The Bistro Box in Edinburgh, City of

Me and my friend like to come here quite often, however today we were not completely satisfied as we ordered our food and drinks and it never came up on there system. A member of staff asked us what we ordered we told him the food we ordered then when he brought it we asked for the drinks we ordered and he gave us complete cheek and not at all good customer service. He said “Well you could have told me that before” with a total nasty and just rude tone. Not happy. The member of staff was a ginger male.

Asked for a single fish. "Small or large?" "Mm, large, please" Got two fish fillets in a fantastic crispy batter, just the best tasting fish I've had anywhere in years! Outstanding value too. Superb! Thank you :-)

It was many good times spent going out to shops in this KFC. Sadly, the page's turning and it'll become Burger King in a few months (I've been told around November? by staff on their last day). Was good whilst it lasted.

Disgusting. I only asked for a bit of brown sauce and she smothered it, It tasted revolting.

Without fail, whether sitting in or driving thru, this McDonald's WILL mess up your order. Never drive away without checking first. Today, while dining in, they forgot one of the drinks and one of the burgers. Woeful service.
