Actually just a small kiosk - but friendly service, delicious and freshly prepared food and the best cappuccino I've had in London so far!

Super nice team and very tasty food - try the sourdough pizza from the stone oven, really inexpensive! We also had the churros, mmhhhh. Unfortunately, our pizza was taken by someone else, which was very unpleasant for the team and the boss. She gave us the money back and even gave us a second pizza for free as an apology, that was really great! We were very happy and it was delicious too! Thank you again! I hope the fountain gets repaired at some point, that would be nice.

The coffee is outstanding, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful park scenery.

I visited the Boardwalk cafe today and despite the heat, the service was excellent I think I was served by a young lady called Alex who greeted and served us with a lovely smile. Food was good too. Highly recommend.

The Broadwalk Cafe is a fantastic dining spot with delicious food and exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly and consistently provide excellent service as i have been visiting this place for last 5 years. The manager is really friendly and really appreciate her for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

The coffee is superb, and the staff are warm and welcoming. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing moment amidst nature, with a beautiful view of park.

I was strolling around the park hungover from one of diddy’s parties. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pizza, it was the perfect hangover cure, light and just greasy enough. The brownie was even better for sobering me up so I could recover from the insanity from the night before.

Couldn't believe myself that the team at Broadwalk to be this incredible. The day was just an average but the effort they put up on a peak time was remarkable. Visited yesterday (09/06/2024), oh lord, they were just attacked over the coffees, but the efficiency of the girl who managed them was at it's ultimate point.. Their sourdough pizza, is so perfect.. Ice-cream options still makes me crazy.. sure to go back again

Nice cafe conveniently located just outside the Diana memorial playground. There are no toilets here but there are some inside the playground.

Cafe located in beautiful Kensington Gardens in London. It offers a range of hot and cold drinks, as well as light dining options, ideal for a break during a walk in the park. It is a popular place to relax and enjoy nature while enjoying a snack or drink. A simple but pleasant stop to regain your strength. We opted for hot dogs with a drink, and enjoyed being able to enjoy our meal while admiring the birds right in front of us, which added a lovely touch to our experience.

We searched for Coffee in Kensington Palace Gardens and was coming up short but then in the distance we spotted Broad Walk Cafe! The head Barista took our order, shouting it out but within moments she became annoyed at the rest of the staff who were clearly useless. That being said once the coffees were in our hands we found them to be just as good as the other Colicci’s!

Employees look like they are not interested in being here and an iced coffee is £1 more expensive than the warm equivalent

This cafe is a great hidden gem just inside the park entrance. The coffee is really good, fast service ( even when busy with the kids park next door the staff are quick & remain cool ) generously sized sandwiches, super nice and friendly staff and the manager Alex is such a warm hearted character .i go there regularly for my Sunday it’s the highlight of my day seeing them

Nice coffee shop but its incredible that two ice lattes costs 10£ … its worst than the airport coffee shop! Relax your prices…

The hot chocolate came cold and with a strange flavour. Normally I would give a 3 stars, but it is almost impossible to destroy a hot chocolate…

Bestilte en vegetar pizza, grønnsaks bitene var kjempe stor, og ikke så velsmakende. Ellers var pizzaen god. Spiste også 3 kuler med is oss to i mellom, vi var begge fornøyde med isen.

Service and ice cream all were perfect

Overall had such a great accommodating experience here last week. They have a lovely halal chicken and roast pepper ciabattas which was a great surprise. A lovely young girl took our order and also pointed us to good tourist spots in the area. She also handled our little children well as they ordered treating them with such respect and a smile. A delightful little cafe near by a lovely park, a must if ur in the area with little kids!

Visited a day before, and I must admit the way Broadwalk staff managed the chaotic rush there makes me surprised and urges me to make review. Always a coffee lover, I love their coffee, for it's had the strong base I needed. Excellent pricing, nothing more nothing less. Overall an amazing place and experience. With a stop at this cafe just after our Palace visit this cafe made our day. From ice cream flavour recommendations to even pairing it with Nutella Waffle was super awesome. The team is 💯 awesome with amazing customer service and firendly attitude exceeding our expectations. We definitely will be back again. I recommend this place for great coffee and food.

I really don’t suggest going to this place, it might spoil your day. I had a problem with a worker there who got my order wrong. Even worse, they wanted me to pay for their mistake and said that I was the one who messed up. This was very annoying.

Drinks were good. Two hot chocolate were very tasty and felt wholesome. The double espresso good too (and am picky with my coffees). The staff could be a touch more warming, and the queuing system improved. Seating is plenty, outdoors, so you need to fight against pigeons and local birds for a space. Very close to a the Princess Diana park, so great location :)

Stopped for a bite to eat after walking around the park with our dogs. Absolutely loved the toastis! Good selection for a sweet tooth too.

Good ice cream, not exceptional. Absolute chaos when trying to buy something, 4 separate queues from 4 sides and people served randomly. Frustrating experience

We ordered chicken strips box, latte and water. The chicken strips were very delicious and latte was one of the best coffees we've had. Staff are friendly and quick as well. Will go again.

