Lovely place, needless to say Newquay itself is a paradise, on top of it, this place with variety of food and beer it has- was just awesome. Fantastic view of the harbour and service from the food joints was quick. Lovely staff. Big kudos to everyone in the team. Cheers

Lots of really good street food and good beers and wine. Nice view of the harbour, plenty of tables. You can order on the app or (my preference) just go up to the stalls are order direct.

We ordered from a few different outlets, all of which were great, although £11 for fries with a bit of cheese on top was excessive. The Mexican was absolutely amazing. The only let down was the slightly shorter, slightly larger older female employee. She shuffled everywhere and was watching videos on her phone, when she wasn't shuffling. She watched them at full volume, whilst sitting at the tables. She was also obnoxiously loud. We wouldn't sit inside again, because of her, but wouldn't definitely visit again, outside.

£2.95 for a can of fizzy pop. Unidentified sloppy wet fish and 8 chips cost an arm and a leg. Sat on a hard bench in a hut. Staff were nice though.

Stopped here for a quick drink whilst the kids did tbe RNLI Easter Egg hunt. Food looked incredible so decided to have a plate of Oysters. Wow, amazing! Worth a visit you're in the area and love seafood (other street food is available).

Great spot with different options to serve all tastes. Nice harbor view. Oysters were great from the Beck Bucket. Amazing Pao from the Fat Cat. Definitely a must for food. There are also cocktails, waffles, pizzas...

Been here several times over the lay few years at different times of the year. Great food and great choice.

We ordered the lobster roll, which cost £16. It was a 5" baggett, filled with 99% lettuce and the smallest amount of Lobster (which tasted of prawns), and a pathetic amount of plain chrisps. It's definitely the worst value for money food item I've had to date, and I'm aged 46 and eat out a lot. I will certainly never go back anytime soon, and I'll make sure my friends and family stay clear, too. SHAME!!!!

Lots of small eateries and drinks. Food is great, the views are great of the harbour. Good atmosphere

Our first time here but won't be the last.

A truly disappointing experience from start to finish. The order could only be accepted by QR code and that was glitchy on both android and iPhone making it difficult to put through. Food quality was motorway service standard at best. Only visit, if you're in the market for expensive and poor quality fast food. Avoid.

Lovely food (smoked haddock chowder), good range of beers including Offshore and a great view of the harbour. Menu was limited on this occasion (mid October) so maybe a bit out of season. Will definitely be back tho 😊

It's nice and warm clean and cool

This was our first visit here and really enjoyed it. There was, unfortunately, a limited menu, but we were able order food and they had a great selection of drinks. It was lovely sitting outside with harbour views. Looking forward to returning another time.

We have been many times before and always return as the location is great, staff really helpful and friendly and food never disappoints in both offer, taste and quality. A perfect find and would recommend to others!.

Lovely location and nice food. However, waiting staff really could not be bothered. Sullen and seemed very put out when any questions asked. It's a shame. Otherwise it was a lovely place.

What a gem of a place..burger was awesome..

Great concept for street food on the harbour with plenty of seating. Dog friendly. Steep climb down but worth it. Choice of fish, seafood, curry, burgers, pizza, and others from different pop-up vendors that you order from an app, and they bring it to your table. Burgers were particularly good. My 6 prawns in garlic butter cost £9.50 whereas the sky and pepper squid was a huge portion for the same price. Recommended for the ambience.

This place had a lovely vibe with loads of seating space! there were around 25 of yet we were still able to all sit together! the drinks were really nice and the cocktails were very tasty! I had a jerk chicken rice bowl from the Jamaican place and the meat was juicy and tasty! the rice was fresh as well so I really enjoyed my meal!! The coleslaw was confusingly spicy but it tasted nice. The staff were all really nice there too! Thank you!!

Quick service and large portions.

Very cool concept. One big area with loads of different "vendors" offering different snacks, treats, cocktails, and meals to suit everyone. This should definitely be more of a thing- and it's right on the beach too! We managed to have a feast picnic of Bombay potatoes, a smash burger and fries, sushi (highly recommend the salmon rolls- better than any sushi I've had in the UK) vegetable Gyoza, and a crepe to finish. The beach itself is small and charming with loads of boats and a few seagulls. Great for kids and families.

Lovely setting right in the harbour but service is vía an app which is slow. Food and drinks served in plastic cups, cardboard boxes and wooden cutlery. It is quite pricey too!

Nice place right on the harbour, good fresh food

Brilliant little bar with loads of food choices. First off the table ordering from your phone (just scan the qr code) is the best I've used! It was simple, yet packed with information about the food and drink on offer. You can order from multiple vendors and the bar in one order which is great if your table all want different things. Really nice atmosphere, there's a little beach and the boat Dock to look out on while you're eating/drinking. At low tide they even supply benches if you wanted to sit on the beach instead of been up above. Dog friendly as normal. Was offered a bowl of water for the pup. The food was exceptional! Best smash burger I've had to date, well worth the price which all in all come to about £20-30 per head after a burger each & a few drinks. Very clean and the staff took pride in this, keeping both the seating area and the beach area clean and tidy.

Nice food, but I think it's rude they charge £15 for a lonster roll which tastes like prawns and is mostly mayo, lettuce and bread.

Fish was dry and chips were soggy, king prawns were tasteless tiny shrimps. Service just took too long for insipid food.

Gute Auswahl an diversen Landesgerichten. Indisch, Pizza und Paella etc. Sitze waren leider etwas versifft.

