Lauren was very kind and useful.

Had a superb meal with my husband and son. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the salad bar was constantly topped up. Fantastic service to from Jasmine. Will definitely be visiting again next time that we are in Chichester. Thank you to all the Harvester staff for making our evening a memorable one.

Food was good, plenty on the desert menu to choose from. Our server Mia was very friendly, efficient and professional. Smiled and looked like she was enjoying her work.

Jackson is a very handsome laddy, great guy and everything, even offered to pay for my meal if I ate 2 burgers, what a guy.

My server Jaxson, was amazing. Very welcoming and chatty lad that got along with all of us. Served our food which was amazing and bought a very cheerful and welcoming atmosphere to the table. His service was amazing and I hope to get served by him again.

I was served by a waiter called Jackson, he was a very nice man and brightened up my meal and experience.

Popped in on the off chance of a table for two. It was visibly busy but we got a table in the bar area no trouble! And then along came Jaxson....What an absolute ball of amazing energy, nothing was to much trouble, Jaxson took his time to have a laugh and engage in conversation. I wasnt sure what to have and Jaxson without hesitation recommened the tandoori skewer and then for the dessert that i wasn't going to have 🤣 the apple crumble sundae.... they were both amazing! This was without a doubt my best experience in any harvester and that was solely down to Jaxson!!! Every restaurant needs more Jaxsons!! If you read this thank you Jaxon and never stop being the bubbly bundle of energy you are 🩷 !!

Food was good Jaxson was our waiter. He was very polite and attentive. He was helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Lucy served us today and was amazing! We are a part of a residential children’s home and there was quite a lot of us - Lucy was fantastic! Kind patient and very accommodating

Service was slow (it was busy) but we waited 25 - with a tired 3 year old - before we were offered any service. I'm coeliac and requested the dinner I would have liked, I was informed the chips are cooked in a fryer where gluten is also cooked (VERY grateful the staff told me as this can make me personally very unwell) however this can be misleading as the menus state chips are gluten free. Weavgyakly made the choice to leave and go elsewhere as it was a risk I just didn't want to taker personally

Chicken very over cooked, no flavour but for charcoal very dry almost impossible to eat. If I wasn't hungry I would have left it. ( i had to cut the burnt buts off.) Best part of the meal was the salad bar. Burgers were almost as bad. £45:00 for burnt food.

Really disappointing. Salad bar a mess. Food mixed together. Dinner was partially cold and burnt. Service was good felt sorry for server as did complain. Toilets were dirty. Food in back of chairs where the seat meets the back. All in all not good.

All you can eat and drink (soft) for 9.99. Not amazing, but fast service and well maintained. Scrambled eggs are weird

Waited 5 minutes to be seated at table, restaurant was not busy. Was not asked if we had a preference on where we wanted to sit. Handed menu by waitron, no explanation of how menu works. Food was mediocre at best, expensive for what it was. Will not return.

Visiting the Harvester for the first time all the way from South London. All the staff were great 👍🏽 our server Jackson was the most amazing person. His personality was fantastic, he was bubbly and I must say he is an asset to the Harvester. Thank you 5 star all the way

Very unhelpful. Bar staff didn't give any satisfactory customer service ! Waited 40 minutes to receive our desserts despite repeatedly asking POLITELY! Evil stares at my wife and muttering didn't help!

After our previous visit that wasn’t up to usual standards and a review that reflected this. The manager called us and personally apologised and invited us back. We decided to go back and what a turn around. Staff were very friendly, quick and diligent. Food was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and was served by a young server who we didn’t catch the name of with brown wavy hair who definitely deserves some recognition. I’m so glad the situation was rectified and we got to enjoy an excellent meal with wonderful staff and a warm atmosphere!

Food wasn't cooked to our liking and felt because of the time we booked they just found what ever meat that was required for the meal we picked and just gave it a very quick cook

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, food and service was spot on, I always forget to bring cash for tips and felt well bad as service by both ladies was amazing...so I had some chocolate coins and left them, the waitress saw the funny side so that was good..thank you we will be back with the children next time 💚

Went for dinner with some work colleagues, the service was friendly and professional, the food selection was very good and served promptly. I would suggest booking from 6pm as was getting busy as we were leaving.

Food was great for a budget with lots of deals. Ample parking. Didn't wait long for food but did wait for the bill. Didn't need to book a table as there is lots of seating but would recommend on busy times and days.

As soon as we arrived, we were met with the friendliest server called Mia who showed us to our seats, straightaway I enquired about gluten free options as I have coeliac disease and also sugar free/less options as i had just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was fairly new to the diet. Mia explained thoroughly what I could have and even went to the trouble of getting my salad bar options straight from the kitchen to save cross contamination at the salad bar, even wrote down the gluten containing items for me so I knew what not to tick on the little list I was given. On top of that, said that she would get my refill from behind the bar, again to stop cross contamination as their refill machine had drinks in there that have barley. Excellent service! I left with a full and happy tum and even had a super good blood glucose reading :) More establishments need to follow suit!

