The Beeches in Birmingham

The staff are always great, today was Ann, sarah lou, brit and Marie who are all fantastic with customer service and making us feel welcome l.nothing is too much hassle

We held my father in laws wake at the Beeches, and as a family. We were very happy with the service provided. The buffet we ordered was perfect and there was Plenty to go around. We were provided with a private area and were looked after very well. Thank you to Donna and the team for all you love and support during a difficult time.

Visited beeches pub for Halloween breakfast,/magic/treasure hunt. Kids had so much fun such a lovely atmosphere. whenever the grandchildren come they always choose beeches. Definitely a family favourite.

Perfect pub for kids and families. Good value and every day offers. Nice atmosphere, soft play for kids, holidays activities and great food👍🏼

Callum, natalie, Laura and Marie are always so helpful and polite. Nothing is ever too much hassle for any of them, even when the tills go down they take it all in their stridewith a pinch of humour

Good food and good service. Food came in a timelymanner. Marie was friendly as always. Kids like to come here for the play area. Wasn't too loud

Had a nice quiet spot of breakfast and was served at the bar by Ann. She was happy and cheerful and served us quickly. Ann is an asset to The Beeches!!

Great meal at the Beeches cooked by Zack and Luke. BOGOF burgers on a Friday. Great selection of drinks and loads of deals every day of the week. Great service from Jake, Callum and Brittney who went above and beyond and Donna on the host making everyone feel welcome. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.

Great service from the main bar from Ann, friendly service. Sat outside in the beer garden today which was very pleasant, good music. Used the Green King app to get 10% of each round…no brainer.

Marie was outstanding with her role. Made us feel special and welcomed . Food was good for the money. Unlimited tea and coffee. Which is all ways good. The only problem was with the table number 38 it keeps moving when you have have your food. Needs fixing I think.

Always have good meal here and not many places where kids can play while waiting for food such as indoor soft play area and outdoor equipment. Sarah Lou, Josh, zac, Nash and Marie made a family meal out enjoyable and satisfied.

Good deal on a breakfast, £8.77 for two full English along with a coffee. Well cooked, especially the bacon, tasty. Staff are friendly also, Marie was waiting on me and was very accommodating. Would recommend and return.

Always a fantastic pub, great quality beer and really friendly staff , food is amazing , huge beer garden , soft play area for the little ones , and plenty of tvs for sport

We went to the beeches pub for lunch today and the food was lovely the chef was Sim. And our waitress was so lovely and professional her name was Marie. We just wanted to give her a special mention as she made our day.

Come a few times here to eat and the kids enjoy the garden area and us adults in the summer. Today was crap weather so inside was very busy but Marie who did our table service was amazing. She always is but today she kept so calm with how busy it was and still had time to check-if everything was OK which it was. Live this place roll on the summer ☀️

Came for Breakfast this morning and really enjoyed it. Big shout out to Natalie for making us feel very welcome, was nice to be served by someone that was so friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The food was lovely, and we didn't have to wait long at all, thanks to chef Zak.

It is close by and very friendly. Good food and polite staff. Good play area for children and large screen for foot ball fans

This is a great pub for families. Outdoor play area as well as soft play. They have great activities on during the school holidays. It’s also a lovely place for a nice meal as a couple as it’s big enough to spread out and not be too close to play area for those more quiet nights to give yourself a break.

Sizzling steak was really good and a pleasant pint of IPA. Prompt and friendly service by Marie. Thanks to the chef, Zach, also. Very good value overall.

As always, a lovely place to go mainly for our daughter who enjoys playing in the soft play. Friendly service on the bar and from Marie our server. Food was cooked deliciously, I was told by Zak. Will come again for the 100th time 😂✌️

Table was all ready for when we arrived. We had a wonderful server called Marie., who kept asking of everything was okay with our good and drinks! We even staying for the family disco and karokee with dj Scott.

The staff here are very friendly we always enjoy our meals Marie the waitress is friendly. And Sarah the duty manager is always happy to accommodate me my group of friends come here on a regular basis and will continue to do so

We had excellent service from a lovely lady named Marie. She ensured all our needs were met and helped out with our baby. Made sure our food was all okay and was happy to resolve any issues. Before I mention the pub or the food, let's mention Marie. This lady is such an asset to this establishment. She's a shining beacon that radiates friendliness and is so incredibly helpful. The pub was lovely and Christmassy, although it would have benefitted from some heat on this cold damp night. The food was hot and delicious,with lots of pub classics getting a sprinkle of seasonal spice. Definitely recommend their Christmas fayre.

