What a fantastic cafe.The food is excellent and fresh. The cafe is spotless and the lady that serves you always has a smile and welcoming.The man behind the counter provides a great service too. Thoroughly recommend.

I had the roast beef dinner one of the best ones I have eaten, the roast potatoes parsnip were both fresh and roasted well you also get fresh veg carrots cabbage peas broccoli and cauliflower all for £12 highly recommended all their food is excellent

The staff makes you welcome when you go in. The food is amazing and the service excellent.

We had a lovely meal here on Sunday afternoon. The roast was generous and my chicken curry & rice was lovely. Really friendly service and food can quite quickly.

Owner’s my father i go to the café with him anytime i get the chance. (My father cooks better than my mother).

As the title says, it's the best Breakfast in Gravesend, we always pop in here when I'm over from Norway, superb food and service, couldn't be better, also lots of different options for breakfast as well.

The quality of the food is not what I had expected of Kings diner! The bread doesn’t seem tasty there was a strange taste to bacon and egg! call San Francisco cap next to hot sandwiches that impacted on the quality of the bread the baguettes that we had ordered were not baked and are very chewy and untasty! don’t think I will be ordering from here again

I love Kings. Best cafe in Gravesend and to find out they’re now on Just Eat is great. The food arrived in sealed foil containers. Eggs were still perfect. Very impressed as always

Usually busy, but have always found a table available. Good food, lovely staff, lots of choices, including healthy options, it's a regular pleasure for me.

Love food here, simple but tasty. The only downside to it is the noise seems to echo all around the room.

A great cafe/ diner in Gravesend high street. Independently run with a friendly owner. Quite an extensive menu. I chose a jacket potato with beans and cheese. It was huge and came with a tasty salad. It's nice to find a menu that's not all chips. The cafe is bright,airy and clean. When I visited they were pretty busy but I see this as a good sign. My food came up quickly too and was good and hot.

Great staff, great coffees and reasonably priced food, seating is comfortable, the only downside is it gets very busy. Love this place.

Best cafe in Gravesend💞SO welcoming and never forget your face! The staff are polite and professional and the owner is wonderful💞I visit often with my partner who lives in the area and you can taste the quality of the products that they use💞They always know what he drinks before he’s even requested it and at times it so busy there are no tables ready but they always give a timeframe and the food definitely makes up for the wait💞Thank you SO much for the amazing food and service that you provide💞💞💞

This place was good few years ago, but now it's one off worst restaurants at Gravesend, rushing causes dirty dishes and portions are small but price is to high, second highest in this town, I prefer Caffè in near Tesco

Great little cafe on the corner of Parrock Street. Service is always quick and efficient. Cheap as chips and good to visit on a Sunday morning. They serve a tasty English breakfast with tea. Can’t go wrong with this cafe.

I have eaten here many times and eaten many different dishes and always enjoyed whatever I had. It is clean, the service is excellent and all the staff are very polite. I will continue eating here for good food rather than the awful fast food restaurants in Gravesend.

Great brekkie! Hubby had a full English with perfectly poached eggs. I was a fussy devil and went off-menu, choosing avocado and mushrooms on toast, with the waiter helpfully suggesting halloumi as well, which I love but had not spotted as an option. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

Avoid at all costs!!!! I have been going to this cafe for years, firstly the owner seated someone at my table without giving me the chance of day no or for me to finish my breakfast, the nee waitress served about 3 customers that had came in after me, it was only when I alerted staff that I was finally served by a stroppy waitress!!! then today I ordered a ham and cheese panini priced at £4.50, I asked for a couple of extra cherry tomato’s on my side salad as there was only 1, the waitress brought 3 more over, when it came paying without notifying me I was charged an extra 50p for 3 cherry tomatoes! I stated to the owner this is not acceptable1 because I was not notified of being charged, 2 because it was 3 cherry tomatoes and 3 because I’m a regular customer! I will not be using this cafe anymore and would advise and future land current customers to avoid this establishment! Rude! Poor customer service and not acceptable, I’m leaving a review out of principle as this is bad service provided by this cafe

Merci pour ce très bon et copieux english breakfast typique. Service agréable et tarifs corrects. Petit décalage en sortie de cuisine pour l'une des assiettes. L'espace toilette était propre mais un peu désordonné. Hormis ces deux bémols, nous aurions attribué une note de 5/5*.

