Best pizza in Filey by a mile. Never disappoints

10 of use went to the Boast Shed. The staff were brilliant. The service was good despite the owner having to take charge of the kitchen. Due to this and us being a table of ten there was some delay with the main courses. Although I have had much worse. The last pizza they served was a little "Doughy". This is where the owner and staff showed their true colours. We were informed by them that our drinks would not be charged to the bill. It's very rare in my experience that restaurant identifies an issues and sorts it. A clear example to other establishments on how to deal with an issues. To the owner and staff at the Boat shed well done on going above and beyond when dealing with an issue. We will definitely be back. PS the Amoretti was superb.

Fabulous food, great atmosphere, lovely service. We always have a brilliant night when we visit. Delicious pizza and meat sharers.

Best pizzas in Filey. Staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Honestly give them a try. We are lucky as we live in Filey and can go when ever we want. Make sure you book in plenty of time as it is very popular

We went on Saturday 10th February for my husbands 70th Birthday with family, who had travelled over 5 hours to celebrate! The food was wonderful and the staff were amazing a credit to you, nothing was too much trouble! My only issue is that I booked this last month for 9 of us and I was told we could all sit together but on the night we had 2 separate tables on different sides of the room! It was disappointing to not even have a phone call to explain that this was the case. However, everyone had a great night and our visitors were impressed with 'The Boatshed' We would definitely book again! Thank you to everyone working on Saturday night! We would have given 5 stars if our request for seating had been as booked!

We ate at The Boat Shed on NYE as a family of 3. There was a great atmosphere, the pizzas, garlic bread & cocktails were delicious and the staff lovely. It's quickly becoming one of our favourite places to eat when visiting Filey.

Went on 30 Dec having booked a table as we knew it would be busy. Had pizzas to share,the BBQ pork and seafood ones were outstanding.Kids had a dessert pizza loaded with Nutella and marshmallows and absolutely loved it. Great place,great service and exceptional value for money ,less than £60 including drinks for 4 people . Highly recommended and we will return .

My favourite place in Filey. Lovely staff and food is brilliant not a big lover of pizza but wow. I love the pizza here We had a drunken man harassing guests outside when we went, and the staff were quick and patient with him to remove him to let their guests enjoy the rest of their evening. Cheese boards divine! Cocktails really nice. Beautiful local served gin. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to dine with friends on my day off work. Thankyou

Very popular spot with some interesting dishes. We shared a baked camembert which although tasty was overcooked and had too much garlic to our taste. The cocktails were reasonably priced and good. Service was friendly and efficient. A pleasant evening

Ah man I really wanted to love this place! It was packed, it looks the part, the staff are lovely and the drinks really were very good but my god the food was just dreadful 😖 I feel quite irritated at the raving and blatantly deceptive reviews of the food to be honest. It was literally the worsr pizza I've ever had. I've had cheap frozen pizza supermarket pizza that was better. The base was clearly frozen, it was absolutely saturated in undercooked greasy cheese with absolutely zero flavour in site. My tongue was bored, I've seriously never had pizza that tasted of absolutely nothing Before!! My view is, this is a great gin bar with food as an after thought which is backed up by the menu which is 3/4 full of drinks. Its a lovely little place, decorated very tastefully with a lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff but if you're going for the food, do yourself a favour and walk on by. You'll thank me later.

Hello I came with my family 7 people and a baby and the staff was lovely and genuine and interacted with the child it was busy and they still looked after everyone separately in the resturant and cared about the customers highly recommended.

Another warm welcome when we arrived. Endless patience with me because I was picky about being close to the door. So grateful. Food, as always, superb, and boxes provided for leftovers. I always have a good experience at the Boat Shed. Highly recommended.

Lovely little dining place with, a minimal menu that suits the atmosphere and aura of the restaurant. Many different drinks are available including numerous cocktails, a massive gin selection and a classic shorts selection. Friendly staff too. Have been here 3 times in the past 2 months.

We had a cocktail, pizzas and olives. Food was delicious. There's a good choice of starters and pizzas on the menu and a specials board. The staff were really lovely as well. I'd recommend booking ahead because it gets busy. Filey has needed a place like this for a while. I'll definitely visit again when I'm back in Filey.

Lovely visit for food and a couple of drinks 😁 greeted upon entry and shown to our seats. I would recommend booking as it can get busy! Great selection of drinks on the menu and the pizzas are amazing 😋 I'd really recommend the pulled pork nachos (photoed) they were phenomenal. It was a really nice time and experience.

We had an excellent meal and some cocktails. Really enjoyed the food, so much so that we went straight to a shop to pick some of the cheese up that we had....that's how much we enjoyed it! We are here last night. Was at tea for me and my husband. We brought our 2 year old son with us who loved it too. The Pizzas are phenomenal!! I’ve fallen back in love with pizza so Thankyou! Food was lovely, staff were great & very helpful. We booked for outside seats and were offered to sit inside until the next reservation arrived for that table, then we had cocktails outside which were amazing, they even made it cosy with a heater and some blankets for us.