2nd night on the run and we really enjoyed everything, bit of a queue to get in but hey we chose to stay. Waiting wasn’t long. Very busy so obviously takes a bit longer, fish and chips for two was fantastic, very fresh white and juicy. Pricing fair given location and food quality. The team are all chilled but appear to enjoy working there. Good buzz about the place probably back tomorrow for the mussels. Best meal so far in Newquay.. gluten free option but you wouldn’t know the difference, very nice and crispy batter

Hidden gem, fantastic location, fantastic atmosphere, the most friendliest staff and very helpful, the food, so much choice, street food, 10/10,service 10/10, cannot wait to visit again.

Es gibt einige interessante und schmackhafte Gerichte. Aber alles wird in Wegwerf-Geschirr serviert, sogar die Getränke gibt es in Plastikbechern. Es ist wirklich schwierig, den Fisch mit den Holzgabeln zu essen, abgesehen davon, dass es für die Umwelt einfach bescheuert ist weil nicht nachhaltig. Es hat dort sehr gezogen, weil die Türen offen standen. Wir haben darum gebeten, die Türen zu schließen weil es unserer älteren Begleitung kalt war. Man hat die Bitte ausgeschlagen mit der Begründung, man müsse wegen der Küchendämpfe die Türen offen lassen. Die Musik war außerdem sehr laut.

Found the boathouse on the 2nd of a 4 day stay. Went back the next 2 days. Lovely chilled atmosphere, cracking location and most importantly great food 👌

Looked to be a bit of queue when we arrived but we were soon seated .Loved having lots of choices & the food was excellent .

Great place for a beer and some food, lots of street food options.

Great spot and efficiently run in early July when very busy. Went for lunch and dinner during our holiday and both times it provided good food, drinks, service, views.

Only downside was the price but choice of food and the food itself was very good

Truly a classic! We ate there 4 nights out of 6 and each time we ordered something different- there's a great selection of foods, from traditional fish and chips, with ALL the trimmings to Cauliflower Katsu with pizza, Indian Street food, seafood and the like with a bucket load of stuff inbetween. Sublime view over the harbour, busy without being crowded, excellent beers and wines and not hugely expensive, totally worth the walk down to Towan! Service is effective and wait times are minimal. In so many ways, my favourite restaurant of the year - so happy they made it through COVID and looking forwards to tucking in next year!

A fantastic place to have dinner and while away a few hours. Probably a bit underrated and advertised, but worth the journey down to the harbour. Lots of tasty foods to choose from, and a lovely rustic setting. We only discovered the place last year - after visiting Newquay for several years - but now make sure we dine here a couple of times every holiday.

Awesome place where, if you're lucky enough to get a table, you can simply order everything from your phone from various vendors at once - so everyone is happy. Highly recommend the burgers from the pizza place, and jerk n grind. The seafood place is extremely expensive for what you get but it was a nice salad. Wouldn't really recommend Bubbles fish shop though. Will definitely be back here (already been twice!).

Awesome place. The location is amazing, right in the harbour. It was perfect for me and my wife to sit having a drink whilst the kids played on the beach. Great choice of food/drinks vendors and great vibes. You can order via the QR code and they bring it right over. Service was top notch. We'll definitely be back!

The food was out of this world, the taste is amazing and can’t get enough of the good stuff! The Achari is the best food stall of the lot!

We’ve eaten here a few times but on my last visit, I saw one of the guys that works in the kitchen come out of the toilets after urinating without washing hands and went straight into the kitchen me all my family will never eat there again. Disgusting! It was a guy who works in the kitchen, who has a beard if that helps anybody

This is exactly my kind of dining, sea view, live music, awesome beer, a relaxed casual atmosphere and absolutely awesome food, the 3 of us choose to share a few dishes over a prolonged period and that was a smart choice. Pepperoni Pizza was epic, Bao Buns, epic, kids fish and chips epic, katsu curry incredible and the burger was wicked. Our little girl had the doughnuts as a treat there were for her the star of the show. A visit here is a must. It’s incredible.

Great variety of different food outlets order on the app. Very good service, just be aware when ordering from different outlets, food can arrive at different times.

I love this place! If you are hungry and fancy a drink, please visit this location. You'll also get a nice view of the harbour, so it is definitely worth a visit.

Really good choice of menus across multiple providers, particularly enjoyed Jerk chicken from ‘jerk and grind’ and burritos from Poco Loco, experience only spoiled slightly by smokers and vapers on tables next to us, staff asked them to stop and they responded with attitude which is disappointing in 2023. Maybe clearer signage would help and take pressure off hard working staff. Highly recommended

Lovely setting expensive small portions

Beautiful place to sit and watch the tide come in or out. Great fresh looking menu for hot food including the expected crab, mussels, squid rings etc. Local ales and ciders on tap. We had a coffee from one of the vendors which at £3.20 for a Cappuccino, given the positioning, felt reasonable. Had 3 milkshakes and donuts from a different vendor (£5.50 each with donut) and didn't disappoint! £4.50 without donut. Sat watching seals play in the harbour and enjoyed ourselves. Would absolutely return every time we're in Newquay!

5 Stars for the location and general experience. The food was a mixed bag though & often pricy: Pizzas - these were good Burgers - ok, although quite salty, Curry - expensive and not great (burnt naan with tiny amount of curry) Milkshakes - not enough ice cream tasted like flavoured milk Donuts - kids enjoyed these
