The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience and can’t wait for my next visit!

Ordered via Uber and didn’t receive order. Called restaurant straight away and told politely “it’s nothing to do with us” I’d argue it’s a little bit to do with them, given it’s their restaurant. No refund given by either party. Done with this place.

Ordered 4 large donor kebabs, 4 portions of chips, 2 orange lucozades, 2 cartons of Ribenas. I received 3 large donor kebabs, no chips and no drinks. What’s going on?

Doner kebab was OK, a little greasy. £10 for a small kebab seemed a little excessive. Also, they do not listen when you give them your order and get a little rude and snappy when you correct them. Would I recommend this place, only if you're nearby. Otherwise, it's just a regular kebab shop, nothing special.

Seen this place being hyped up on social media, had to give it a try. I wouldn't say they're the "*Best Turkish Kebab*", the lamb doner tasted very dry no flavour, it wasn’t oily which is a plus. Unfortunately they don’t do garlic sauce, but garlic mayo which gave me a headache, on the other hand the chilli sauce was nice. Definitely not worth the money, and hype don’t be fooled by social media. 2 stars for it being clean, definitely the worst kebab I’ve ever ate.

Service was top notch, quite slow as it gets very busy. Food was ok, but let’s just say, I’m PAYING for it today. Ordered a large doner box. Won’t be returning based on the pain I’m in today

The last time I visited, they had completely ruined the quality. The prices were raised unreasonably, and they changed their fries. After my last experience, I will never visit this place again. I pay £1.50 for their so-called homemade ayran, but on my last visit, they ran out and replaced it with a store-bought one that costs only 30p, yet still charged me £1.50. From a customer satisfaction perspective, this is absolutely disgraceful. I used to go there at least 3-4 times a month, but I would never recommend it now.

One of the two best kebab spots in London. Tried them years ago and had the opportunity to return this weekend. Amazing donner. I would recommend their donner in a box.

The best kebab I have ever had! Whenever I’m craving a gooood kebab this is the place ! We travel from Essex to here and it just gets better each time. I am usually picky with sauces or salads but everything is made fresh on day ! The chilli and garlic sauce is to die for! But let’s not forget the donner 😍 Best I have ever had and will always be a customer for life!

My husband claims this to be the best kebab in town and won’t eat from any other kebab shop. Clean, non greasy meat that doesn’t make you feel sick after. Consistent quality and service. Highly recommend.

I love the variety of Kebabs available. I have used it for over 12 years. Whilst my eating habits changed over the last 4 years, I returned and they remembered my original order. This was so reassuring and delightful. Methinks Chinese has lost out. It was delicious.

When you try the food at an establishment that apparently holds the title of the 'best kebab' in London then your expectations will already be high and there will be much anticipation. This location is always busy and you can view their automated donner slicing machines whizzing up and down. In fact you could pull up a chair outside and it would be more entertaining than anything shown on television these days. Now when we get down to the actual taste and quality of their lamb doner this is where everything takes a drastic step in the wrong direction. First off they use a cheap flour wrap , the doner meat itself is dry and only lightly seasoned, the salad was below average and I was only offered chilli sauce at time of purchase. All for a rather extortionate price of £10 and yes that is for a small. The kebab was dry overall as there wasn't enough sauce to provide respite from the lean lamb. After consuming such a disappointing kebab I was left with tiny little flecks of fat in my mouth . There are far better and cheaper places out there and therefore I sadly can't recommend

Been eating from here for over 25 years. No where else compares. Parking can be difficult but they now deliver. Yay

The doner meat is very bland no flavour or colour very wet not cooked properly at all very disappointing this was my second time and both were the same will not be coming back also I do not recommend to anyone to go here across the road is much better or another local kebab man. Another thing to mention it’s way over priced for what you get definitely not worth the price also as mentioned the meat is awful. Most of the staff there are very rude and treat you like nothing rushing you they don’t even ask what salads or sauces you would like they just pack your order without asking not like your traditional kebab shops that ask you what you would like to add etc upon leaving I was not happy with my order and I did feel like I had no options but to just take the food and go because of the rude staff member that was serving me had a very bad attitude like I was a pest or something I don’t understand. End of story is the meat is poor quality over priced Rude staff and small portions if the meat was good then you could probably not argue too much about size but the meat is nasty. Avoid here save money and unpleasant kebab.

Came in today to see the hype about this place, it was absolutely disgusting, it felt like i was eating rubber and did not feel like real meat at all. Chips tasted so cheap. The chili sauce wasn’t even hot? tasted like cold chopped tomatoes. Only thing i liked was the service and the garlic sauce.

Ordered an extra large doner in a box with chips and drink. Got sent a large kebab only instead - clearly sent the wrong order. Kebab meat was good but not amazing and lukewarm. Pita was pretty dry. I can't give it any more than two stars as I didn't receive what I paid for unfortunately. No number to call and you just receive a partial refund from Uber eats. When you're hungry the refund doesn't matter, you just want your food. Massively disappointed and this place should do better, it's just kebabs after all.

Small shop. Not much waiting area especially with delivery drivers. Always busy. Staff rush you in particular when paying. We asked for chilli sauce and he said "loads in the bag", there wasn't. He was just trying to get the money. To be honest the meat was OK but nothing spectacular. It has an unfortunate game after taste. Chips were oily and soggy. It is also expensive for what it is. Won't be back.

