cheesecake was placed at the bottom of bag in a box that was squashed and the cheesecake was everywhere.

Ordered at 8:14 and delivery was made at 9:35, shop said no delivery drivers due to strike. However I ordered from a different shop with no problem.

Ordered two different cookie doughs. Both really nice. One was even eaten the day after & even after being warmed up in the microwave slightly, the cookie dough was still soft n gooey. Ice cream good quality too. Definitely ordering again.

Called to ask about the time and had been told the driver was on its way, 30 mins go by no food. Called back and was told drivers kept cancelling. Still waited another 35 mins till it arrived

Belgian waffle company is must visit, Their waffles are consistently crisp on the outside soft inside just the way it should be. the menu offers excellent choices, Portion size is generous, The staff is quick, polite and good with recommendations, Well be back soon……..

Highly Recommended, Best in the town Belgain Waffle Huddersfield has maintained its standards, let be service, quality and timing of food, they have never let me down, been to Halifax branch with family but I prefer travelling to Huddersfield 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

Ordered everything above. Waited over an hour. When delivered got given someone else’s order that contained nuts!! Totally unacceptable. Rang restaurant to get the right order delivered was told nothing they could do the driver would come and reswap the orders. Driver never turned back up!

Usually get this at the Rochdale branch and is very good service. Was very unhappy spent £20 on deserts for me and the family and The milkshake went all over the bag and all over the food. I had to throw it out. There was no number to contact to explain what had happened. I’m very disappointed

Kinder waffle was gorgeous as always. We ordered an Oreo sundae for the first time and it was also really good and stuffed full of stuff. Tried the raspberry and bubblegum mocktail too and the flavour in that was amazing

Red velvet waffle was gorgeous. And the coffee ice cream dessert was amazing. Such a nice strong coffee flavour.

Me and my 2 friends went there Thursday 2/1/25. We clearly order 1 waffle and 2 shakes, after 10 minutes of wait they handed us 3 waffles. Mistakes happen so I claim the issue. The guy on counter first took the waffle back and after 2 minutes give it back to us saying “we can’t keep because we have to waste it, so you keep it” (so we keep and waste it). The guy on counter with clear language issues said we didn’t say MILKSHAKE but just SHAKE so he enter WAFFLE instead of condemning the order. I use to work as Custer service, remember guys, customer always right. I don’t pretend red carpet or whatever luxury but just WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. We did not abuse on staff or be rude be paying 5£ for someone else mistake isn’t the best thing. My waffle was nice no doubts but seriously, service and customer policy need to be reviewed.

Driver dropped the bag outside and then took bag with him and drove off. Really poor service

Best waffles in town. There is a great variety of options to choose from which is great. They have recently added hand rails for people who have disabilities and have asked for them. They respond to all reviews and reflect on them to make everyone’s experience better. The staff are amazing and the quality of the deserts are amazing!

They make you order the ‘dream cake’ via uber eats because they can’t process the transaction via the till. Ridiculous.

Best waffles in town and a great variety in the menu. I just noticed they have put up hand rails outside which helps as I know people with disabilities who have complained about this before. They actually care which is so nice to see

the tango ice blasts tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in months if I'm honest but the food and ice cream was amazing

Ordered kinder bueno and reeses cheescake and both were off, tasted sour and was clumpy. Definetley not fresh.

So, I usually don’t leave reviews for many places I order from but this place deserves a review far higher than 5 stars! I’ve ordered about 15 times from this place and everytime I have ordered it’s never ever been late, food is absolutely way beyond expectations and by far the best puddings in Yorkshire no doubt! Never have they made a mistake on my order, and always perfectly cooked, never over cooked or cold, and ice cream never melts! Definitely don’t hesitate to order! Masterpieces of food!

I recently ordered takeout from The Belgian Waffle Company, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the food and the customer service. Although I arrived a bit later than expected, the guy at the till was incredibly kind and understanding. Noticing that the ice creams had melted, he quickly replaced them without hesitation. I had asked for a waffle cone, and when I inquired about the price, the staff member went above and beyond by giving it to me for free. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. A huge thank you to the team for making my experience so great! I’ll definitely be back!

Really good service, welcoming staff and the waffles are bussinnn mmm. My cousin has a nut allergy and we were being served by a polite young man called subhan who was really helpful with catering for her. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The Belgian Waffle Company offers a great variety of dessert options, specialising in stick waffles. The whippy ice cream is a nice touch, and there are plenty of toppings to choose from. While the desserts were okay overall, the wide range of options is definitely a plus!

ordered 4 ice cream sundaes, but only received 3, bags were not sealed and no receipt on bag although it had a staple in the bag where a receipt would normally be. Fair enough we were refunded for missing item by just eat but still extremely annoying for the person missing their dessert.

Would highly recommend the sundaes, the best in town. Red velvet sundae is addictive. Efficient staff prompt delivery great customer service. A taste of Manchester in Huddersfield, wished for a very long time that they open up here.

Waiting times are bordering on ridiculous. However the food rarely disappoints.

The waiting time is a joke, it really took them ages to make my order and this is not the first time in addition to the extreme hot room with no ventilation.

Order never arrived n restaurant never answered for resolution

We had received the wrong order.we ordered for 6 ppl and received for 2 ppl. The order number was different. The driver messed up the order.this is the second time this happened.

Me and a mate came in absolutely starving. Went absolutely over board with the available extra toppings cos why not !! The lad at the counter did not disappoint. We were giving him the most random toppings but he wasn’t money greedy and advised us on what he thinks would or wouldn’t taste good. Here is the white Terry’s chocolate orange with pistachio sauce, aero mint dust and lotus biscoff crumble. We even went back to get tango ice blasts !
