Great staff and great food, been going for years and spot on every time!

I came across balti masters about a month ago and I wouldn't order my chicken tikka massala and mushroom Palau from anywhere now its absolutely gorgeous, i can't stop ordering them lol

Great food and service. Food arrived within half an hour and was still piping hot. I was impressed with how tasty there currys are and the chicken is amazing the lad dylan was lovely on the phone would highly recommend. Top stuff

What's the point in giving special instructions in the 'special instruction box' when no one actually reads it. I don't know why I kept ordering from here considering my order was regularly wrong, missing items, average food and kebab wraps that are the same size as my TV remote - which would probably taste better.... I've wasted a lot of money here. If you want good tasting and proportioned food, well worth your money then definitely choose Pronto pizza in Wansbeck

Asked for an extra large wrap which I paid extra for. Seen bigger bookies pens. When the order was taken to the back they said amongst themselves (thinking they’re whispering) that they won’t put extra meat in just extra chips and salad but guessing they forgot to do even that. Last time I order and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to bother.

I recently ordered a King Kebab. It arrived an hour late and when I finally got it, the food was lukewarm at best. Sadly the first victim was my salad which had become all sweaty from being left in with the previously hot food. The naan was also a bit dry and thin in parts and the chicken tikka pieces were a bit bland. It’s a shame because apart from the meats being cold they tasted decent and the sheesh kebab pieces were surprisingly juicy. The three sauces I got, being chilli, garlic and masala, were all top notch too. They did give me a £12 refund so can’t complain about that. I’ve seen others complain about delivery disasters so maybe a pick up order would be your best course of action.

Avoid waited 1.30 hrs for delivery and then they forgot garlic sauce delivered cold food average at best terrible don't know how they still open

"large kebab wrap"... I've seen thicker spaghetti, and had spaghetti that tasted more like kebab than what turned up. Less kebab in this "large" wrap than any regular sized wrap I've had. Can't speak for anything else on their menu but after that letdown, definitely won't be going back. Garlic sauce was alright I guess

We waited 90+ mins for a delivery, the driver delivered it to next door then the restaurant tried to blame us. Never again

Gutted. I'll have to drive to gateshead to their other shop because the food has flavour there. Madras sauce was very poor. Nanbab didn't have much flavour at all and the pizza was tasteless and not spicy at all. 😔

Just Got Meal deal 5 tonight after work, was really looking forward to enjoying my meal with my wife. We both felt very disappointed as food was totally tasteless , flavourless and overpriced. My Garlic sauce was missing too seems like they dont listen to the customer order. I got a pizza over a 1 half year ago from here and it had very good taste and flaour not any more I am sure the managment has changed since I have last been. I think I will stick to my local takeway as I know what I am getting. This place is ok for the locals of kenton area. Never again will i come back here to eat. I know for a fact the maagment has changed as its tasteless food . You need to change your cheff as a word of advise. Goodbye Balti Master enjoy the tasteless and flavourless food yourself !!!!!!!

Really disappointed order a butter chicken it was awful never had anything like that before sweeter than a korma and looked alful. What a shame.

Naan kabab sent out wrong order and not very Warm ring shop they said it would send right items sent straight out 30 mins later I rang back they said it should be there any minute as driver all ready left when it finely arrived 15 mins later chips not hot and driver said he was next to phone when I ring back the second time I will not use this place again as food quality and customer care has changed for the worse

2nd meal we've ordered from here and certainly not disappointed. Full of flavour food, spiced perfectly, very hot on delivery. Delivered on time and all at a very reasonable price for Indian cuisine. Can't rate this place highly enough. Will we order again ? Hell yeah !!

Absolutely beautiful food always have the best food from here Missed a curry off my order sent chips instead When I rang up couldn’t have apologised more Told me to keep the chips and they would get the curry straight out and that they did with a free bottle off pop. I order a few months ago and was lovely, tonight I’m very disappointed, wrong order, I paid more for extra toppings and it wasn’t put on. No chicken tikka on my pizza. First delivery driver was rude, when they gave me me order (albeit wrong) second delivery driver was lovely and said I could keep the wrong order, no, I’m not putting that in my bin!

Ordered quite a few things for 2 people and everything was fresh and tasty the lamd tikka starter was probably the best I have ever tasted, i would definately recommend this for indian food as I couldnt fault a thing and the portion size are big even got spare for tomorrows dinner.

I won't be ordering from these ever again. I've been ordering for the past few years but today 3rd February was totally different food was not the same taste. Nan bread even had black charcoal on it but to make my meal even worse the delivery driver gave me the wrong change even when I checked my pocket afterwards I only had a dressing gown on so I new i got short changed. I give every driver the same tip every week this was a new driver and she got a bigger one. Thanks balti master . You have just lost a very good customer...... check your change ppl

Not happy tonight! Ordered food worth £50 had a chicken corma missing and poppadom's called the shop and they could not have been any more happy but to send these missing items back out within 15 to 20 mins... 1 hour later and still nothing I called the shop again and they said that I received the food in my order (I did not!!) So all most 2 hours after ordering my food has gone cold and IV still not got all of my order!!

Always heard good things about these so I thought I’d give them a try and they did not disappoint. The naanbaab was huge and packed with kebab, and that was just the regular sized one! Had a side of the tikka massala chips to go with them which was only £3 and an absolute steal. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Really disappointed !! Food arrived within the allocated time, delivery driver was perfect, food however lacked any spice or flavourings. Ordered from here many times, and always been happy, tonight there was no flavour , spice or heat to the food. Ordered two separate meals, both tasted almost the same. Very bland. Would have gave one star, extra star was for the delivery time which was before scheduled.

