The Blundell Arms in Halton

We were a family party initially for 11 people, which then fluctuated from 7 to 10. We were booked for 12 noon but due to travel and other problems we were not fully there until gone 1pm. This did not phase the staff who were excellent and accommodated us without complaint. Food was good and we all enjoyed ourselves. Well done to all the staff.

They confirmed reservation for a room through booking.com website. But when my wife with three of my children arrived tired at their doorstep, they just refused to give them a room. Nor any reasonable explanation. What a disgrace! Shame on you!

There is a few people who drink in here who don't take cocaine and that estimate is only because children are here. They pass it around like a party parcel. Says no tolerance on drugs in this pub on the toilet door well this is a lie because you would think the people who drink here have irritable bowels the amount of time they go in that cubicle. Told manager a number of times and he has no interest told if the police was tipped off they would have a good day

It’s been many years since I actually went into this pub for the first time going in it today brought all those memories back it still the best pub in Widnes very friendly atmosphere the food is good and I would recommend this pub to anybody

Me alegro de contar a todos los "Brazos Blundell" están sirviendo comida, todas caseras muy buena relación calidad-precio, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, cenas de domingo son geniales! ! ! ! ! El menú para todos los gustos

Llevé a mi hijo para el almuerzo ya que hemos visitado antes y siempre ha sido impresionado. Soy celíaca y el restaurante atiende muy bien, incluso sirve deliciosos postres que son demasiado tentador para resistirse. No es barato, pero un lugar encantador peculiar.

Went for lunch with a friend after being told how good the food was here and we wasn't disappointed although the full menu wasn't on today we had a lovely homemade burger and chips not expensive and a nice pint ....fairly quiet so could have a chat although it did get busier around teatime has an outside children's area toilets are clean overall nice day in a nice pub will be going back to try more food hopefully when the full menu is back on

Very impressed with the recent refurb. Food is amazing. Amazing little beer garden with a park for the kiddies. Prices are very reasonable. Friendly atmosphere. First visit was a good impression! Defo recommend.
