Went for lunch. The dhaal special was amazing and had a good kick to it. I had scrambled egg which for me was very disappointing. I like soft eggs and these were very overcooked for me - almost like an omelette chopped up. It's still a great cafe. I just wouldn't order the eggs again. Disappointingly, there also wasn't a great choice of vegan cakes when we went, but I know they do often have great choices, it was just bad timing.

Lovely little Vegetarian café which serves good food. It's not a large place so definitely recommend calling to book a table. I had the special 'halloumi stack' which was harissa hummus, tomatoes, halloumi on sourdough drizzle with hot honey and balsamic. It was a lot of food for the price and all the ingredients were really good quality. The halloumi was grilled perfectly, there was a lot of hummus and it all tasted really lovely. It all tasted great, but my mouth was burning afterwards (My fault for not realising that it would be hot, the clues were all there!) My wife had the brioche French toast. This was ok but nothing special. It was not like French toast we've had before, it was more like an omelette with bread, and was very eggy. Did have a good amount of yoghurt and fruit on top though. I also had a latte which was nice and hot with a good coffee taste. We got a cinnamon roll to take away for later which was very nice. Overall we had a great meal with lovely service and I would definitely recommend this place. Note - There is a car park next to the café that you can park in for 1 hour

We went there today and it was all good, great staff and great food. We had tea for 2, with a glass of water. I picked garlic mushrooms on gluten free toast, a lovely portion of mushrooms on a nice thick slice of bloomer, my wife had the Welsh rarebit a real plateful a nice thick slice of toast with a salad and 2 small tubs one with chutney and another with coleslaw cheese on top toasted to perfection. The whole lot cost about £17, so £20 was paid and a bargain at that.

Love, love, LOVE this place. The food is good, all freshly made and catering for all with different twists and interpretations. However, as an added bonus the staff are fabulous, so smiley and helpful and pleasant. It’s just a lovely place to go, parking is easy (hope the health centre don’t mind!) a little hidden gem. There is an emphasis on ‘little’ because it is tiny, but this adds to the charm. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you too for the thoughtful 🐌🐌🐌 deterrent!

We visited The Blue Teapot for lunch. Varied menu with lots of choices. We shared a meze platter with halloumi, Welsh Rarebit and Huevos Rancheros. All were very tasty, and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and provided efficient service. It was the first day of opening up indoor seating since lockdown, and the whole place was set up to deal with COVID safety precautions. Would highly recommend and we'll be back again soon!

We’ve not been for over a year & I think this cafe may have changed hands in the interim , however the food and service was just as good . We’re not vegetarians but have enjoyed food here previously . Good covid precautions in place which was reassuring as it’s only a small cafe .I had the halloumi burger with salad and wedges and my hubby had the halloumi salad . Both were delicious . Nice choice of daily specials too . The cakes looked lovely too although we managed to resist on this visit I took photos but sorry they won’t load .

A wonderful little vegetarian cafe in Mytholmroyd, situated near carpark and just off the canal for walkers. I say little, there is ample seating and more outside. The Blue Teapot has had a fairly recent ownership change and the new owner is delightful. The staff are super friendly and very happy to help you. They seem pleased to have you there! The menu has something for every taste light bites and hot meals. My children love this cafe. We ordered hot drinks, croissants, scone and the Huevos which was all absolutely delicious and very well presented. There is a varied loose leaf tea selection and it’s served in a lovely blue tea pot and beautiful cups. The cake cabinet is nothing short of amazing. The staff are taking the Covid-19 procedures seriously and there are screens up as well as sanitiser on each table and tables are religiously wiped after each customer. They are on it!The toilet is well stocked up and very clean.Keep it up Blue Teapot, a credit to Calderdale!

