A charming and rustic farm cafe with the most amazing cakes and excellent coffee. Dog friendly, friendly humans - what more can you ask for? All cakes are home baked. Bring a jumper on a cool day. There are covered areas but not heated.

A very pleasant spot for morning or afternoon tea at the weekend ( not open weekdays ). Indoor and outdoor seating and an excellent choice of homemade cakes.

Lovely garden and locations, good variety of cakes on weekends. Afternoon tea is only available by booking and on a Wednesday. The afternoon tea is really nice, with great views and lovely places to sit.

Wonderful family ran tea rooms .cakes are so good and proper pot of tea after a pleasant walk around the lower Carr Rd! Well behaved dogs and walkers welcome ..plenty of space Toilets. cheery banter and all made very welcome Bob and Sue the owners .

I've often passed this tearoom as I've explored the area a lot in the quest to get decent photos. Today I stopped in there and so glad I did! Lovely and quiet, great surroundings, prices very reasonable and Bob himself is a remarke character, typical Yorkshire man, hard working and enterprising . I will come back here again

What an absolute gem of a place!! First visit today and just loved everything about it!! The quirky individual seating areas dotted around the gardens are beautiful! The cake was delicious…and I’m normally quite critical of cake! Can’t wait to go back!

This is such a gem of a place, beautiful tiered flowerbeds the best home n made cakes. The staff are so welcoming. Great place to stop off at whilst enjoying the stunning views and walks. Very dog friendly.

Visited after seeing pics of my friend enjoying cake here and saying it was the best place ever. These guys are churning out cake like I've never seen before and for very good reason. The slices are enormous and delicious with lots of choices. The prices are super reasonable too. The gardens are a lovely place to sit for an hour or too. My only let down was the coffee which was quite thin but very bitter. I would just choose a different drink next time and this wouldn't put me off visiting again as the cakes and setting were so lovely.

A very welcome pitstop on a walk we were doing from Luddenden. Great selection of delicious cakes and hot and cold drinks. Nice clean toilet too. Really nice to sit outside in the garden. I wish there were more places like this!!

I can not believe how amazing this place is, clean, fresh and friendly staff. Was greeted by a gentleman who explained everything to us to keep us safe and staff and spoke to us about how we was doing in general. Very well organized place with beautiful views. Bob and Sue run this delightful farm cafe. Sue bakes a variety of gorgeous cakes and slices of these plus the drink of your choice are served up in or around the seating areas. The garden is absolutely wonderful.
