Neeraj was great excellent service from team combined effort. Burgers and sides came just as in picture full of flavour. It was so good we ate the whole thing forgetting to take pictures. The night shift are the best open late just when you want that tasty burger

You need to stop harassing customers for reviews. Here it is; cold fries, coke zero, sprite, Fanta, diet coke out, burger is absolutely fine, 3 stars if I wasn't asked to write a review IN FRONT OF a staff member

The Gloucester Rd Burger King is very clean, friendly smiling staff & nice pleasant atmosphere, and the music not too loud nor too low, just right. I ordered a whopper meal and it was perfectly prepared by the staff. I highly recommend this branch and will certainly come again.

I have ordered 2 Doritos king box chicken melt, in which i have received 2 hot drinks as per my choice. One i have ordered hot chocolate as hot drink for which i have received white foam as per picture instead of hot chocolate. The Doritos chicken sticks which i have received is not cooked properly and it is like elastic. I was literally very hungry after my job Atleast imagined burger will be good so i can have but when i started taking bite of it the patty was not cooked properly and there no melt as shown in the picture below. I went many burger kings in london which is yummy and full filling. But today was my unpleasant experience for me. I would have come and ask if i was not inside the station. Sorry to say it is not accepted to treat customers like these even if you’re busy take ur time and try to cook it properly give order correctly. Worth waste of money. Thankuu

I often visit this fine establishment, and without doubt is one of the best burger kings in London. The free refill policy really puts it above the fast food restaurants of its kind. I spoke to a great employee called Harry as well lovely bloke.

Everything in the order was incorrect and cold yet again and i really dont want credit.

I visited the restaurant today to collect a delivery for Uber. I found the manager to be very rude when speaking to myself and shouting at me asking me to move in am aggressive manner. The manager os not a good role model for her team.

Waste of money. Their burgers don’t look anything like what they show you on the order screen. A £8 burger is so small and below average. Spent £14 on a meal and still ended up leaving hungry.

Very very large, with two floors, everything very clean and excellent service, the food is normal, somewhat dry, but like any burger king.

It's 1 am, the place is advertised open till 3am and for some reason it's closed. I travelled here just for nothing.

How about caring about the service you provide and the quality of the food before jumping on people for reviews in a queue. Learn from this and do better!

Best Burger King near Gloucester Road tube.

Extremely good service, had a good time and good food !

We recently visited the BK Gloucester Road branch and were so impressed with the staff greeting to aid with any help and the speed of our orders. We were impressed in particular with staff at the entrance, kiosks and front counter with their service.

This is not a great place to dine. The staff were absolutely unfriendly and not helpful at all. Everything is via online orders. There is room for massive improvement by providing better customer service and cleanliness. Management needs to come in and sort this out or this outlet will definitely get closed or taken over. Would not recommended this. I am sure there a better places around to dine where you and staff are respected accordingly. Thank you and have a great day 👎

Cold! Barely warm…I’m not far from Gloucester Road. Just in paper should have been in container to keep warm. Disappointing

it was missing the straw for the milkshake. It was also missing the condiments, ketchup etc....

Visited Gloucester road London. Two adults three children and had the kids eat free code. Couldn't order at the till as this is not possible. Couldn't order on my phone as no service so had to try the kiosk machine. One child is vegan. No vegan option for children so had to order adult meal. So now I'm ordering 3 adult meals! Couldn't get the machine to accept my code so asked for assistance. Finally I have a complete basket but I'm only allowed one free child meal despite ordering 3 adult meals. Not how I interpreted the t&c's. What a con. When meal was delivered to table our adult cheese burger was smaller than the child's plain burger. We only had 4 portions of chips and no coffee. After 10 minutes I returned to the till to hear an oh sorry we forgot to bring the rest! Very disappointed disallusioned and disgusted that vegetarian or vegan children are not recognised. Not only that, this so called deal with my grandchildren cost me much more than it should have done. Have deleted the app and won't use burger king again.

I ate there a week ago, and I did not like the preparation of the food, as whoever was preparing the burgers was without gloves to put the ingredients in the burgers, and this is not healthy.

I don't know how the food tastes, because the waiter didn't let me eat it. He held it in his hand and asked me to give a good review in front of him. Although it's strange, I still respect the customs here in the UK. I have to give a good review before I can eat the meal. (My review does not include the food)
