I'm not a fan of the quality and flavours or the ice cream so its a no go for me

Would highly recommend the sundaes, the best in town. Red velvet sundae is addictive. Efficient staff prompt delivery great customer service. A taste of Manchester in Huddersfield, wished for a very long time that they open up here.

Waiting times are bordering on ridiculous. However the food rarely disappoints.

Said food was on way at 8:55 and didn’t get here until half an hour later with missing items and everything cold

The waiting time is a joke, it really took them ages to make my order and this is not the first time in addition to the extreme hot room with no ventilation.

I came specially from France to eat their waffles and drink their milkshakes

couldn't even get the right items! rang and they said no one in the building has a car so they can't deliver - why offer a delivery service if you can't deliver when you miss items?! won't be returning

Order never arrived n restaurant never answered for resolution

We had received the wrong order.we ordered for 6 ppl and received for 2 ppl. The order number was different. The driver messed up the order.this is the second time this happened.

Me and a mate came in absolutely starving. Went absolutely over board with the available extra toppings cos why not !! The lad at the counter did not disappoint. We were giving him the most random toppings but he wasn’t money greedy and advised us on what he thinks would or wouldn’t taste good. Here is the white Terry’s chocolate orange with pistachio sauce, aero mint dust and lotus biscoff crumble. We even went back to get tango ice blasts !

Me and my sister are regulars here, i get the very berry waffle and my sister gets the aero mint waffle and brownie ball with strawberries. The service here has really upped its game in these last few months, and the desserts are really good, Today i was served by abdur and shafi and they gave very good service like always, Would deffo recommend this place!

Cheesecake and milkshake were nice but found it slightly expensive for what it was. Also sent wrong flavour ice cream - ordered swiss chocolate which was stated on the receipt received pistachio which no one in the house likes.

Hi there, this place is great for the desserts the customer service who ever reads this I hope you feel the same way as I do about coming to Belgium waffle, timing of the food isn't fast but isn't slow either it's quite good though it is jam packed time to time but that just shows you how good their food is.

sent us one right milkshake and then the other was wrong we ordered terrys chocolate orange n got something minty

Staff is so rude every time we visit this place. They think they are superior to the rest of the world. One example, once I requested if the ice cream could be in a separate container as it can melt in the same box with warm waffles (due to travel distance to my place”. When I went to collect they did the total opposite when I asked why they have done that despite my request. One of the rude staff members in their rude tone said “you can go as far as you need to it wouldn’t melt and you don’t even live far so stop complaining” rather than apologising or being nice about it they started arguing. Came home and had to throw it in the bin sadly because it all went soggy. Learn to respect others.

They all r useless they took my order I did ask them 3 times how long that’s gonna b take they were keep saying nearly ready they took 25 mints just for 2 milkshakes they were busy on there phones very bad experience it was my first and last time .

Nipped down to belgian waffle yesterday and the tall lad at the front with the little afro and glasses was very nice, polite and helped me choose a waffle . Waffles were class would recommend.

First time ordering from here and will definitely be back it’s nice to have somewhere that doesn’t over price and is generous with their topping / fillings great value for your money thanks

always amazing! delivery never takes too long icecream always perfect never half melted like other places deserts are great portion sizes and super tasty! couldn't fault this place one bit definitely recommend! we have introduced friends and everyone who has tried their desserts loves them!

Got 2 large lotus biscoff waffles but was disappointed nothing compared to the the original one in Rochdale the waffle was ok but the sauce on top was completely different a d the ice cream didn't have hardly any flavour

I went in after a hard day at work. First thing I was greeted was with a smile from a customer walking out with their food. I came to the till and the chap was very welcoming. He also recommended a few of his faves from the menu after I asked. I then took 2 milkshakes 1 waffle and a cheesecake Ferraro rosher. That was 2months ago I’ve been back multiple times since at least once a week so I decided to leave a honest review. The food is so so so good. I don’t often leave reviews but I’ve been ordered by the wife I had to leave one. Anyway enough rambling the food is good the staff are lovely and the place is clean the price is reasonable too so thumbs up on all fronts.

Restaurant gave our courier the wrong thing completely, poor guy went back to change it for us. Even without this it took 40 minutes for the original delivery and the food was cold when we eventually got it.

I’ve ordered a few times from here like a lot in fact and always been amazing. But ordered tonight and it was terrible in fact. Cookie was burnt to a crisp, rock hard and chewy. It’s never been like that before ever. Cheesecake was ok and the ice blasts left a weird after taste. They don’t taste how they usually taste. Delivery time got changed after an hour and took ages to update the order. Don’t know what’s changed but not happy with it at all and definitely will not order a cookie dough agai

Horrible service , yound lads laugh at the back rather than making orders , chilling on mobiles . Delivery drivers avoid accepting orders from here , even if you order to come and collect , they will start your order when you get in here . Absolute slow service .
