The Brie Mine Bistro in Hyndburn

My friend and I visited here for afternoon tea. Highly recommended, the two ladies are lovely, the shop and cafe is very well presented and has a great feel. The amount of food was phenomenal and the quality superb. Such good value, I can’t recommend highly enough. We will return.

Had lunch with family and 2 small children 6 of us in total we were made to feel very welcome and the food was amazing nothing was too much trouble we will be going back

Went to an all you can eat buffet and it was amazing. So much choice and everything was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended

The unlimited cheese buffet is amazing!! Loads of choice and it never seems to end, it's good value for money and has a great atmosphere. I love this little gem of a place ❤️

What can I say, the food was amazing lots of choice and all excellent quality, we all had the afternoon tea. The environment was nice, cute and relaxed. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. We will absolutely be back. Would definitely recommend, especially if you like cheese.

The best charcuterie board I have ever had. A choice of cheese, and some really high quality ingredients to match. Paired with a very nice glass of wine, this has to be the best eating spot in Great Harwood, if not East Lancashire. You simply must try it.

It was a little cramped due to the number of us attending a baby shower but it didn't matter. The food was amazing... no limp salad here! Pleasant staff Lovely decor. Brilliant company and fab afternoon. Well worth a visit.

Taken to lunch at the Brie Mine Bistro in Great Harwood. Never heard of it before but it was worth visiting. It’s a small place and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much but it turned out to be an interesting and enjoyable meal with a sharing charcuterie platter between two of us. The service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. There was more than enough food, nicely displayed. The menu is simple with a limited choice but ample to select from. Across the road is the Brie Mine shop, where we bought some more of the very tasty chutney w that accompanied our cheese selections. Definitely recommend both bistro and shop. Parking is limited but Morrisons at the bottom of Queen Street allows 3 hours free parking and is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Went here last night for my birthday! Amazing food, amazing company brilliant owners, such the loviest people ever and saxaphone player was just fabulous!! Danced our socks off and had so much fun. You need to go and experience this place!! 💕💕💖

Fantastic little bistro! Came here with a friend and we shared a delicious baked camembert, honey & chilli oil halloumi flatbread and a charcuterie board. Everything was delicious- the chutneys complimented the cheese perfectly and there was ample food for us both. Great price for top quality food. The range of cheeses on offer is enough to cover every palate and the simplicity of the menu suits the venue. Definitely coming back again!

I tried the Brie Mine Bistro for the 1st time on Saturday and iv got to say it eas absolutely fantastic! The cheese board that i got was delicious and very reasonably priced for how much variation of cheeses and meats were available The prices of drinks i found was very cheap and the staff were also very helpful and polite, making the experience very enjoyable! 10/10 Definately reccomend ❤️

My friend and I ate lunch here on 20th of December, what a treat. We had booked a table and got the one in the window so we could watch the world go by. The table was a bit wobbly but was soon fixed by our smiling table staff. The menu is very cheesy in keeping with the owners lovely cheese and delicatessen shop across the road so we ordered cheese toasties which in itself does not sound too exciting but you choose which cheeses you want from the cheese menus. A choice of breads were given and any sample add ons at no extra choice, we chose chorizo and artisan chutney. The 'meal' arrived served with a bowl of Lancashire crisps and a lovely side salad and dressing. As we do not drink alcohol during the day we did not look at the wines menu however instead we had 2 rhubarb and ginger lemonades, delicious. All this great food and service came with a price tag of under £17 for both of us.We have already booked our next meal.

Ate at Brie Mine Bistro on 28/10/22 and it was beautiful. Lovely food and wine, friendly staff and well decorated. Will definitely be back.

If you like cheese, you'll love this place! We booked a table for early evening and glad we had booked as it got very busy. Fabulous cheese boards with a nice glass of wine in pleasant surroundings. Service was friendly and prompt and even though it was very busy, we didn't feel rushed. A great addition to Great Harwood town centre!

Had lunch for a birthday treat. Had a fabulous charcuterie board with a cheeky glass of prosecco. Absolutely wonderful. Very tasty. Staff very friendly. Locally sourced food run by a local lady. Looking forward to going back.