I had a lovely experience at this cafe. Queues were a bit long but it was managed and dealt with in an efficient manner and moved quickly which is surprising for London these days. Friendly staff which is always nice.

Overstaffed but under served. Poor quality food and apparently inactive staff provide slow and generally sub par service. The location is great so it’s a pity. I guess they rely on the fact that it’s easy to pop in…if you don’t have to, don’t.

Good café, nice coffee and nice service

It cost us 20.85£ for two hot dogs, oreo milkshake and lemongrass & ginger tea. Hot dogs are much better than in soft plays, everything is good in it. Oreo milkshake is awesome. Lemongrass tea is super refreshing. Really good quality food. Last time we had pizza with ice cream and its were also super delicious. We highly recommend this place.

They don't take cash. They don't give people the freedom to choose how to pay.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, shop not very busy but the 2 young 'Baristas' had NO idea how to operate the coffee machines and took over 10 minutes to deliver one Americana and 2 cappuccinos and spent more time chatting than making the drinks, the staff on the tills looked totally disinterested and had a really rude attitude. Average age of staff around 15 years old, the coffee was not even hot when we finally got it. Best to go to the coffee shop at the Lancaster Gate entrance, really professional service there and less 'in it's' every 2 minutes. The Broadwalk Cafe is only there to service the play area, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

It helps that the weather was good, but the Broadwalk is pretty good value (particularly given its location) with tasty pizzas and ciabatta.

Great location on a nice but chilly day for a sit down and a bite to eat. For a central London park prices are about average but the food on offer is cooked fresh coffee is fresh and the orange juice is ad fresh as it comes with the machine squeezing the oranges to order.

my friend wanted to use the toilet and the security guard didn't allow us as we didn't have children. That is discrimination not to be allowed in just because of not having children into the play park area, we had a long walk over 20 mins to get to the other toilets. One of the customers said he had used it before but he had children with him and had used the 'kids' toilets whereas we were not allowed to. The food is extremely overpriced for a pizza it costs £9!

Their American hot dog is just a joke! £5 and what you get is quite a big roll but tiny sausage of tesco value quality. They forgot our order,so after 15mins of waiting we reminded them and finally got it few mins later…No pizza even though they advertise it and no kids meals. I would suggest some kids menu when being the only coffee shop at the playground

Terrible. A man in the back was making a pizza. He was licking his hand and touching the pizza that was being made. He did this multiple times and didn't even stop after we pointed it out. Will be reporting this to trading standards. Otherwise, service was quick for coffees and icecream

Generally poor. No Gluten free selection of any type. No sandwiches, no salads, no pizza (dispute advertising it!) and even no GF cake. Avoid.

Two young girls served us today. They need to learn to smile instead of pretending working in an exclusive shop, especially the Asian one. No need to be cocky when someone ask for a hot dog. I would have preferred the traditional good afternoon, (smile) , how can I help? But this is not their fault, just no customer service training at all. And yes, no gloves and no face masks.

Working with food without face masks. It is an open air cafe with enough cool air to make the wearing of face masks comfortable enough for the staff that serve food.

Bought food from there for our picnic at Regent's Park. Had a felafal wrap and the lebanese salad which were nice. Pimms was refreshing with the fruits in it but could be a little less sweet.

Beautiful place to stop to eat in the park

Great coffee, quick service with friendly lads behind the counter. Perfect to wander through the park with a warm drink in hand. Plenty of seating for large groups and families with a lovely View of the northern side of the park. Playground nearby which is a perfect time spender.

Pintoresco como para parar un rato y disfrutar el parque. Eso si, las palomas saben que uno va a comer así que están siempre a la orden jajaja. Está al lado del sector de juegos de niños, por lo cual el ambiente que predomina es familiar.

Worst customer service ever... if it’s not because of this location nobody would ever want to go there...

Horrible staff, I asked if there was a toilet and they said I should go to the one "over there". The one in the direction they pointed to was about 10 mins walk and was closed, and looked like it had been for a long time. I recommend going to a reputable cafe outside of the park if you want food and service worth the money you spend.

Not been recently but just reading these reviews is bringing me down as it used to be a decent, well-priced place for coffee and a snack..

Waited for a pizza almost 40 minutes just to be told that the guys came out with it but they couldn't find me!!! Service is a complete joke

Great coffee Andy good customer service, located in Hyde Park with lots of outdoor tables with great park views.

Waited 15 minutes in the queue to then enquire about the filter coffee only to be told that they'd run out of filter coffee, then they told me that I could have one of the other coffees, I asked how they would manage that if they didn't have any filter coffee. Reluctantly they admitted that all the coffees would be made with instant coffee granules, are you having a laugh! Firstly how the hell does a cafe run out of proper coffee? And then cheat customers by trying to palm off instant coffee as filter, when they have so many signs boasting about the quality of the coffee. Avoid it's just a tourist trap.
