Probably the best dinner I’ve had this year! Excellent as always. Would recommend to anyone if they asked for my favourite to go to in Thurrock

Phoned up as recently had some allergies diagnosed and was extremely helpful phoned back to make sure everything was ok. Very quick delivery and driver was very polite thanks for all help

One of the friendliest service and the food was amazing, impeccable service from the front staff very professional and we had the house specials which was super nice, will definitely order again.

They have been closed for a year but still remembered me. Friendly, helpful and happy staff with Outstanding customer service. Fantastic Chicken Tikka Masala, Mushroom Rice and Peshwari Naan. Best curry I’ve had in ages! Absolutely delicious could not fault it. I’m so glad they kept their chef. It was so good I had to ring them and thank them. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely rubbish We ordered take away tonight. Paneer spinach was sweet as if cooked in sugar syrup. It is meant to be savoury. Bombay potato givenfree had just big slices of potato in a little gravy absolutely tasteless. Mixed vegetables was extremely spicy. Tandoori roti was tough like leather. Never have experienced such food before although we have done take always before from there !! Should not be getting even one green

Ordered food for a 20:00 delivery not turned up and its 2200 don't even answer the phone Avoid taken my money and not delivered !!! Next stop reporting to HMRC

Customer service and food quality both are really poor. Order some takeaway from justeat from them but never again. Found hair on food, after rasing the issue with juateat received call from restaurant, they started screaming over the phone 'what do you mean you found hair what do mean' we don't have anyone with hair bruvv.' All i wanted to tell them is my meal is ruined and wont be ordering from you again. I ll definitely report them to Environmental standards.

Just lost a customer of 21+ years who ordered every few months. Since takeover of a few years ago I've let a few things slide but won't be ordering again. Leaflet advised 15% discount if order through website. Had to phone to place order as gave less than 6% discount online. £27.75 minus 15% is £23.5875 so even if he wants to round it up is only £23.59 but he said it came to £23.60. Ok fine I'll pay be card I said. When I checked my card I'd been debited £23.80. When collecting tried to mention the overcharge but got dismissed and waived me away with his hand! As I paid by credit card I could actually dispute transaction as I didn't agree to the £23.80 debit but it's more powerful to leave a review in my opinion. Previous owners were honest decent people who treated their customers right and resolved any issues. I know it's only 20p but it's the principle.

We've been used this take a way with the home delivery option since it's opened. Food is great although sometimes the delivery can be a bit slow.

I have used this takeaway for over 5 years.. Always really great food in the past and service the same.. However, in last 6 months have been let down badly twice. Order wrong, over charged and the worst of all a Shashlik that was simply burnt and inedible.. Tried the Village Indya last night for first time in years for a takeaway and the difference in quality and taste was huge.. Unfortunately its goodbye to the Bilash

We always order from here as the quality of food is exceptional. The service is always good and nothing is too much for them. It's a shame this isn't a restaurant because we would eat in here once a week!

This is about my fifth order from this place. Delivery arrived within 30 minutes when they stated 45. Best Indian takeaway in the area and I've tried a few. The food has the perfect mix of flavour and spicy kick, and they know how to cook the vegetable dishes properly (unlike a lot of places I've tried where for example, the brinjal bhaji tastes like microwaved okra with no flavour). There's a reason this place has nearly 800 user reviews and 4 star rating.....people know how good it is!

The food came 25 minutes earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise, the temperature was perfect and it all tasted delicious!

Very good food, had to wait a while (1 & half hours) but it was Friday night. Tandoori mix grill was superb. Highly recommend.

Normally The Bilash is our local favourite. The past few times the food quality just hasn't been there. My wife gets the Chicken Tikka Masala and I get the Chili Chicken Masala. I never have issues but this time my stomach just couldn't handle it. Let's just say it came out faster than it went in folks.

The first Time I rang they advised me it was out for delivery and would be with us soon, it still hadn't arrived after 20 mins so I rang them again and they apologised and said they would phone the driver to see what was going on. Also when I was on the phone the gentleman advised if I told the driver they would do some sort of compensation but the guy said he's only the driver and doesn't know anything about it and that the guy i spoke to on the phone was the owners 15 year old son who has no clue. End of the day we shall not be ordering again which is a shame as the food is nice expect was a little bit cold due to delay.

Spent over £30 to have a rice missing, phoned them up asked me my order then spoke over me in there own language, insisted they delivered 3 rice dishes but only received two! Asked them to collect there order and refund me, would not do this and delivered a cold rice, asked for managers name, em don't know!! Poor customer service, poor food, will never order again from them, will not even recommend this Indian takeaway to my worst enemy .

The food took 2 hours from when I first ordered, was an hour late. Food was cold when arrived. If the food was hot it probably would have been nice! Oh and the cans of Coke where out of a multipack and shouldn't be sold separately! Disappointed.
