I visited this bar to eat with friends and did everything you are advised to do by a discount card I have and was abused by a senior member of staff in front of friends. Gross bad management. I will never set foot in this place again and would not recommend this establishment!

Restaurant service is great and the evening meals are plentiful and very tasty! Not and extensive menu but it all looks great, from what we saw of other guests plates.

We chose to dine in the restaurant whilst staying and certainly not disappointed by the food and service provided.

Had dinner here last Sunday but while the food was excellent, the evening was rather spoilt by our area of the restaurant being quite chilly, which the waitress was unable to resolve. My wife resorted to wearing my chunky cardigan over hers. This was not as noticeable at breakfast time.

The app clearly states the dates that you can not use your meerkat meals, although the manager wouldn’t honor the deal saying it is at his discretion! Terrible be aware !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try the fish_ you won't be disappointed.Service friendly and quick and prices about average .Nice outside space for smokers and all in all it couldn't be better

Tasty food and nicely cooked. Just wish there were a few meals with vegetables rather than a lot of meals with chips.

We stay at the hotel and ate twice. The menu was limited but what we had was good. Short of a bit of atmosphere but all the staff were friendly

Lovely good quality food and good prices and good portion sizes. None of these small portion sizes. Lovely restaurant and bar area very relaxing.

Roast chicken breast with Madeira mushroom sauce was delicious. Sauce lovely with soft dauphinois and chicken perfectly cooked .

We were staying in this hotel and had an evening meal and breakfast during our stay. The service was very efficient and attentive and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend it.

There is an appetising menu on offer & food is tasty,served attractively & represents value for money! Staff are friendly,efficient & attentive. A great venue if you are staying at the hotel & don't want to venture too far away at night.

Food was ok in the evening, although the menu was limited, however the breakfast was always less tha warm

Worst food ever.stayed in the hotel (which is nice) had raw chicken on one main then bone dry chicken on the other.its shocking.starters disappointing too.only saving grace manager removed all food from the bill

Había una buena selección en el menú, y tenía un precio razonable. Entrantes leek tarta y escoceses huevo excelente, costillas podría haber más de una cucharadita de salsa y el sirlion bistec era difícil, patatas fritas y verduras era muy bueno y la gelatina pimms y frambuesa sorbete / queso junta excelente. Vino a un precio razonable. Volvería otra vez.

Brilliant for corporate traveller's as I imagine a dinner allowance would go far here. Great staff who were friendly and the food itself was decent. Would recommend.

Paramos en este hotel en nuestro camino a casa de Bristol. Situado justo a la salida de la M5, el hotel goza de una ubicación ideal. Decidimos comer en el Berkeley Brasserie y Bar. La comida es muy sabrosa y llega caliente. El servicio es eficiente y amable. Como muchos hoteles Best Western, la decoración es un poco viejo y necesita renovación, pero no se puede llevar la buena comida. Vale la pena una visita ... Es mucho mejor que las estaciones de servicio de motor sin duda!
