Used for many years for weekly takeout so spent many £'s . Usually very good food. Then without NO NOTICE to a loyal customer we Phoned to make order and said closed for refurb on recorded message. Not very good customer service . Phoned since and phoneline just ringing out😔 Disappointed that u've let yourself down. Now having to use another takeaway 🤔 So u have lost a customer and business. Shame as usually reliable and good food. Now learnt under new management don't offer the normal menu as of 08/11 /2023 . Price have probably changed too!! No option to pay via card even on phone order's so cash only !!! (stupid in this day and age especially post COVID ) Person on phone no good After 5+ years using U wont ever be using u again U have lost a customer!!!! UPDATE 25 /05/ 2024 We actually started using U again and U've done it AGAIN . We went to order food for a family takeaway . Guess what CLOSED yet again with NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER . We had food from U last week it wouldn't of taken a lot to inform regular customers that U are going to be CLOSED the following week for whatever reason . Even if just a note attached to delivery . Can't even use discount code!!!! U keep inconveniencing customer's So U will lose trade and customers which is a shame because food is usually good 🤷🤷 UPDATE 24/10/2024 U've done it AGAIN closed with NO NOTICE !!!!! Like I mentioned last time we are regular customers u've closed for no apparent reason. With NO NOTICE !! U should put a note on delivery to say if U intend to be closed ! Or mention to people on phone if phone orders . Or post a note on Tividale valley app for online ordering. It's simple 🤷 but U fail every time

Have used this branch several times, food excellent but tables and toilet disgusting, it really lets the store down, please employ staff that take cleanliness as important as serving, I felt sick with the state of the toilet it looked like it had not been cleaned all week!!!!

We went there as a family and were sat at the back of the restaurant. At the counter was an elderly man and I guess his kids. No interaction from the owner and the kids who were meant to be were non present and paid very little to the customer. The restaurant is very busy with online ordering but they lack professionalism with on site customers. We had to get up three time to go and ask them to hurry up with taking our order, bringing us table water and the list goes on. We ordered the platter of paronthe and some specials. We even ordered some spicy, was there any difference? Well sadly no. They were very slow to come out and then came out separately. Not good when serving 10 people and they all got their food at different times. If they didn’t have non interested kids doing the customer service I feel somewhat things could be better. But there is also an issue with the speed and efficiency of the kitchen and the bland food. I understand that we all have different preferences but when you specifically order something to be spicy, how do you get that wrong? The whole party said that every food item was different in thickness and filling but that they were all bland. There are toilets in the restaurant and some limited parking at the front of the venue. Not worth a second visit unless things improve drastically. But they seem to content with their online business rather on site service. A shame