My FAVE Indian takeaway. Never disappoints! Food is always piping hot & absolutely delicious. The selection that they offer is amazing, I'm always wanting to try something new! Naan breads are absolutely MASSIVE too. Seriously, ordering from here is always a great experience, such good value for money.

Nanbabs are proper naughty from here, try and dust an XL on ya Tod! Also had an Indian meal once too, that was top notch as well. Never been disappointed and would wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. Order through their website and get a discount!

Disgraceful service from the takeaway driver, who swore at us repeatedly when we questioned a missing item. We did not feel supported by the manager when we reported this to him. Abysmal experience.

The food from here is always piping hot and delicious and the staff are friendly. There's so much on the menu; I always want a curry but if someone else doesn't - not a problem, they have two separate kitchens so you can have two different cuisines! It's often difficult to find a place that will do me a Phall - not a problem for Balti and Pizza masters. They also do Paneer dishes and amazing Chef's specialities which are really good if you fancy something different.

Pizza was not very nice and rubbery, chips were cold and not great, chicken kebab was tasty and really enjoyed, garlic sauce is good too. Tbh was not overly impressed!

We ordered here a couple of weeks ago and it was decent enough. So we decided to give it a 2nd go Sunday gone. NEVER AGAIN. The kebab was so dry and thick it was like slices of spam. The pitta bread was a stiff bit of cardboard and our 10 inch margarita tasted fine but would have been great if it was actually cut properly for us. Turned into a tear and share. Shame as the first time it was nice but who even is manning your kitchen on Sunday night needs sacked.

Pizza's are good and get good value for your money, 14 inch pizza only £10 can't go wrong. People who serve make u feel welcome and try to get you sorted within 10-15 mins if waiting in shop. Cheers balti masters ;)

I went into the shop at walbottle asked for chicken Kiev pizza with extra garlic, chips and garlic sauce and asked if they could deliver it. Ham in pizza no garlic on it. Worst pizza iv had 10in cost me £12.60. I will never use these again.

Ordered food it took ages I waited 1 Hour and 19min, and the driver took 10 min looking for address, Food arrived and not even tasty because it got COLD! Wouldn’t recommend it.

Ordered a mixed kebab meal, got a kilo of dog food in a pizza box. not to mention the cr4p that was inside. Worst meal I have ever seen, let alone taste... This is my first review ever. That is how bad it was. Their indian meal seemed okay, But stay Away from the kebab meal at all costs.

Disgraceful service food was cold and waited 2 hours for it . We rang them complained they brought another nanbab it was slightly warmer . Orders nan bab fir the first time came hour an a half later with just chicken on no kebab meat phoned back he told me that was the kebab meat on it haha when there wasn’t just chicken on it was bone dry chips were half cooked never getting nowt from there again 3/4/2020 rotten

not impressed, ordered at 19.30. didnt arrive til 21.10. rang them and claimed that they were backlogged with orders, which is fair enough. but also claimed just been made, driver arrived and it was lukewarm at best. driver says he had just left 2 mins ago. chips were sweaty, parmo was as well.. so ended up in the bin.. never again do i make an order or visit them. very poor!!

Orderd food at 7.45 turned up at 9.20 it was freezing cold had to micro wave the food 1st and last time I use this place never again!

Not a great service. Ordered two pizzas and when they eventually arrived over an hour later, both pizzas tasted as if they had been reheated. Hard, chewy dough. Also one of the pizzas had black all over the bottom of the dough.

Best takeaway around, the food is always spot on and the lads at the shop are all canny.

Ordered my food back in 2019 and it finally came in 2020, when it did come the lettuce was brown so clearly was left to marinate in the sun for a decade, meant to be a Indian restaurant? I ordered a masala pizza and I wouldn’t even call it masala, chicken wrap was still clucking so I’ve put it in the garden for it to lay some eggs for me breakfast tomorrow cos am starving now.

King grill is out of this world . Absolutely great value for money . I travel 8 mile . Have yet to try pizza. Would recommend to everyone I know based on what I have had .

Come on Balti Masters. Read your reviews before it's too late. Foods great, staff great (normally) but sometimes it's late and cold. Listen to your customers . . . They are trying to help !!

I dont post many reviews but for Balti Masters i will make an exception. The young lad on the front desk made me feel. Very welcome and knew the menu well but he was not the best part about this review. The food was clearly freshly cooked and boiling hot rhe best Indian takeaway and cheapest ive had in a long time. Cheers lads see you next week DONT DELAY ORDER TODAY

Pizzas are first class ,chilli sauce is spot on. The shop is really clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, when ordering for delivery the food is always on time.

This was our favourite takeaway however last 2 orders had terrible customer service from extremely late delivery to missing items. Not prepared to give them any more chances. Such a shame.

Food arrived late and was luke warm, ordered 2 pizzas, both had Bolognese on them and we weren't expecting this to be lamb, totally overpowered the meal and made then inedible with a lingering awful taste.

Ordered pizza veg hot one and chef's special. Amazing. Definitely recommend it.

Got my food from here and found the ham wasn't real ham it's turkey ham substitute as they can't touch pigs honestly can't call it ham if it isn't pork

Possibly the worst kebab I've ever had. No flavour and the meat was incredibly tough. Only saving grace was the Indian was good.
