Just in Case Cafe & Wine Bar in Lambeth

This is a review of Frida’s, which doesn’t seem to be on TripAdvisor. The food was dull and flavourless. The nachos were OK, and the guacamole was good but the beef burrito was just mince and rice in a wrap. No spice, no flavour. And the “sour cream” that came with it was the consistency of milk - is it watered down? The chicken burrito was marginally better but the tacos were tasteless as well.

Coffee is nice but the person behind the till seems like she’s being forced to be there. No smiles or how are yous. What a let down considering we’ve had such a nice day in Clapham where we’ve had really nice service everywhere. If you’ve woken up on the wrong side of bed and do not feel like being friendly, you shouldn’t be in a role where you’re front of house. Stick her and her bad mood in the back.

Tasty coffee served in huge cups. Staff were super friendly. Outdoor seating area was clean and tidy.

Amazing atmosphere, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly, we had such a great time at the Hope and Anchor before going on to a gig at the Brixton Academy, highly recommended and probably the best beer garden in London!
