£18 for a average burger and greasy fries. I'm guessing that insanity overcomes reason these days.

Today tried Chiken Kiev, new on the menu, and it is amazing. I am sure best chicken Kiev there is possible. Outstanding chef for a pub. 👏👏👏

Lovely pub garden, with plenty of outdoor and shaded seating for the hot weather, depending on your preference. Decent service and good food (chips are 👌🏼). Only gripe is that food / drinks are very pricey!

A friend recommended this place when I asked for a great roast - and they weren't wrong! Most roasts in London are disappointing and you end up leaving hungry - but here, the food was fantastic and plenty of it The staff were also really lovely and the place had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back for a Sunday Roast again!

After seeing the good reviews about the Sunday roast and paying £28 for each, it was disappointing, to say the least. The veg was the best part of the meal. The 'sirloin' beef was almost inedible. I spat most of it back out as it was too chewey and dry. It looked and tasted like they had grilled ... The roast potatoes were white and mushy, with only a slight crisp on one side. The pork belly was as tough and chewy as the beef. The chicken was so dry it was stringy. The Yorkshire puddings had definitely been sitting for a while as when I broke a piece off, and the edge it crumbled into dust in my fingers. No check back was done at the table after the food was served. I had to ask for a steak knife for my dad to cut his roast beef... That's how bad it was! Was expecting better for a £28 roast 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Really good roast, a bit on the expensive side but value was there in the amount of food you get. Our server Lizzie was fantastic as were other members of staff. Generally can be quite critical of the Bull but had a great experience this time! Can highly recommend for a roast on a sunday

The Bull is a local pub which serves a decent range of beers including 3 proper real ales. There’s a good range of wines as well. The food portions are good and the quality very acceptable. The menu changes with the seasons and although sometimes they put on very experimental dishes is most are what you’d expect. On this visit we were served by India who is excellent at her job - our fussy eater was accommodated easily and service was just the right speed. The prices are reasonable 3 courses averaging for us at £35 ish sans grog. One request bring back the smoked anchovies

One of our locals. Pricey but no more than similar pubs in area. Big pub garden with different seating options but very busy - so get there early to bag a spot. Dogs allowed and very cute. Food has been a mixed bag but it could be I ordered wrong, as hubby enjoyed his meal. Looking forward to spending summer nights there

Normally we would go in the restaurant part but as we had a dog with us we booked a table in the bar. We were given a good place, tucked away in a corner. We were very well looked after by very friendly and attentive staff. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Great Experience, Had Eva as our waitress and she made the Experience 10 times better. Very attentive and we never had to look for her. All the food was very good and came out quickly. Will definitely return and demand Eva be our waitress again!!

Beautiful table in the sun organised by Lizzie, fabulous roasts and her service was impeccable 👌 great with the kids and understanding about an issue we had which she quickly resolved.

During my time in London, The Bull was always a great choice to visit. Whether for a delicious meal, a beer, or a drink, I always found a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. It's a pub with a great vibe, perfect for a good time. Definitely a place I highly recommend visiting. Additionally, my dog was always welcome, which made it even better!

By far, the best Pub in the area. I had two favourites, The Great Southern and The Bull. After today. There's only one to rule them all, The Bull. The food is consistently good. The Sunday roast is massive, the burgers, fish and chips, etc... are great. The lunch menu is good too. No wonder that you have to book your table on Sunday. If you don't book your table, you can forget about walking in and getting seated. We are regular, there were months when we were at The Bull twice per week. AAA

A lovely building and decor. Massively let down by a lazy or untrained staff member also lacking in communication skills. Dirty tables, after having been cleaned, and over the top drinks prices that seemed to vary on each order despite ordering the same things. Didn't have food.

The staff and manager went over and above to fit us in during a very busy period on a Sunday afternoon. It was raining heavily, we were in a rush to get to an ice hockey game and the service could not have been better. The quality of the food was also top-notch. Thanks for a great experience.