Had a lovely three course Christmas meal. A really lovely waitress called Marie looked after us. Good food excellent service. Well done Marie and thank you.

Had a delicious roast beef dinner and the kids had pizza. Marie was very attentive and the food all came out quickly.

This is one of my local pubs, never had an issue before and it's usually great service. So my bad trip was probably just a one off. But I feel I should bring attention to the fact my friend was given a mouldy plastic cup with his pitcher and the fact it was a fairly quiet day and I had to ask twice about my drink Food was lovely and I love the beer garden here.

Food was amazing good value for money and was hot ( beautiful ) staff are friendly and welcoming Marie the waitress was fantastic and helpful Kids enjoyed the massive garden in the back which is safe and secure Definitely will be coming back

First time revisiting the pub since the numerous lockdowns. We went for our daughters birthday. We asked for table service with us being in a group and to be honest, I hate the app! This was accepted by staff and they were most accommodating throughout the evening. With us first being served by Tracy, a kind, welcoming, happy lady, our drinks were received in recorded time. Callum then took on the task of our food order, which, with all the changes was a task within it self, but was met with a kind smile, a friendly attitude and a welcoming approach!While telling stories over dinner, Natalie (I think her name is), joined in expressing her opinion on the stories and making my children feel included even more, which was an amazing thing to happen! So I thank her for that!Calling upon Callum throughout the evening for a drinks refill, Jade then took the pudding order. Again, the friendly atmosphere from the staff was lovely, and made us wonder why we haven't been back since they reopened!We had no problems with our drinks nor food, and all staff we spoke to were kind, courteous and there really was service with a smile.You can guarantee we will be backThankyou team Beeches!

Came in on Friday 9th July with friends, first time I had been in, in a while, I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming host, I ordered from the app and I must say the service was absolutely fantastic, within minutes of ordering we received our order, I have to say we had a really good night, the who experience was brilliant. I would like to thank Donna and her team for such a lovely night and I will definitely be returning soon.

Came to pub to watch the final yesterday with family and friends, to say it was busy Donna and jade and all the rest of the staff where amazing couldn't of faulted them at all yesterday you could see how busy it was but they all kept there composure and handled the who evening really well the food was lovely the whole atmosphere was great will definitely be returning thanks all for a good night despite the score

Visited with 3 friends for the England match and had an amazing time! Great food and drinks and brilliant service. We were even provided with ponchos for the rain! We were looked after by Callum T and he was great - kept checking if we needed anything and kept trying to get us to buy jager bombs - which we did on the final whistle! Donna and the team have a great set up there and we will definitely be recommending and visiting again!

I visited the Beeches with family and had a lovely meal. Good atmosphere but obviously will be even better when restrictions are lifted. We were looked after by Callum T. who is an absolute credit to the pub. He worked so hard but always with a smile on his face and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely visit again

Visited the beeches for one of the England games with friends. Amazing service, speedy drinks brought straight to our table, quick and lovely food. Staff all doing a brilliant job at keeping up the atmosphere while adhering to COVID restrictions!! Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Went in today! (27th June) the girls working were amazing! Made our whole experience! I can only remember a few names. Olivia- A huge credit to the team, welcomed us in with a huge smile and helped us use the app!! Brittney- Amazing service, working hard at making drinks! The whole team are just fantastic! Visited The Beeches for a quiet meal with my nan, was greeted by a lovely lady called Brittany who, even though the restaurant seemed quite busy, prioritised me and my nan and made us feel right at home. She talked us the restrictions and the Greene King app, the food was lovely as always and it was thoroughly enjoyed, thankyou!

Upon arrival Donna greeted us so cheerfully all social distancing was adhered too and we was served by Olivia immediately, lovely friendly service. Throughout our meal we was asked if everything was ok and Taylor brought us our drinks and food throughout the night and made us feel welcome. At certain times through our meal there were other customers not wearing masks etc but the team there dealt with them straight away and made sure all social distancing measures were in place we felt very safe and looked after.Donna is a credit to your team such a lovely lady who interacted with my two young children which is lovely to see as sometimes the children can get ignored when eating out. Along with Olivia who was very helpful and friendly and Taylor who ensured we had everything we needed and everything with our meals and drinks was ok we had a fantastic evening as a belated birthday meal for myself. My two children had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!Many thanks we will be seeing you again soon.

Today we visited the pub for breakfast for the England game with the girls. Great service from Marie she was very friendly and offering help and service throughout the day she was so lovely would definitely come again! 🥂
