A group of 4 of us went for bottomless brunch, and we had a fab time! Our server Maddie was amazing, she was really smiley and helpful. Our drinks were never empty! They walked around and filled up our drinks regularly and the drinks were delicious. Food was really nice. All in all we spent £38 on food and bottomless drinks and got well worth our money, would go again

Did brunch cocktails which was nice, I had a burger it was average for £8.50. Seating uncomfortable and the staff were playing table football constantly very loudly and annoyingly. A bloke off the street came into the bar and opened his own Tupperware lunch which was random. I asked for ketchup and it didn’t arrive so my friend asked the chef and he went into a massive rant about how he has to do everything around here. Distinctly far too average to warrant a return.

Went for bottomless brunch, had the best time. The food was delicious, we drank so much. I came with my partner and one of my friends, the event was girls brunch but they accepted my partner to come which was a laugh. Great atmosphere, beautiful place. After the brunch was a after party which some friends came to join us where we danced all night. 100% recommend this place, James the entertainment guy was great! Met the two people that run the place and so lovely nothing was ever too much for them. Chatted and booked in for the magic mike night 11th May. Can’t wait for this! Best day/night iv had in a long time, definitely got my money’s worth very generous with food/drink.

I attended the ‘Big Chill Brunch Greenwich’ as advertised on Facebook and it was located at the North Pole Bar & Restaurant. For my friends birthday we booked in for the Amy Winehouse tribute brunch. We were really looking forward to this but we were unfortunately emailed prior saying they had to find a replacement singer who would entertain us during our brunch (booked from 6-8pm). Upon arrival we were shocked that our dining table was downstairs right next to the bar, with loud garage music playing so we could hardly hear each other speak. There were disco lights next to our table which were giving me a headache. I asked if we could be moved to the upstairs dining but was told this was fully booked, despite us booking the brunch in a month earlier. The menu we saw on the Facebook page stated ‘bottomless: cocktails/prosecco/beer’ so when asked by the waiter what drinks we would like, we asked for Mimosa and Pink Lady, to be told that only Sex on The Beach or Pornstar Martini were included in the offer. We questioned this as thought this was falsely advertised so the waiter advised we could have one of our choice before having to adhere to their 2 choice cocktail policy. Perhaps he saw the disdain on our faces but returned and told us our request could be met, which was appreciated. Food - the food arrived quickly and was fairly tasty. Although my calamari starter was fairly cold and my friends halloumi was two small slices. The steak was nicely cooked but the chips were cold, and when my friend previously visited a couple of months ago she had fillet, whereas this was more like a sirloin with a rind of fat. The chocolate fudge cake was served cold, it would’ve been a lot nicer if it was served warm. Drinks - despite the false advertisement with the presumed free range choice of cocktails, our drinks were replenished suitably and the Pink Lady was very nice. We had finished our desserts and there was still no sign of the promised entertainment. We had booked this so we could enjoy a live singer throughout our meal, but the artist didn’t start performing until after our 2 hour slot. We were told this is because people arrived late. We had to sit through our meal listening to blaring garage music. In all fairness the waiter was accommodating and polite to our requests, he turned the music down slightly at the beginning. But this was turned up again later. After our desserts were finished the waiter came up and put our bill on the table, it had been 1.5 hours and he said our bottomless drinks were up. I prefer to ask for the bill personally and although we had enough drinks, I presumed the 2 hour slot included bottomless drinks for the whole time. A lady who we had been in contact with booking the brunch came to our table to ask if she could take a photo of us to advertise for the brunch. We declined and explained our concerns and she was apologetic and offered us a free drink. We politely declined but she bought us some apple sour shots to our table. A nice gesture but unfortunately it doesn’t change my feelings about the review. I have had much better brunching experiences. I explained to the lady about the loud music and lights positioned directly next to our table. She had the waiter come and turn off the strobe lights, but this was after our meal and we were ready to leave. Furthermore, a lady dressed in a tracksuit approached our table to plug in a customers phone next to us. We later saw her serving behind the bar so assumed she was the manager or worked there. She said to us ‘you don’t like the lights girls? Why didn’t you turn them off?’ When dining at an establishment as the customer, I do not expect nor believe I have the authority to be switching their equipment off if is is bothering me. If this is the case, I may as well have ventured behind the bar to turn the music down myself too! All in all the food was adequate and the service was good, but was let-down by the atmosphere. If you are looking for a ‘chilled’ brunch I wouldn’t recommend this place.