Went for a midweek meet up with my girlfriend and it was a great place to Meetup with outside covered but heated seating areas. Try the margarita cocktail if you ever go well worth it

We had a wonderful birthday celebration Sunday lunch for 6 people. From booking the reservation to paying the bill, it was all very smooth. The various Sunday roasts we had were piping hot, cooked to perfection, well presented & ample in size, complements to the chef & team for this👏 Thank you to Sofia & Neil who attended to us at the table, they were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Also thanks to Mike & Joao for reassuring me at the booking stage, and to all The Bull staff involved in making our experience so enjoyable & amazing ! 🤩

The server Caitlin was incredible, attentive and knowledgeable. Loved the food it was so delicious, credit to the chefs. It’s a shame about having dogs in the restaurant, it’s so unhygienic to have them around food.

Excellent experience, good dishes and good portions, quality food and at a fair price, it is not cheap but it is fair you pay for what you eat. Super friendly and friendly service, very nice spacious arrival with a terrace

Highly recommend this pub. We went for a Sunday Roast, the portions were ginormous and it was honestly the best tasting roast any of us had in ages!! I got the mushroom wellington, my friends for the beef and pork - we were all super stuffed and satisfied!! Huge space inside and a large beer garden too, perfect for parties or large group gatherings. Staff friendly, lots of great wines and drinks to choose from, dog friendly - can't wait to go back soon!!

Updating a review from 2 years ago (!) to say that the veg options are much improved! Sunday menu had a vegetarian roast, a vegan roast,and there were other vegetarian/vegan options on the wider menu. The roasts were really good, and a generous size. ------ Ok pub, with a nice garden... but a real shame there's such a poor choice for vegetarian or vegan mains. Just a salad or a burger.

Came here with friends and family and it was absolutely lovely. Neil and Elliot did a great job and made extra care to tend to my friends food allergies. The food is amazing, great for vegans too and delicious.

Disappointing, went for the advertised set menu only to be told that it was the last day and so there was nothing left, it was only 6pm. Had a bottle of Prosecco, padron peppers, chewy squid pieces and hummus and pitta ….that cost £68.90

Very nice, we went with a big group. We sat outside but it was very cosy with blankets and pillows. Always a good time at the Bull!

Fabulous meal. Thanks to the chefs. Have never tried celeriac mash but it was lovely, and we say that as an Irish family. Service impeccable, particularly from Lizzie, Roise, Eva and Millie.

The Bull Streatham is one of our favourite roasts in London. The portion sizes are amazing, and your never need to ask for more gravy. Kudos to Lizzie and Elliot as well, who make you feel really relaxed and are there when you need them.

At least 3rd time here for a roast and still the best roast I can remember having! Service always friendly and attentive even on a busy Sunday. Roasts huge and taste amazing, I have the veggie wellington, and my party have tried all of the meats and the vegan wellington, all great, pork belly with the crackling very popular. Will be back … multiple times.

We knew we wanted a steak. YUM. We didn’t book. Music was random for the evening. Service excellent. Food lovely. Atmosphere fluffy. The only thing that’s an irritant is the tip being added to the bill. I would rather have given cash to Neil our server.

Vibrant cute pub in Streatham. But the highlight of my visit was the service I received from Roise, sweet, attentive, caring and knowledgeable, she did not go the extra mile... She went the EXTRA LIGHTYEAR!! Kudos to her, please give her a raise!

As a regular pub goer venturing along the entirety of upper street and beyond, Leah, Mia, Chelsea and Dan were a vision of hope. I’ve never a better proportioned guiness, alongside their diligence and dedication to their craft.

This is a very nice pub with good food, friendly staff and a really large and good heated outdoor area.

**Review of The Bull Streatham** On Sunday, January 19th, we booked a table for three at The Bull Streatham, hoping for a delightful dining experience based on our previous visit. While the service was fantastic and very attentive, which we appreciated, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment due to the food quality. We started our meal with pigs in blankets, a scotch egg, and mac and cheese. Unfortunately, something felt off about these dishes—not only did they look different from our last visit, but they also lacked the flavors we remembered. It was disheartening to see a once-favorite spot falter in such a significant way. For our main courses, we ordered two roast chickens and a roast beef. While we had high hopes, the meal did not meet our expectations. The following morning, all three of us experienced food poisoning, complete with all the unpleasant symptoms that come with it. This outcome was incredibly disappointing, especially given our previous positive experiences. Regrettably, we’ve decided that we will never return to The Bull Streatham again.
