well thats 99% of other pubs ive been too.The last reviewer onthe 20th Dec seemed to have a similar experience.I sat at a table with my dog and took in the activity. It took me back 40 years to a working mans club. Not a woman in sight, blokes talking bloke stuff and watching darts on the tv...not really a place to take someone you like or family or even my dog....shame as the building is old and deserves being used to its advantage. I heard the Frog along the road is where the young and or trendy people frequent. No local beer, unless you think bidford is nearer to cornwall than i do.Very dissappointing....

Went into to see if it would be nice to visit with some friends for drinks and watch a football match on sky sports. Bar staff made us feel we were not welcome. Did not return.

My wife and I are both over 60. We had pensioner lunch offer at £4 each. For price paid good quality and amount. Cannot agree with negative comments about welcome, both landlady and barmaid very friendly. Our dog was given a large dog treat and offered water. Next time we are in Bidford we will certainly go here again. Chatted to very nice locals in bar. This place feels like a real pub and deserves to succeed.

Wanting a quick snack my husband and I stopped at the Bulls Head in early June. We were not made to feel particularly welcome but stayed anyway and ordered some food.My BLT sandwich came on a plate barely large enough to hold it. It was made with two slices of thin white sliced supermarket bread with lettuce that was shredded so that it kept falling out of the sandwich. The bacon was tasty but only chewable in parts. The two slices of tomato though were very good.My husbands burger came in a plain bun without any additional fillings or side orders. When he asked if some raw onion was possible the lady behind the bar grudgingly brought him one slice of onion, finely chopped. The chips were oven chips and nothing special. It was cheap food but certainly very minimum both in quality and quantity. We will not be repeating the experience!

Havnt got a bad word to say!! The bulls head is a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, staff are amazingly helpful and are happy to serve with friendly banter!! Not only is it a locals village pub, but also welcomes a new clientele!! Can't beat a home made carvery at a price that can't be beaten around this area for the quality you are getting!! Highly recommend to all, it's just a happy place to be!!

I visited the Bulls Head on my own and was made instantly welcome by both the locals and the bar staff. The landlady couldn't have been nicer - she really went the extra mile to make sure that everybody was enjoying themselves. The food was excellent and the toilets are modern and spotless.

This pub is sadly currently closed due to a large fire earlier in the year. It will be closed for some time. I hope it gets restored as it had a great reputation before. There are plenty of other great alternatives nearby to visit.
