Burger King in Kensington and Chelsea

It was late and far from my home so I can’t complain. The only thing I will say is that my drink was not a large and half the cup was empty. Also the food was stone cold.

Avoid This Place – Burger Gang Gloucester Road If you're thinking of trying this branch, think again. I was treated with disrespect and complete rudeness. The staff refused to show their name tags, and the manager even instructed them to hide them — then removed his own tag to avoid being identified. They refused to serve me just because I placed my order through the self-service machine — a ridiculous and unacceptable reason. This isn't the first issue either. The manager has shown the same rude behavior before, and I’ve also received cold takeaway food multiple times from this branch. It’s clearly a recurring problem, not just a one-off. Terrible service, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. This message will be shared across multiple platforms and channels to make sure others are aware of how customers are treated here — and so that higher management can't ignore it. You deserve better. Avoid this branch...

Overall it was good but best i like the crew members behavior towards us specially there was a girl name pratima khadka she was amazing…proper customer service. I am happy with burger and customer service.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I got take away and they didn't give me one burger and the chicken fingers were cold.

I went to take the delivery order in the midnight the staff were less but they delivered the food on time Crew member Pujitha gave my delivery too fast and the team are energetic

The Gloucester Rd Burger King is very clean, friendly smiling staff & nice pleasant atmosphere, and the music not too loud nor too low, just right. I ordered a whopper meal and it was perfectly prepared by the staff. I highly recommend this branch and will certainly come again.
