Always a pleasure to go in the broker

Not very impressed with the pub was not made to feel welcome and manager or landlady whoever she was, was very abrupt and not friendly. Would not return. I don’t need the door opening for me on the way out after being very courteous.

Always made to feel very welcome in the Broker. The staff are all super friendly and efficient. It's a good atmosphere on a Saturday night with free live music. I am not aware of them serving food but there are the usual crisps, nuts etc and a good selection of Ales. One thing to mention is that the landlord is very strict regarding behaviour in the pub, I am yet to ever see any trouble in the Broker and hence it's a nice place for a family drink.

A bice clean, friendly pub ruinedd by the music. Whoever set the volume, clearly stood too close to the speakers in the 90s.

Top local boozer with really fresh tasting guiness. Massive tellies for watching loads of sport. Really sunny garden area too. Not to expensive around 4.50 a pint.

BEST PUB IN THE UK! Been going for the years, Elaine and her staff are tremendous and there is nothing I'd change about this wonderous establishment.

Nice pub, which isn't easy ro find I leigh as they are all bars on the main road, sports shown on TV, plenty of ales to choose from too.

Lovely local pub for a casual vibe and a few drinks. Staff were very friendly. They had a few alcoholic free drink options including a zero g&t which was excellent because most places only have alcohol free beer. Would come again!

Best Lee the Boca pub the owner name Elaine she was Dad's good with people bestley special customers her regular cover customers always noise dogs always loud being a garden dogs allowed in the garden and she's really good in the pub I give her 100 stars because they pub always have the nice beers we liked and she's there this is a nice pub to go to so people around in the fans or people around roundly go to the pub at the broker because his nice it's people I do have a band there sometime so is a good pub so yeah have a nice time if you go to this pub it's a perfect pub to go to

I don't get in here very often but the owner and staff are all very nice and really look after my elderly neighbour who, before covid always visited the Broker for his Sunday lunch. Pricing is affordable , certainly compared to other venues in leigh, large tv screens for sporting events, clean facilities and lovely maintained exteriors. How many people can say they live near a pub but never witness any trouble or excessive noise. Probably down to the good management.

Spacious pub with beer garden at back. Reasonable choice of Ales - 4 English plus an East Coast IPA. Prices also very fair :-)

This is my friends local, and he goes there most days. The prices are really good here, the beer is always excellent and very reasonably priced. Good selection of Whisky too. There is occasionally a live musician and most of the time there is a sports game on the TV. The broker has a great communal atmosphere, and everyone knows my friend so we often sit down with people I've never met. Great atmosphere, Great beer.

Absolutely the best pub in Leigh! Don't be put off by the modest frontage this classic pub is warm and friendly and always delivers great service. Previously me and my partner have only ever enjoyed a few drinks at The Broker, and this involves quite a walk from the other end of the high street, passing all the other pubs and bars en-route. Yes it really is worth the effort! However we tried out their Sunday lunch today and it was superb! Why anyone would choose to pay £12+ elsewhere in Leigh when the Brokers Sunday dinner was so good beats us! We shall definitely be back!

Friendly Staff, Clean And Cosy Pub That Serves Good Real Ale

Very friendly service and great selection of beers, but menu limited with no kids meals. Kids welcome though.

Bad atomosphere backward bar staff don't get me wrong the 1970s we're a great time to live but this worm hole in time manages to keep that era real.....never been to the blue oyster in police academy but on walking In I half expected the famous de de de de de de tune to play not that I would have minded that but it was clear that only having 5 fingers in this pub was not the required amount. I won't be going back when I spend my hard earned its normally in half decent establishments got caught short so went in for one never again...manners cost nothing don't know if it's a private or brewery owned pub but after that experience it becomes clear how so many pubs are closing...
