Look, I'll write it for you in Arabic so you understand man I see more than once I ask for food from you and every time I ask for food I get poisoned on the second day and I have to go to the hospital. This happened to me a few months ago and the day before yesterday I asked for food from you and it happened to me. The same thing means the summary of the phrase, if you understand and care about the restaurant behind the people, review your food and review the workers who are working with all respect. I mean, in all honesty, if I had the strength, I would have closed the store and imposed the maximum penalties on you, because I am now talking to you and until now, since yesterday, I have not eaten a single bite of the water that I drank. Return it

Completely disgusting. 2x ate at this restaurant and the 2x I’ve had to go to A&E with severe food poisoning. The only best this restaurant is at giving people sickness with their disgusting food. Would not recommend at all. I’ve already reported these incidents to the authorities. Should be ashamed of urselves. For serving people food that’s not edible! Ps: this place clearly don’t know what’s gloves or how to wash hands. If u go there pay attention to how they serve and then go cook. -.-

An excellent place for kebabs indeed! Their meat is consistently delicious whenever I order. The staff never fails to provide a warm and friendly service. It's always a delight to get takeout from here. I would absolutely recommend it!

Do not order from Uber they are a scam they advertise deals and used to send now they have worked out how to send just the bare minimum under cooked soggy and all mushed together. When you call them they don’t care they said many customers you’re not important!!!! I would have given no stars

Surprisingly nice food. Kebab wrap was tasty. Also was given a free drink 😀 my only negative feedback is that the menu says lamb shawarma but it’s actually Donna 😂 either way it was good food.

The food was cold, portions were small. The doner was hard, dehydrated. Not worth the price, even with an offer!!! Never going here again!! Tried to call to complain no answer!!

Terrible, never listened to my notes on what i didnt want. Kebab came with half a tortilla placed on top of the meat. No pitta bread, tiny portion and put my sauce pots inside my food instead of seperate so it was wrapped between my meat and to top it off driver left my food on the floor. Never again

I called the shop to let them know the guy on the phone was awful did not help me at all, did not apologise nothing all he said was that so what happened after you vomited did you die ??? Sent a lamb doner WITHOUT bread, no pitta or wrap basically. No really! Apparently it’s normal now. “You don’t get bread with the £9 doner”. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from these Jokers again - food and portion sizes have shrunk dramatically since my last order too, and to top it off they’ve gone back in time and now send your food in melted polystyrene instead of a metal tray. WTH

My second order from the place, and definitely last - compared with the first order, the portions were significantly smaller. Moreover, I got the wrong items, no sauce or pita, salad was basically invisible. What a joke of a service. Have asked for full refund and will stay away from this place and I recommend you do the same

sent me the wrong items, when I called them they told me there was nothing they could do as they had no drivers of their own, to fix it I had to come to their shop (not possible) and when I said no, refused to help any further

Terrible quality food ! Don’t advertise shawarma if you gonna give out dirty sweaty doner meat. My order was 17.95 for a mixed “shwarma” (lamb and Chicken diner) and some extra sauce. Dirty little mugs can do one. Do not recommend - plenty of other places to go in the area.

Food was hard and dry was not fresh atall

**BEWARE** Portion sizes are significantly smaller when ordering through Just Eat as opposed to visiting the shop in person. It also costs more, so when you have the food delivered you are essentially paying more for a smaller portion, that is on top of the cost of delivery. I would of course expect to pay a small premium for the convenience of having my food delivered but I don’t expect for the portion sizes to be significantly reduced? These underhand actions are purely driven by greed. I won’t be ordering again.

This is the chicken shaworma received today through uber eats. The picture on uber eats is the one next to it. Not sure you can see the difference between one and the other. No salad as advertised and chicken tastes funny. I called to complain and some guy whom was keep talking over me and wasnt listening was saying that this is how shaworma come with. But can you see what I ordered and what I received ? Rubbish, please avoid and go spend your money somewhere else.

Truly amazing, I've been eating here for over 2 months now and they never miss, the shish is always fresh and cooked to order. The customer service is above standard I've asked a couple times for them to change what their specail deals compromises of and they've never refused. Truly thank you guys for always keeping it a hundred.

Worst takeaway we’ve ever had, the mayonnaise was tasteless and the chips were covered in it chicken and burger dry and rubbery and the kebab came in a burger bun not a pita bread!!!

