Lucky to get these stars would not have bothered 2 hours late ,cold,no flavour what so ever price outrageous, should have stuck to egg and chips 100 per cent never using again

ordered at around 5:40, food arrived at 8pm. came stone cold, has absolutely no seasoning and taste, soooo bland, if you want food with taste i wouldn’t recommend here. if i could give this place 0 stars, i would, but i can’t so it’s a 1 star.

Fantastic food and excellent value for money. They were incredibly busy when I ordered, I called to check on the order and spoke to the most helpful member of staff who was able to help. I’d 100% recommend eating from this establishment.

I ordered from here today as I had heard great things about this place from friends. I ordered the food through Uber eats and it was still hot when it got to me. The portion size looked decent when for the chicken shish but once I started eating it, I could only finish about half. It was very filling and very tasty. The flavours on the chicken were very nice and the I loved the grilled taste. Also the chips were amazing. And loved the little salad that came with the meal. Definitely coming back.

The best in Gravesend by far, everything is good, the quality is brilliant for the food not greasy at all. You get rice with your meal, 5he salads are really good and not half dead, qnd they do give you a fair portion of salad not like other places. It's really good for the price. So happy I found this place. Other places around are lacking and need to step up there game.

Wow! What can I say! This is by far the best take away food I have ever bought. Cooked fresh in front of me, full of flavour, salad fresh and tasty, plentiful portions, in fact I did not get to the chips! Only downside was the wait, but it was well worth it. They were extremely busy with orders, constantly on the go. Knowing the wait time, an on the house extra was given to compensate. I really can't fault them. Mother and daughter team on the shop front, whilst the other staff did the cooking! All polite and helpful, this place comes highly recommended and it's easy to tell by far why these are the best in town. Thank you guys. Next time I'm here, I will definitely be back. Stay safe all.

The food was fine, quite of a large portion even if small, but charging 5£ for the halloumi is a robbery. Also the Ayran was off and I couldn’t drink it.

Order placed around 8.30pm was given a delivery timeframe of 9.20-9.40pm. I called the restaurant at 10.00pm was told it was only just being bagged and there was a driver waiting to deliver. It is now 10.38pm and the driver has still not arrived. 2 hours after I ordered!!!

Deliveroo system problem so cancelled my order. Restaurant phoned after my review. Sent food for free. Can’t ask for better service. Shamenid eaten sandwich by then. Food taste great. Good quality. Wasn’t a fan of the bread as cooked on bbq but that’s just my taste. Others would probably prefer. Decent quality meat. Proper hot chilli sauce. Thanks Ozzie.

I ordered the sucuk & halloumi followed by the Ishkendar. It arrived early and more importantly it was hot. Both delicious and hearty portions. I couldn’t eat it all and have left overs for another time. Thoroughly recommend both dishes and this restaurant.

Where do I start? Okkes (I think is his name) and his team are very kind and offer unmatched customer service. I had an issue with a previous order and I received a phone call promptly after whereby everything was made right. They take a lot of pride in their reputation and rightly so! Tonight we tried this food for the second time and we are converted - best Turkish kebab in Gravesend, hands down. We couldn’t fault our meal. Meat was flavourful and cooked perfectly, donner was cut with a sword in front of me, bread is seasoned and charred, salad crunchy and delicious. We’ll be back and will be sure to try the homemade baklava next time (it looked gorgeous!) Thanks again Authentic Turkish Kitchen!

Ordered from just eat I had to call twice because the app wasn’t working and kept saying delivered but when I spoke to the restaurant they were so polite. The food was lovely best but if food I’ve had in a long time will deffo be ordering again 10/10

2 hours 40 mins late We are regular customers,always happy with food and delivery in the past.Absolutely unacceptable on an order of nearly £80.We had friends round with children who were starving by 9.45pm.We telephone 3 times and marked the order as Late on Just Eat and the food still didn't come.Refund required!

Ordered on a weekday where it's 'generally' not as busy as a weekend. However, delivery took 90 minutes. I have no idea why businesses promise a time but then fail to deliver. After numerous calls, I get told "5 mins or 10 mins it'll be there," clear lack of responsibility. I wouldn't have been inclined to write the review if there was an apology for the delay. The order was supposed to be delivered at 8.30 pm and it got delivered at 9 pm. This is not 5/10 mins late. The food was 'average' it lacked taste and just bland. I have travelled to Turkey over a dozen times, and this restaurant/takeaway is definitely not "authentic" turkish. The doner was clearly bought from a supplier and therefore not "authentic." If the restaurant would like to reach out, feel free please.

Nearly 2hrs from placing order to food arriving. Order was also missing the sauces ordered. Food however made the wait worthwhile. It had great flavour.

Very kind people. I been there today to ask for dessert as i usually order mix grill from them , which is always worth , then changed my mind, the kind man gave me the rice pudding for free, i insisted to pay but he was very sweet n lovely person, i tried the rice pudding and thought it gonna be normal one but it was amazing, i dont know what did they put in it but it was very different. May ALLAH give them more barakat .

I scheduled to be delivered at 21:10 so I can get home from work and enjoy a great lunch but it was delivered 30 minutes earlier. I didn't have time to tell my wife about the order, in case I am late from work and she was surprised when opened the door to pick it up. So I had a cold lunch when I arrived home at 21:05. Very disappointed!!!

There’s so much good to say about this place i honestly don’t know where to start … everything is done to perfection there’s not one small thing bad about it the people that work there are so welcoming and friendly and the food is just so beautiful one of the best parts about it for me is just how CLEAN the food is and how generous the servings are everything from bread and salad to burgers meat and chips it’s all done so carefully and it’s just as I said perfect everytime , it’s absolute top quality, I am a vegetarian and they really know how to cater for one but also I have a sensitive stomach and another other place except this beautiful place hurts my stomach but the oil they use to fry things with is so fresh and clean it’s honestly so different to find such good food yet I have been blessed with this place they never disappoint all I can say is for them to keep doing what they do best because literally it truly is the best ☺️

Burger meal deals great value for money! Tasty food & restaurant made sure the additional comments about salad/sauces were adhered to. Slight mishap with missing drink which then took over 40mins to re-deliver which seemed an unjustified time delay. However, we were compensated with an additional drink and dessert, which we were grateful for. Overall, we would order from here again. Thank you.

I ordered from there many times. Good food, but customer service sucks, Placed an order over the phone. Was told will be 20 minutes to collect. When I went collect, the lady acknowledged my order and said it would be another 10 minutes as it was busy, 20 minutes later, one the man asked if I I ordered and the my order was missing, piss take, Try Sultan, Sorfasi. Everything same but no attitude.
