The Broom Cafe in East Renfrewshire

I’m visiting from England, and this was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the experience enjoyable. Now, the food—absolutely incredible. Every bite was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into every dish. Whether it was the perfectly crispy bacon, the fluffiest pancakes, or the rich, smooth coffee, everything was just spot on. 5 start rated

Pop in regularly with friends sometimes solo - usually always for lunch. Very nice food, friendly staff and very prompt service. A big shout out to Joseph who is the most polite & friendly guy . Great place.

as its local we visited for lunch. on arrival was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. the staff went out there way and were very friendly throughout our stay. lunch menu was plentiful and the selection of cakes looked very appealing.. would definitely recommend. staff friendly….was busy which shows how popular it is and food was amazing. what more can you say

Scottish breakfast has got to be the best i've ever had from a cafe/restaurant. They call it the Broom Breakfast and its fair to say if you have one of these on Monday morning it may just last you all week. Even the blind man next to me said it looked amazing and i needed a wheelchair by the time i was finished. Staff were very friendly and kind.

Terrific eatery. Food is always first class and I can highly recommend it. Service is first class. I don't know the connection with The Hyndland Cafe (appeared on my bank statement) but I hope to continue going here when I am in the area.

We come regularly here for our lunch during our break. Service very good. Staff polite and efficient. Food and coffee delicious. Would highly recommend.

Regular visitors here so the revue status could be defined as all of the below as I go solo, friends and family. Our favourite place for a chill and coffee with the friendliest staff. Plenty of yummy foods and they aren’t afraid to try new things. Our kids love it and so do we.

Tremendous and very Clean... ! Amazing atmosphere. Family run cafe always smiling 😃, so polite and well mannered always happy to help ! And meet any food requirements requested . Food is amazing ! And the cakes WOW !! . Wouldn't go anywhere else for breakfast or lunch .... Keep doing what use are doing guys ! Fantastic 👌🏽👌🏽

Great wee place right on our doorstep. Friendly staff and plenty of options but for me the coffee is the best. Plenty of food options from breakfast, lunch, dinner and cakes!!

Lovely food. Well presented. Average prices. Please add some squash to your chidrens menu. To only have fizzy drinks , fresh orange /apple juice or water is quite poor.

I visit the Broom Cafe very regularly with family and friends and also get takeaway food. It’s a family run business, such a friendly atmosphere, wonderful staff and service and of course the food is brilliant

Love the Broom Cafe! Friendly and helpful service and great with my toddler. Recommend the halloumi and chilli jam toast! Cafe is light and airy with lots of space for pram. Lucky to have this close by!

Delicious food and staff were lovely, didn't need to wait long for food to arrive and plenty of gluten free options available

Take away service, I have eaten here as sit in (when allowed with COVID restrictions) and also takeaway. The food and service is first class, fabulous selection of cakes all delicious and made locally.

Menu, staff and atmosphere are great. Sat morning breakfast always a pleasure as is lunchtime take out. Highly recommend!

A lovely cafe, we had veggie breakfast and soup of the day. Have to say the veggie sausages were really tasty. Wasn’t sure about the scrambled eggs at first but they tasted great as well. Coffee wasn’t bad. Left without getting a cake and I regret it.

This is a wee gem of a cafe , staff so friendly, food fabulous and the whole cafe so clean and welcoming , totally recommend 💜

I was recommended to go here, on my first visit ( before lockdown) first impressions were good, nice bright place , great choice on menu. I ordered a halloumi salad when it arrived it looked amazing. It soon became clear once I started eating this...

Breakfast rolls -sausage and potato scone and other with scrambled egg. Sourdough toast, scrambled egg and avocado. Service was friendly and efficient. Price was okay too. Food was good quality. Well worth a visit, really decent local cafe/coffee shop.

Modern and bright cafe. James and his team are welcoming and friendly. I've been here a few times for coffee and breakfast rolls which were very good. Today's visit was for lunch and I had one of the specials, scrambled egg with smoked salmon on...

I visited here about a month ago with family for breakfast(5 adults), the food was all over cooked this was a shame as it seemed good quality. Poached eggs rock hard and square sausage that you could literally not bite into. I gave my feedback...

Nice staff, especially James. Enjoyed my coffee this morning aswell as a couple of rolls and square. Reasonably priced
