Such a lovely team, great vibes. Big fan! And right on the river!

We found this pub while exploring Little Venice and Paddington Basin. What a discovery. The atmosphere is great. Our valentines evening was perfect. Steak and Ale pie and Chicken and bacon burger, with some very well looked after Guinness. Sunday roast to share was fantastic. Three meats and all the trimmings. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely recommend this pub.

Pub is well placed and has been very nicely done up; food was absolutely excellent - wholesome with a twist. I recommend in particular the sea bass with potato, leek and chorizo.

Just had a Roast sirloin of beef today and it was really lovely and tasty and plenty of it. The staff were all very friendly and a great home from home atmosphere

We were a party of three for Christmas day lunch. We had a lovely meal and the staff were genuinely lovely, attentive and accommodating. (One of our party uses a wheelchair).

Loved the vibe, really Christmassy and the staff were brilliant. The food was okay, the roast turkey wasn't great but tbh the atmosphere, setting and service made up for it. Would definitely return.

A lovely little pub on the canal in Paddington and looks to be just one of the more upmarket houses that surround it. Popped in on my way elsewhere and was warmly welcomed for my efforts. A smallish bar juts off to the left greets you as you enter with wonderfully comfortable looking padded seating everywhere - there is even some nice ceiling decoration going on to the right as well - very nice and just adds even more class to a place that doesn't really need it. The rest is what you would expect, pleasant staff that are easy to talk to, an small, but excellent looking menu, and a nice range of drinks from ales, lagers and wines. I think you could get lost here for a while and just not realise it. Anyway, the the important bit: the Guinness was excellent.

Food was great. Mo was a wonderful waiter, not phased at all by how hectic the evening was just a couple of weeks before Christmas, full of work parties. He really made us feel welcome and looked after.

Passing by and thought pop in for a drink and all I can say is what a rip off when charged £8.20 for one pint of Neck Oil beer in a back street pub and not even in Central London.I know my choice and so tempted to just say you can keep the pint after it was poured out but not like that that .They wonder why pubs are closing down and this is why when they are just blatantly ripping people off and it was not even served with a smile and maybe the staff need to learn a bit of front of house welcoming if they are charging this price for a drink.

This venue and the staff are fantastic. I organised my work Christmas party here and they couldn't have been better, the organizer (Ian) was extremely organised and had great communication the whole time and catered to all of our requests. Typical London dinner with fish and chips and meat pie. Excellent beers on tap; the kitchen closes at 9.30pm and I wasn't able to get dessert 🥲

We had reservations for dinner in December with some family. This was our second time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was lively and the staff warm and welcoming. We had a conformable table and enjoyed some drinks and shared calamari for our starter. For our main my wife and I both had the sea bass, which was fresh, properly prepared and nicely presented. We enjoyed a bottle of wine (in an ice bucket, which was a nice touch) and a few after dinner drinks and must say, from start to finish, we had another great experience. Little Venice is a lovely area and we will definitely go back to The Bridge House in the future.

Jay was very welcoming and took care of everything we needed. We had booked for a 1.5 hour slot but were able to stay a bit longer and Jay was great in letting us know we had a bit more time. Would definitely return. Thanks Jay!

Great experience would come again

I was saying in a very cozy corner in a comfy chair and planned to have dinner and a few beers. About halfway through the turned the music way up and the noise level was too much so I quickly finished my food and left. Won't be back While I understand noise level is difficult to control in a restaurant, the noise level when I arrived was fine. The issue I took was when the volume of the music was increased after I got my food. I think that, at least, is very controllable.

I was down from Scotland with some pals & found this gem, close to paddington. Really nice looking building & even better inside. We were looked after by Mo & Charles. Really great service & looked after from arrival to leaving, even through a busy service period. Highly recommend & we'll be back down the road soon enough. P.s it's Dog friendly too.

Not cool guys. Been coming here 3 years as I live next door and got quite aggressively kicked out on a date with my girlfriend after she forgot her ID. We said we will just have food and no alcohol but got raised voice response that “It’s the law” and told to leave. Considering the majority of people in the area are Muslim, I don’t think drinking alcohol should be a requirement for my local :( People should be allowed to come in and purchase other things; which I’m sure people do without being told to leave.