Mum and I enjoyed a bike ride on a beautiful sunny day and pre-ordered lunch from here as we wanted to support a really worthy cafe having suffered with flooding and then the Covid pandemic. The website was really easy to use when ordering offering descriptions of each item and space to add specific information. We added a time when you we wished to pick up and they happily made it for such a time. We ordered two brie and cranberry paninis which were made beautifully. Lovely and warm and in crunchy bread. They were served with a tasty salad too! We also had two cup of tea, again piping hot! I would highly recommend a visit to support this wonderful cafe. They were operating in accordance with government guidelines to social distance but you still felt welcomed by the friendly team. :-D

No problem. the cafe is small but very comfortable. We were seated and staff friendly ( think this was the owner). We ordered from the breakfast menu. I ordered sourdough toast (£1.75) with honey (25p). I was a bit shocked to be served with one average slice of what seemed to be ciabatta. I had expected 2 slices as that is what a breakfast portion would normally be. Disappointed . My friend had a veggie sausage sandwich. No garnish. The coffee was strong and delicious ☕️

But my need for a take out coffee was a case of life or death. I asked if the young lad (Ben, I think his name was) if he could make me a coffee. Most cafe's in this situation would say no. As they were literally 2 mins from closing. But this young guy, was so chilled, friendly and helpful. He made me a gorgeous cappuccino to take out and there in saved my life! Seriously, I can't say enough to praise this quirky little gem of a place. Tucked away off the main road, therefore you'll miss it if you don't have your eyes peeled! We went in for an afternoon snack on a Sunday, it was 3.30-ish and we had missed lunch. We each chose a light meal but they both turned out to be very substantial and consequently we didn't have room for the sumptuous-looking cakes on display and even had to skimp on our evening meal 4 hours later! My partner's baked potato was apparently delicious, while my avocado on sourdough bread with sun-dried tomatoes was also extremely tasty. And there was a lot of it. Kirstie was extra kind not only to make my lunch every day for 2 weeks, but also deliver it, not to mention the quality and variety of the food! My friend took me to this cafe for lunch today - the menu is fantastic - so much to choose from and the food is absolutely delicious. Staff very welcoming - I will be back. This is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant but even if you are not a vegetarian you will still enjoy the food - wish we had one of these cafes in Littleborough where I live.

The food in this place is soooooo good! At veg/ vegan restaurants the food can sometimes lack in taste, originality and love. The Blue Teapot excels in all of these.

I love to try new food, and the Blue Teapot offers me great choices of non meat dishes. I am a carnivore but prefer to limit the amount of meat in my diet. The services is attentive and substitutions never a problem. My Halloumi burger was absolutely gorgeous and as it's on my doorstop I can visit whenever I like. It's a very welcoming and friendly place.

Recently had a little afternoon out to the blue teapot and my gosh it was beautiful. Gorgeous food, plentiful and tasty. The cafe itself is very quaint and relaxing. I can't wait to come here again! The owner & all the staff are very welcoming.

Visited with my wife and adult son. Limited menu but we had three different selections and all were very tasty. You don't have to be a veggie to enjoy your food here. Friendly staff and prompt service. Definitely worth a visit.

I visited with my daughter and grandson who is two! Nothing was too much trouble for them! The food was lovely although a little over priced. I would certainly visit again.

We just had a delicious curry at The Blue Teapot. My husband's daughters and two little grandsons are visiting and we checked in advance that it was ok to bring them. They were made very welcome and as a result of that, the available toys and the lengths which were gone to to provide them with food to suit their young and picky palettes, they behaved really well (if we overlook the food which ended up on the floor!).

I'm very glad that we found this cafe tucked away at the edge of a car park. It's very difficult to find child-friendly, vegetarian food in cafes and restaurants. On this holiday, our son had eaten a lot of pizza and chips! However, the meat-eating members of our family did not even realise that there was no meat on the menu until after ordering. The variety and choice are very wide for a breakfast/lunch cafe.

Nice people and food but it was way too loud and when I've tried to go on days that the website said it was open it was closed.

Bobs tearoom is always marvellous. Very beautiful walk to get there no matter where you come from and the drinks and cakes are always well worth the walk. A local hidden gem.

The best full breakfast I have eaten in years. I do not eat a full breakfast very often and my wife’s takes some beating but this “Big” version was a gem! All cooked to perfection and washed down with a very good, big and fresh Americana Coffee. The food menu (eat in or takeaway) is extensive as is the range of hot and cold drinks. Vegetarian and Vegan options are also available. To top it all, the prices are simply amazing in this day and age and it was recently awarded Best Café in Elland.
