Absolutely love Diamond Kebab but I think it's so popular they might be struggling and starting to cut corners, which is a shame. My last mixed shish kebab was not up to their normal standard.

Been going here for well over 10 years, seem to be the only take away place that has decently priced food for the size of the portions you get. Always friendly, if I want a custom order they always fulfill it. Only thing they're missing is delivery lol

The quality is okay but nothing special, it need improvement it was good back the day , the sauce for the chilli and garlic I couldn’t recommend please make some changes for improvement The chips are booker value but normal for price Wait time is always good and good staff

Waited 15 minutes for them to take my order in the mean time served 3 people that got there after me. Staff are also rude, shame it’s the best kebab around

Service was pathetic as they made us wait for ages and served three other customers who came after us, just because we ordered just the chips.

I actually live on the other side of Cambridge, travel here for the kebab, usually expected is around £12 ect for a meal for 1 so I wasn’t having high hopes of it being any cheaper, but once I looked at the menu, I was taken by surprise the meals were actually cheaper which then made me think, cheap food? Cheap quality? Anyways I but the bullet and got a meal, surprisingly it caught me off guessed on how tasty their donnor actually taste! Tasted like real meal with marination! Superb value and amazing taste!

A popular Cambridge kebab van has won a prestigious accolade at the second annual Turkish Restaurant and Takeaway Awards (TURTA). The Best Diamond Kebab, on Arbury Road, was named Kebab Van of the Year at a recent ceremony. The awards help to promote and celebrate the importance and popularity of Turkish cuisine in the UK. Members of the public voted for their favourites with winners and finalists in a wide range of categories. The ceremony was held on Sunday, November 5th 2023 at the Park Lane Sheraton Hotel in London. Diamond Kebab, who also won their award last year, was the only winner to come from Cambridgeshire.

Food Im sad to say was a bit on the dry side, I had mixed kebab and chips. Normally food delicious and fresh, this time very dry. Couldnt eat most of it. Service amazing. Atmosphere - its an outside van.

First timer and it was absolutely delicious! They had four members of staff, uniformed, and everything looked very clean and hygienic. Got a shish kebab - tons of salad options, great portions, chicken was perfect, and sauce was great. Staff were very friendly and handed out lollipops to the kids waiting. Will be back, thanks!

Normally when you spend £20 you get a free 2Lt bottle of coke. I got nothing . And large kebab looked like a small one

Great Food and Good Service as always..

They got my order wrong (seems to happen more frequently, see other reviews), so perhaps better order when you are in front of the van and can correct them? Also, the portions could be a bit more generous, but the kebab is nice and the price is okay. Overall, clearly much better than Deniz kebab, but Arbury Kebabs around the corner remains for me and my wife by far the best (more generous portions and simply better)!

Got my order totally wrong I work nights as a night carer and each shift I come here never had a issue tonight I ordered a Donna and chicken wrap with portion chip picked it up got to work open my wrap to find it was just chicken and chips in my wrap when I rang them I was really disappointed to get nothing but excuses on the phone instead of a apology and a way to rectify the problem they made now can’t get out again to get anymore neither due to this being my break

Great taste, huge portions and excellent value for money. The meat is so tasty and tender, the salad is alway lovely, fresh and crisp, I’ve not had the chips my self but both my children say they are better than the ones we do where I use to work. My daughter suffers from gords and this is the only kebab van that has not made her sick. Just wish they would deliver or register with Uber or Deliveroo.

The best roadside Turkish food. Great quality kebabs, generous portions at a great price. I usually order ahead. They give you a free bottle of drink when you order over £15. The kids meals are big enough for an adult!

Why have abs when you can have kebabs? At least do it right. By far best fast food in Cambridge. Visit minimum 2 times a week and wouldn’t change it. Have had their kebabs, burgers and nuggets and couldn’t fault any of it. Also, great service! They’re all so friendly and welcoming. Would defo recommend, big up Zakyyyyyyyy

The worst kebab and chips ever! Chips burnt and salad was limp and lifeless like days old. Go somewhere else!! Pita soaking in grease! And didn't think much of the hygiene of the van and staff! AVOID!

Went to the van after a day out and hoping to get a tasty kebab and chips! What a disappointment! Dirty van! And the chips I took home was gross as was the greasy kebab! Live and learn.

Used the takeaway van. Really surprised at the excellent product and friendly staff. Kebab bursting with meat, then choice of salads and dressings. Found that a small kebab and chips is actually enough for the two of us.

Went to Diamond kebabs this evening One large donna and chips one small donna and chips when we got home The chips were all burnt and disgusting I donna kebabs were full of grease could not eat the Pitter bread as it was soaking in Grease If I was nearer I would taking it all back and asked for refund I feel sick now