The best? On what drugs you were on buying it? The meat is like rubber. I can have a bite of the tyre. And it would be the same satisfaction. 13£ for large? Do they know what a large is? It's not a midget. That was the most expensive salad with uncooked pitta and some gum wrap. Can I have it every day? Just a taste... how miserable the life can be

amazing service, even amazing food

End up paying 13£ for a salad wrap. The lamb was supposed to be there...it was a mission to find it,and when I did find it was a mixture of rubbery very chewing and BP marinated meat. I couldn't give less than 1 star for this kebab which is a massive compliment. I just hope was real Lamb and not any road kill meat.. Just the toilet would be the right judge for the best Turkish kebab.

Qick service very impressive waited about 3mins. The large menu is deffinitly too large it was way too much for me small one is enough for anyone. Tastes amazing!!

I have to say I have seen various reviews but I always base it on my own experience This place has to be the number 1 donner kebab place in london I have lived in the area 10 years never been here till today I went because of a review from latifs inspired which he did about a week or so ago .. November 2024 .. I have pictures to back it up I was feeling hungry so thought let’s give this place a try I arrived was served within a 3minutes max or so approx. I ordered a small kebab thank god ayran drink and a rice pudding . What can I say I have never had so much meat in a kebab in all my life brilliant there is no way I could eat a large even on an empty stomach the donner was delicious the food amazing the chilli sauce is home made and very very tasty not to hot either they gave me separate salad tell you what I have to say it’s the best donner I have ever had I have been eating them for over 30 years I would recommend this place to anyone I will be a regular now after even not coming to 10 years the guy who served me was very polite and his team all worked harmoniosuly amazing food the best very good service I find it hard to knock this food but you need to be hungry to come in here there portions are big definetly it took me ages to eat it. The salad was fresh and the Ayran the guy gave me as a complimentary thank you sir amazing food I would recommend to anyone they do burgers chips ect but I would be stuffed with the small donner heave jnows who can eat a big one 🥰

To me all Turkish kebab joints are exactly the same, this food is for drunks and stupid people who just have a little bit of meat and say it’s delicious. It’s exactly the same as your local Turkish kebab shop. Tasteless and no salt. It’s a good meal for people who are drunk. Best donner kebabs goes to my Asians.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed. I specifically asked for sauces to go with my chips, but none were provided. Additionally, the order was given to me without any napkins or tissues, which caused inconvenience. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke with seemed unconcerned about my complaint. Instead of resolving the matter, he was more focused on attending to another customer while still on the phone with me. This lack of attention and care in handling my complaint was very disappointing. I hope you can address this issue to improve your service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fast, albeit expensive. I wouldn't say they're the "*Best Turkish Kebab*" but they're probably "Better than Usual Kebab." Dry, even with sauces, but at least it didn't feel oily like most. Chips were nice if a bit bland. Nice kebab, but not £11-for-a-small-portion-nice.

Not the kebab shop that I once knew. Gone down hill terribly since the last ownership. I still remember the quality of kebab taste back in the 90s era. Quality has dipped significantly since. The prices have gone up but the taste has gone down.. Five years on, new management have taken over in this kebab shop and it’s an absolute chaos in there now and the service has fallen down the pan. Food portions are now smaller, it doesn’t taste as it once did as the quality of food has severely dipped. It’s now your average kebab shop like any other. Not the kebab place I once knew and loved back in the mid 90s.

Me and my friend got some chips and kebab from here yesterday and the CHIPS WERE SO CRISPY! I was shocked by how good it was .The kebab was good too! And the people in the shop were do friendly! I don't live near Stoke but to eat those chips again I definitely will be back

I was shouted at by the short man with white goatee beard for asking for extra chilli sauce. These are the new owners. Doner use to taste better before. Awful customer service. I haven’t been back since.

I have been using this kebab shop for over 30 yrs, best anywhere around I drive here to get the best. But just recently I found out it had new owners ,last night I had done from there and straight away I noticed it was different meat,it looked different and was tasteless, then I noticed there were no lemon wipes which the previous owners always put in. No name on the bags. I will no longer be using this kebab shop,and by using cheaper meat they will loose the title best kebab that has been built up by the previous owners. They bought a name with a great reputation only to start loosing it.

MashaAllah tabarakAllah allahumma baarik service and quality of food are top notch. Very friendly staff. Been going for years and standard of service and high quality have remained consistent. The staff in there work like machines with many working at the same time therefore very quick service. You can call in advance if you’re collecting. They’re more than happy to help. Their portion sizes are quite large. Price has increased a lot over the years but sometimes you have to pay for good quality. Chilli sauce also isn’t very spicy but very tasty (good for some!) Small space so cannot eat at the place but for a takeaway treat for yourself and family it’s very good. May Allah bless the business and the brothers. They’re doing very well!

Unsure if the owners have changed but the food is not the same. The chilli sauce tasted bitter. The döner meat has become tasteless.

One of the oldest kebab shops, apart from that, it's very average, to which I was disappointed. I ordered Donna wrap, and they are not so generous with the meat but over generous with the salad. At times, I felt like I was having salad wrap, but there was meat at some points of the wrap. Shop is too busy. Maybe they stopped caring as much as they used to,or maybe it's because most of their clientele are too drunk to care.

It's good food but the success has killed it a bit, no choice of salad, just a default box. No choice of sauce, just pots. Want a bit more customer interaction with my kebab
