This is the best takeaway kebab in Gravesend for me. bread is lovely, meat is flavoursome and the portions are great too. love the salad and presentation just could do with a green chilli's in the salad.

Driven past quite a few times and always wondered. Ordered tonight (Tuesday 7th Jan) for the first time for collection. We had a Mixed Grill and an order of Spicy Wings. Service was excellent from the young lady, on the phone and in person. Delicious tasty food. Advice - change nothing, perfect as it is! Well done to the team there!!!

I have to say, objectively, this is the best kebab I've ever had. And I can say that over multiple visits. The ribs, wings and chops box over a bed of rice with Turkish bread and a lovely side salad is absurdly good. The chips are steak cut with a touch of seasoning, and the calamari - well, was better than a sit down restaurant. The staff, although busy as hell, are always friendly and kind. I almost don't want to say how good this place is because it'll mean it gets busier, but kudos to a great place. Great food and good service. - your experience may vary, but i travel 25 minutes to get this for dinner.

Didn’t feel welcome here, kept being shoved into by the staff who walk into the kitchen, my phone nearly got knocked out my hand. I won’t be returning. Learn basic human manners and treat people with respect, it’s really not that difficult. Update: they have now spammed their page with 10 fake reviews. I have reported this to Google.

The delivery driver was so late the food was stone cold. He could not find our house, despite me talking to him on the telephone, he had very poor English and could not understand what I was saying!!! He should not be doing a customer faced service

Embarrassment to Turkish Culture and Cuisine…. Meat had zero taste….. Chips were soggy and the rice was burnt. Me and my family were utterly disappointed. My wife is Turkish and couldn’t believe what I brought home. Terrible.. never again

Disappointed this time. Bread was overdone for my liking, the rice had a funny taste (like it was 2nd day rice, heated up) and I wasn't impressed with the chicken beyti. I'm sure beyti usually comes with a really nice sauce. The lamb shish tasted nice though, but not alot of it. Salad was fresh! Disappointed overall, as my last order was lovely!

"Last time, I ordered food for my family while I was away. The delivery was late, and when I called to inquire, the first representative gave a generic response about the food being 'coming soon.' I asked for clarification, and was then transferred to someone who greeted me with an annoyed 'yes mate.' This immediately made me feel unwelcome. They also said the food was 'coming soon,' but I requested a refund and hung up. They called back a few minutes later claiming the food had been delivered. However, my wife confirmed it hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant again to reiterate my request for a refund. The same person, again using a dismissive tone, said the food would be there in five minutes. While I understand being busy, being rude and lying is unacceptable. I eventually received my refund, and the food arrived ten minutes later. But the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I don't appreciate being spoken to with disrespect, lied to, or denied basic courtesy. I also consistently pay for garlic sauce, which I've never received as a complimentary item. The best in Gravesend by far, everything is good, the quality is brilliant for the food is not greasy at all. You get rice with your meal, the salads are really good and not half dead, and they do give you a fair portion of salad, not like other places. It's really good for the price. I'm so happy I found this place. Other places around are lacking and need to step up their game.

Delivery arrived cold and to the wrong address. Was left outside another number 10 on another street. Had to drive to pick it up. Then it was stone cold. And the order was wrong too. All round poor experience

Unfortunately food arrived 75mins past the latest estimated arrival. Had to call the restaurant twice to get an update as the first update was not correct. They apologised and say they were busy so gave a a free dessert and drink but forgot the 2 additional sauces I ordered. Food was nice when it did arrive and was warm.

Walked in to order, met by politely staff good display, clean kitchen and staff ( unlike some in town). All food was great. Especially the lamb chop, tasty rice pudding too. Will definitely be going back

Order from here quite often and usually great, but tonight it was clear the food had been sat around for 30mins+. The paper wrap on the containers was soaked which immediately told me the food would be stone cold, sweaty and soggy. Burger inedible.

Quick delivery! First time trying this place as got reccomended. Good portions, kebab is not that greasy, the turkish bread was seasoned well and food tastes fresh. I love red cabbage i found this to be too vinegary, and wasnt a fan of the rice.But overall the food is great and i would order again.Thank you😄

ordered at around 5:40, food arrived at 8pm. came stone cold, has absolutely no seasoning and taste, soooo bland, if you want food with taste i wouldn’t recommend here. if i could give this place 0 stars, i would, but i can’t so it’s a 1 star.

Fantastic food and excellent value for money. They were incredibly busy when I ordered, I called to check on the order and spoke to the most helpful member of staff who was able to help. I’d 100% recommend eating from this establishment.

I ordered from here today as I had heard great things about this place from friends. I ordered the food through Uber eats and it was still hot when it got to me. The portion size looked decent when for the chicken shish but once I started eating it, I could only finish about half. It was very filling and very tasty. The flavours on the chicken were very nice and the I loved the grilled taste. Also the chips were amazing. And loved the little salad that came with the meal. Definitely coming back.

Wow! What can I say! This is by far the best take away food I have ever bought. Cooked fresh in front of me, full of flavour, salad fresh and tasty, plentiful portions, in fact I did not get to the chips! Only downside was the wait, but it was well worth it. They were extremely busy with orders, constantly on the go. Knowing the wait time, an on the house extra was given to compensate. I really can't fault them. Mother and daughter team on the shop front, whilst the other staff did the cooking! All polite and helpful, this place comes highly recommended and it's easy to tell by far why these are the best in town. Thank you guys. Next time I'm here, I will definitely be back. Stay safe all.
