Great place to grab a drink and wasn’t too busy which was great. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re nearby.

The beehive was the best pub we could have imagined to have visited in London as two women on a trip alone!! Highly, highly recommend. The owner was so welcoming, the patrons were fantastic and showed amazing hospitality. We visited for Taylor Swift’s concert and they played her on the sound system for us. We had great drinks, authentic conversation, and an overall amazing evening. So glad we went here! We’ll be back again!

Stopped here to wait for the train queues to go down after a busy 100 match at the Oval. Despite a lively crowd the staff handled everyone really well especially the lovely man on mop duty, well done team!

Didn't have food, but very busy for the cricket. Plenty of staff on to cope.

Barman told me no food gets served here, even though the google page and even the site for the pub has a menu. Nice big space. Quite empty though. Good for a drink.

Was charged £4 for less than half a pint. Barman told me he needed to change the keg when the half pint was nearly finished. I said because it was about 50ml short that was alright. But then they went on to charge me £4. I asked, “£4 for a half, are you sure?”, to which they said yes. Ridiculous, especially as it was less than a half pint

Incredibly rude staff and the toilets stink. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy to be completely frank

Didn't eat but had drinks and I really like the vibe of the Beehive! Local to my work office it's a great place to go to for casual drinks. It has an outside area and I'm looking forward to giving it a try when the weather gets better!

Service was good and friendly. Prices were really reasonable for a London pub. Didn’t have any food as kitchen was closed.

Nice open plan pub. Amazing staff and the beer isn't too bad either. Can get a bit noisy at times especially when the sport is on the TVs and the hockey teams are there. I just wish the bar prices were more reasonable but they are good value for London.

Super pub with many screens for sports and they sell dry roasted nuts in packets....yayyyy!@!

Best for live sports around Vauxhall. Great selection of draught beers, not sure if they do food. Can get absolutely rammed when cricket at Oval.

Good place to meet my son before going to the cricket. Pub looks old style on the outside but has a very large open interior with bi fold doors going to the outside seating area. Plenty of tables and seats with lots of Tvs . Good selection of Ales and Lagers and cheaper than bars in the Oval. Probably do food as well but didn't have the opportunity to see a menu.

This pub exists mainly for people who are either on their way to or from the Oval. It's an unashamed sports pub - several big screens with Sky Sports on all around the bar. Not a great atmosphere,and not the cheapest. But if you want to get tanked before the Hundred or a test match this will do.

Okay. It was matchday. But Pkastic glasses inside the pub! Plus with more screens than a multiplex not a place for a quiet, refreshing pint. But the beer I had was quite good.

Four of us had lunch and a few beers during the Test Match. Really nice, friendly atmosphere and the BBQ with Salad was fantastically delicious and great value. I will definitely return with a larger group for dinner later this Summer. I came a few years ago but it has definitely raised it's game with the food and the ales.

Great place to go before the cricket but the prices are ridiculous. I was charged £7 for a Coors Shandy. When I contested the price, I was responded to in a not so favourable fashion. You expect a lower alcohol standard beer to cost less than other drinks, especially when half of it is lemonade. Will try alternative pubs next time.

Excellent pub for watching football, cricket, rugby etc in a friendly atmosphere. Nice garden too if you want to get away from the TV screens. Tends to get very crowded when matches are on at the Oval, but normally there is usually a comfortable seat to be found somewhere.

Had a horrible, cloudy pint of Tribute. I really tried, but I simply couldn't drink it! Swapped it for Doom Bar but it was a bit cloudy too. Has someone been knocking the kegs about in the cellar?

Beware of this pub. If the cricket is on the drinks prices will increase during your visit. Visited with a friend and paid £14, then £11.40, then £15.60 for the exact same drinks. According to staff these price increases are “normal” during the cricket and they have no control over them. The pub doesn’t advertise this anywhere. This deliberately misleads customers and is underhand. We won’t be visiting again.

Absolutely heaving for Surrey T20 and the last day of the 1st Ashes Test on the box. Great atmosphere and got served in no time.

Great atmosphere, shame service was a tad slow albeit the pub was very busy! Bar staff need to cover the whole bar area rather than those customers directly in front of them.

I haven't been to this pub for about 3 years. I enjoyed my recent return visit and even recognised some of the bar staff. It's a spacious, comfortable pub with a lot of screens if you want to watch sport. We call the pub the TARDIS as it's much bigger inside than it looks from outside.

Very nice modern pub, though did get crowded for a quiet after work drink, due to an event at the oval. The staff were friendly and respectful.

This is a lovely pub, very much open, great place for after the cricket or during rain delays, very friendly and helpful staff, chatting about the game at the Oval and even put the cricket on Sky for me! Good beer selection and a great semi-outdoor section at the back. No food but you can take your own in. 🍺🏏

Been a few times, perfect place for a drink. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere and staff.

I do not drink alcohol nor do I often go to pubs. I was desperately looking for a place to allow me to use the bathroom and this was the only place kind enough to do so. The lady serving was very kind indeed and pray she is blessed with nothing but good.

Was alrite. I was the only customer in it on a Saturday afternoon. So it was sort of a craic free zone. Really clean pub though.

OK pub between the Oval and Vauxhall. One cask beer on handpump when I visited. Three people in the pub on a Sunday evening (hardly surprising when I was charged £3 for a half of Doom Bar).

Came here for some leaving drinks and really enjoyed the pub! Very open space with great selection of drinks and friendly staff! There were also plenty of TV screens around too; I can't remember the channel but I think it was SkySports. Great night out!

Some of the staff that are in the boomer age range seem unhappy to serve anything other than a pint. After 1 drink it felt inconvenient to order another.

Old fashioned, timber framed pub in the heart of Vauxhall and Kennington, a stones throw from the Oval. Large interior, with multiple screens and all sports channels

The Beehive looks a little dated from the outside, but don't be put off. Inside a stylish modern design welcomes you. No food on offer, when I was there, and that's not altogether a bad situation. It means that the staff can get on with serving you a wide range of drinks, at resonable prices Popular with locals and office staff , who know they have hit on something good.

A busy Thursday evening with football on. Efficient bar service, plenty of screens and reasonably priced.

Came here with colleagues after a conference at the Oval. There is a large beer garden at the back and plenty of room inside. The toilets are downstairs and are clean and functional. The only downside to this is that it's pretty expensive, but so is every pub in London.

About 200 in there after Surrey T20. Stewards on the doors let everyone in. Everyone squashed against each other. Apparently no Covid in Lambeth. The governor is a disgrace!!!

Great service, friendly bar staff also. Atmosphere is nice. Typical pub feel. They do Larger, bitters, IPA etc... so good choices. Beer garden is spacious not cramped, with heaters. They also do typical pub food, burgers etc.. stations close by so no issue using public transport after a pint or 2. Would recommend if you're around the area.

Went into this pub to watch their advertised Sky football with 3 friends when the game came on asked the bar lady politely if we could have some sound. She said very rudely I am not putting the sound on Grim attitude grim pub it was completely empty I wonder why?

Favourite pub in the area. Unpretentious, have the sport on, and generally a very nice atmosphere.

Could clean their beer pipes. Slightly grumpy staff. I go relatively regularly with work but it could be so much better.

Superb service. Great team work bar staff that are used to large crowds. Probably the only pub I know with a full length mirror in the ladies loo! Very useful.