We had a fabulous dinner we had ult rib combo sharing platter for two, it was brilliant cooked to perfection well done harvester! Lucy was our waitress brilliant service, service with a smile, not rushed and every meal and dessert ordered came correctly, I recommend this place.

Holly was very welcoming and offered us a childs menu for my partner as she had remembered that my partner had the gastric bypass op and can only have small meals this was a nice touch as her customers were remembered and not just another person from off the street look forward to coming bk soon

Hollie croucher made us so welcome and understood my requirements as I've had gastric bypass. Lots of other restaurants look down on you and don't show you different options. Definitely be back again. Thank you hollie for understanding

It’s so lovely to come here on a week day, it’s much quieter. The food is great but a little expensive now compared to a few years ago

I loved the service (our server was Lucas) the food was good but the broccoli wasn’t the best and it was my birthday I loved the candle and the birthday song, great service😊😄

Have been here a number of times to eat and also just used the bar,, food is always spot on, the staff are always amazing and friendly, place is always clean, Michael who served us is always a joy, very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for him.

Lucas was absolutely amazing with us tonight. We were a challenging family and he was unbelievably patient, knowledgeable and had a super sense of humour. He even put a candle in my daughter's ice cream and he even joined in singing Happy Birthday! I cannot rate him highly enough. He is a real gem.

Very busy and therefore quite loud as it was a Sunday lunchtime but all went well except the parking. Had to wait for a space to appear for about 10 minutes. Food good except for the bread roll - always so dry and weirdly dense. Salad bar lovely and fresh. Refill drink only had one option - luckily my flavour of choice. Good service overall.

Megan was very attentive and made sure we were looked after, unfortunately the chicken was dry and my steak was overcooked and then the replacement was blue and cold in the middle. The service was fantastic, hats off to Megan

Kind service from Megan, we enjoyed celebrating my dad’s 50th birthday even though he has passed on. I was feeling a little fragile but with two children in tow, the service made it an enjoyable experience rather than a sad one.

Siete de nosotros amigos almorzamos el sábado, y uno del grupo extravió su tarjeta de crédito, buscamos por todas partes, volviendo al bar, mirando debajo de la mesa, etc. Se dio cuenta de que lo vio por última vez al elegir en el menú. Preguntamos al gerente, y los menús se habían entregado de nuevo. Recorrió todas las mesas para comprobarlo, pero no tuvo suerte. Nuestra camarera también fue muy servicial (lo siento, se me olvidó conseguir su nombre) , pero no pararon de buscar. La gerente iba a tomar detalles, si se encuentra que podría contactar con nosotros. Pero cuando fuimos a dejarlo lo encontramos en un bolsillo de la chaqueta, que habíamos perdido durante nuestra búsqueda. Muchas gracias al personal por su ayuda. Por lo menos y lo más importante, la comida era muy buena, y todos disfrutamos. Nunca hemos tenido una mala comida aquí. Muy recomendable.

Had a lovely meal here today, friendly staff from the moment you step inside, to when you depart for home, with bellies well fed and watered. Honest food you don't have to take out a second mortgage for! Haven't been in a harvester for ages, wasn't disappointed at all.

Very pleasant, an excellent meal. Much work appears to have been done to raise the standard at Chichester, and they have achieved this. We'll done! 2 course offer £18.99 per head.

The table was clean when we finally got seated. We had to wait for ages before our food arrived. It wasn't very nice, the meat on the mixed grill was dry and tough. The Chipotle rainbow had such an powerful citrus flavour, it tasted like lemon floor cleaner and was inedible. The waitress didn't question why my plate was untouched when she collected it. She was rude as was the lady on the desk who organises tables. Both were dismissive of any questions we asked, huffing while they answered. When we paid we asked if we could order a takeaway dessert and the waitress rolled her eyes, shrugged and told us to order a click and collect on the app. We didn't want to wait any longer so left. The Harvester is supposed to be good value for okay food, you know youre not getting gourmet, but it's cheap and fine. It's not good value anymore and the food is terrible. If you increase the prices (£75 for 2 adults and a 4 year old) as much as you have, you need to improve the food quality. We will not be returning.

Use to love dine there. But last 2 times we are not happy with food. Not sure if chef change, or they cut cost and using not so good quality products, but the same dishes taste and are served completely different then before (much worse now then use to be). Salad bar empty, messy and jars with sauces not filled up. Today veg have mould on them ! Broccoli exactly.....
