Costa Coffee in Lambeth

The Shinano bun was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and have a pleasant smile, which brightens my morning. It’s located near Waterloo Station, making it easy to grab a cup of tea.

Coffee is quite good. Food was not so good. It was my first time at costa.

SUPER SLOW WI-FI, BUT, LOVELY STAFF TODAY... so: Top service by a really and elegantly polite barista! Thank you, Wonderful Man. ;) Hence the 5-star rating to "Service." I had automatically given all the other rateable points 5 stars but then I used the Wi-Fi. Therefore, I gave "Atmosphere" 1 star because of the awfully slow Costa WiFi connection See video for blowing Internet speed! :) I gave "Food" 2 stars because the disappointing experience went deep into my taste buds and gave me an unpleasant feel, affecting my opportunity to enjoy my order thoroughly (not that this latte tastes great, today, anyway... ) 5 + 1 + 1 = 7 ; 7 : 2 = 3.5 ; I could choose 3 or 4 given the rating choice offered in Maps; I chose 1 as the overall rate of this Costa coffee shop because, considering a Costa latte is more than £4.00, at least the WiFi could be better = FASTER. Thank you. :)

Yosr was amazing, i’d been there twice and the third time i went for my coffee Yosr remembered my order from the previous times. It took me by surprise since there are so many people that go there daily and to remember one’s order is genuine hospitality!

Yors was very polite and provided superb customer service, not just to me but others too

Back here again today to meet a friend over coffee, found a really good atmosphere. Friendly, efficient staff team too.

This is always a great location for me personally as it's not far from where I live. I sometimes stop by on my way out places, or after a morning jog. I sit in and work from time to time too. The staff are pretty friendly and the location is a good size with plenty of seating, though it can get busy mid morning. The coffee is always good and well, you might even find me in here and can come and say hi. Over all, really good!

The selling point of this Costa is the kindness, warmth and friendliness of the staff. I was very impressed as my first time visiting this branch.

Lovely service, coffee as you'd expect, good toast and bottled water but terrible, soggy pastries. I went over the road to Sainsbury's and bought a delicious crispy, flakey one for 85p! (Ate it outside though of course)

There really did not seem to be much Coffee in the skinny flat white I drank. It was a pleasant milky drink, but not much Coffee in it, at all. The pre-packed sandwiches were good. The pre-packed fruit salad was ordinary. Service was helpful.

Bright and clean. Loads of seating and tables, with a selection of books along the back wall. Large, tidy toilets. The staff are welcoming and cheerful, which is amazing given that it was close to closing time on a Sat night.

Sad they are part of a foreign company, who are no longer as clear as Costa Coffee on U.K. Gov't tax payments.

Great service like most of the times no problems as i was there on Saturday and was a sunny day we set out side and is very enjoyable the view of Southwark great siting can relax just looking at people walking by and leave the phone to one side and not even bother to look at big costa cofe as is saturday well can see is not many staff as the store is a bit untidy as some people don't even bother to clean the own mess like that cost them alot to do and yes i will visit again that costa like the free parking after 1pm on the weekends 👍

Don't often go to coffee shops, went for lunch bought a tuna melt and managed to get a seat so all in all not to bad.

The Christmas products range are just tasteless.... Costa coffee normal coffee is what I'll be always sticking too from now on.

All is good as always except internet not easily accessible and offers only 2 hours free internet access per login

Costa coffee do not know what a flat white is.

The coffee is very good and you can get sizes that you would want in the US. These stores are everywhere in London so you know you can always count on the same quality.

Friendly staff,enough tables to spend time. I liked the latte I had. Forget about the bread next to latte in the pic. I bought it from borough market.(of course I hadn't eat it here)

Standard Costa - nothing bad to say about this one. You know what you're going to get in a Costa and this is a good example of that.