Home like feel, very welcomed and looked after, good selection of drinks and food is great. Will return..

I was in charge of finding a local pub to have a Sunday roast and I stumbled upon this gem! The fact that they had people queuing outside before 12pm already made a great first impression. The food was amazing and delicious for its price, however, it would have been even better if they had included an apple sauce to pair with the pork, other than that the portion and taste was 10/10. Honourable mention for Mo, he was very hospitable, always ensuring if we needed anything extra, checking up and just creating a friendly atmosphere! It was a complete experience and we will definitely be back again soon.

Took some Australian friends to "experience" the British Sunday pub lunch. Didn't disappoint. Only slight quibble, by the time we got to deserts there were only two options. They enjoyed their sticky toffee pudding but my brownie could have been better, However that was only a minor point. The online booking only allows 1.5 hours. We way exceeded that and even though they were busy there was no pressure to leave.

Friendly service, delicious food served hot (and quick too). Lively atmosphere.

The Bridge House in either Paddington or little Venice, right by a canal bridge comes at you like a fun, effervescent house of madness, in the nicest way. Busy on a Saturday afternoon with lots of people wanting beer and food, lots of smiley faces. Great place for a pint...AND...I suspect, a great place for a "shared" Sunday lunch experience.

Back again to this amazing gem of a place to see Edward 11 which was so well performed by all the theatre members staff are excellent and so friendly the food is brilliant and the venue is perfectly positioned for ease to get to from a few stations

Mo. Where do i start - absolute gent. Funny, polite, accommodating. If a Michelin star restaurant wants a 11/10 waiter, Mo’s your guy. Deserves director status, get him in charge of operations but keep him front of house. The boss, the guy, my mate - Mo.

They take service "charge" which is a tip after we paid a cash tip. General manager promised a refund. Never refunded. Service charge is NOT mandatory and pretending it to be is not lawful. UPDATE: I myself refused to accept the refund, NOT Bridge House. Bridge House just respond by saying they refuse to refund. No, I declined finally. Again, no transparency nor honesty. This has been a long back and forth. A business that should be avoided. There is no "threat" for reviews, everyone has the right to leave a review on a business. This has been THE worst experience with a business. Unprofessional, Ian the general manager giving me a faulty email, then his private email, then requiring my email for a refund via PayPal, then not refunding ..... Avoid, avoid, avoid. ZERO stars!

A real delight. Having popped in whilst exploring the area we were charmed by a lovely Scottish chap who was extremely helpful. We ended up staying and enjoying a tasty burger and just wanted to thank the lovely staff for their great service. Now I know it's here I will be back!

Great Sunday roast and the service was so good...we were a party of six and we could not fault anything. Best yorkshires we've ever had at a restaurant/ pub. And such good value!

Went for food before seeing the show upstairs, we had the 4 sharing plates for £18, fantastic food, incredible value, great service, will definitely be back!

After pushing our way in through a crowd on the entrance path, we were immediately hit with very loud heavy rock music. Our table was in an area of the pub where this was at it's worst. We asked to move tables, or for the music to be turned down, but as neither of these options was apparently available, we left and ate somewhere else. We're not old codgers, but we do like to talk during a meal, and I have honestly never heard music so loud apart from music- focussed pubs. Certainly not in gastro type pubs offering a full food menu.

Visited with a friend and baby for lunch and drinks and had a lovely experience. The two guys working there were so helpful and friendly, they really made it a great visit - thank you! The cocktails were fantastic and the food delicious, so all round would recommend.

Good pub, with large indoor and outdoor dining space. The menu is very meat heavy but they have some great veggie bar snack options. 3 bar snacks for £18 is expensive. The area of London makes this place as you can walk by Little Venice after your meal.

Nice pub in good location. Good food and beer at reasonable prices for London. Service was good and staff friendly. Biggest negative was that the music was way too loud and not really conducive to a conversation and not very relaxing. Just turn the music down a few notches and then it would have been a 5 score.

Enjoyed having my birthday here. Mo was amazing at serving everyone and got everyone to sing me Happy Birthday in the pub. It made it very special. Jay was really hospitable and had a special brownie and ice cream for me . He always remembers me. And is very efficient. A great pub and great staff.