Rude, missing items, was sick after. I have ordered from here lots of times and it's been great but yesterday was a bad experience. Maybe there's someone new in charge, if so get the old one back.

Please do understand I have been ordering from best kebab for the best part of 7 years now. Throughout all of that time I've mainly gone into the shop and order. Ironically this day was no different I went into the shop and ordered my usually a wrap and a seabass meal unfortunately my bus was due and I wasn't able to wait for the seabass; I was more than satisfied with the wrap however when I got home ordered some food the little I was absolutely overwhelmed when I saw that this restaurant was on just eat and I just had to order absolutely love this place

Chicken shawarma and chips - was gd but prefer the lamb doner. Good portion size and gd presentation. Arrived hot early.

Third time using this place - I really like it - juicy lamb doner, zingy sauces and the chips arrived hot and crispy again.

Brilliant! 13/3/21 - after a proper tasty first-time experience last Saturday I thought I’d try my luck again, so at 3.15pm I ordered the same munch again, Lamb kebab, salad, chips and a coke - 20 minutes later the food arrived pipping hot and immaculately presented in the tray. The chips were hot, fluffy and crispy, a bit like roast spuds accompanied by the perfect amount of salad for the kebab, though there’s always room for a bit of extra red cabbage 😋

Excellent! 6/3/21 - First time TBK user and I wasn’t disappointed. I was a little unsure about ordering after reading some of the reviews on here, but really glad I did. Lamb kebab with chips, salad and a coke arrived 20 mins after ordering at 5.30 on a Saturday, even though JE said an hour. Presentation was great, you could clearly see that it wasn’t all just thrown in the box, the meat was hot, very succulent and juicy and the chips were warm and crispy? Loved the little individual pots of sauces too. Will 100% be ordering from these guys again 😋

The name says it all!!! Best in town...and I’ve ordered from most of them 😬😬 Recommend the Chicken Shawarma. Portion size is great. Had builders in the house for a couple of weeks and I treated them to their first Shawarma and they loved it. Now instead of the ordinary chicken or burger and chips they now ask for a shawarma 👏🏽 Delivery is always on time and driver is always polite 👍🏼

Nous avons fait près de 40km juste pour des cheese naan... Si vous voulez bien mangez évitez cette espèce de "kebab... " viande pas cuite, frites à moitié congelées...commande non respectée... Je cherche encore le fromage dans mon naan... Steak haché à la carte mais au moment de commander pas de steak haché... Bref payer pour ça ça fou les boules... Nul nul nul à éviter absolument !!!! 0

I had the half grilled chicken to share with my partner and my son had there grilled chicken burger. With my chicken, it tasted funny, not off, but seemed like processed chicken. My sons burger, seemed more like really chicken looks wise but very weird texture, like biting into an apple.Hard but not gristle. I won't be buying again and remember now, why I stopped ordering 1 year ago roughly. Maybe their kebabs are better. I wouldn't personally chance them myself.

Best Kebab are NOT "best" anymore, they've gone downhill. No more attention to detail - crusty and hard food... Burnt kebab meat (£9 for dry lamb doner kebab and chips too expensive for such bad quality), on several occasions, dull and dry salad. Six mini dry chicken nuggets for £3... where has the good service gone to? Where is the decent chef who used to CARE about cooking. We customers keep you in BUSINESS... Today you have lost a customer. Absolutely careless and most disgraceful.

I was in Brixton street gym and one of the men who worked there was eating some chicken wings that smelt gooooodddddd! They had been cooked to perfection too - just brown enough, moist, seasoned just right wooooo! I thought calling themselves best kebab was a reach but no, no it's not, I have had good kebabs but this one is the best I've had and I keep thinking is it too far to travel from east to south just for kebab....and the answer is no! Get the chicken wings! And I don't know what they put or their chips or where they get them from because my goodness!

I did a delivery order from this Restaurant today and the food was very nice very well seasoned and the food arrived early nice and hot really strongly recommend this food place.

Had some charcoal grilled chicken, which was excellent. It came with salad, and two different sauces which were also great. It also came with fries which were not the best I've had, but decent. All in all, very happy.

Ordered from here few time’s before always been nice and tasty. Tonight ordered 3 doner meat and chips well the food was terrible. It was cold, burnt and over cooked was the driest kebab I’ve ever seen or tasted it was the texture of a rubber tyre. I’m even questioning what it really was as was not edible to a human. A shame for this extremely bad experience as always been good before.