My favourite diner in town. Food is tasty, and they serve big portions. They have a menu with a wide range of selections, so there is something for everyone. The price is cheap and the staff always provides very good service. We occasionally order for delivery, but we prefer sitting in as they have a friendly atmosphere and even some outside seats to enjoy in the summer.

This is still my favorite cafe always great service reasonable prices and the best sausages and coffee

Me and my girlfriend were disgusted with the food today. We had an English breakfast each, my girlfriend had loads of egg shell in her egg and the bacon was cheap, mainly fat. My sausage had a piece of bone or something in the middle of it. I'll be avoiding that place from now on, even my plate had old food stuck to it, they obviously didn't wash up properly, yuck 🤢

Food is expensive, egg was under cooked, beans were warm and chips were ok for what they were, mushrooms were warm, I asked for a milky weak tea and got a cup with a bag init that had made the tea strong with little milk, I wouldn't rush to go back

Local hotel recommended to come here as we weren’t local. Great as there was so many veggie options plus healthy options too as opposed to ‘ just a fry up ‘ ! Lovely veggie sausages !

Lovely little cafe. Got offered a cheeky chocolate quality street at the end, i chose the triangle of course. Absolutely lush breaky, proper bread no thin rubbish. Some guy next to me had a home made curry. Looked lush. The tea and coffee are proper as well. Can tell it isn't instant stuff and if it is well it's banging regardless. Please come here

The breakfast I had at this place was quite simply put “THE WORST”. Substandard, inedible, how can salmon taste like rubber???? I only gave one star because it wouldn’t allow me to post without giving a star. It doesn’t deserve any stars . Never will I ever return

Very friendly cafe. The cafe provides an excellent service with a very tasty menu. The service was great and the food was delicious. The location is very good and you can sit outside if you want. It is a very busy place and I was lucky to get a seat. I will certainly return.

Tried for the first time, thought it would be good for our new office but oh no!. Asked the bearded cook how much for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich, he said £5, placed order, sat down, looked at menu and found a Sausage, Bacon and Egg sandwich for £3.95! I asked why my Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich was £1.05 more expensive and he said because i added Cheese. I said I'm quite sure sausages are more expensive than Cheese and would expect it to be cheaper than £3.95 as I wasn't having Sausages. McDonalds only charge 20p for a slice of Cheese. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders so I asked for refund and walked out. I won't be going back so he's lost 8 potential new customers from my new office as well as others that may be reading this. Shameful and blatant rip off.

Ate a bacon sandwich yesterday I ordered from just eat I ate 2 and got the protein shake and the hot chocolate the drinks were fine I think but the sandwiches were uncooked I didn’t take a look at the bacon because was hungry but you’ve practically made me never order from your company again I’ve been throwing up since 5:30 last night I haven’t ate anything else too just your dirty sandwiches whoever was cooking needs the sack because like I said ima try press charges with this one

This is a great cafe. You can get a full English, meat or Veggie, or even go for one of 4 healthy options if you prefer which includes salmon / avocado and spinach. You really are spoilt for choice. The food is well cooked with good size portions and the staff are helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend the Kings Diner as a pit stop or for a long lazy breakfast while you decide what to do for the rest of the day. I visited from North of the river and included a ferry trip across the Thames (Tilbury - Gravesend) which, on a lovely sunny day, only increases the idea that this is a morning treat for the soul and not to be missed 😊

Mostly avrige price for good food. Some items are a little pricey. With the quolity of the food it's worth it.

One of the few caffs not cafés left. This tasted like my childhood on a plate. Perfect, salty, thick cut bacon, fresh salad with lovely variety. The chocolate milkshake is to die for. The fry ups look epic and the prices are reasonable. The waitress is lovely and friendly, a great multitasker and quick at clearing tables. A real taste of England!

Regularly go here for coffee mornings etc. Ibrahim and the rest of the staff there are always friendly and the cafe is always clean with the food being great value for money and always freshly cooked. It's one of our favourite places to go.

Popped in for breakfast today. Had the Kings breakfast whilst the missus had the mega breakfast. We had hot drinks and juice each too and it came to about £20. It was one ofnthe best breakfast's iv'e ever had. Really impressed ,nice clean and well run cade too . Shame about the people outside as its a run down area with people with lots of issues etc but that's not the cafe's fault. Huge portions and very well cooked. Will definetly go qgain. Brilliant.

Excellent service by a very friendly bunch. Visited here and had a "kings breakfast". Usually, the sausages at a greasy spoon are cheap and nasty. However, the sausages here were lovely. The icing on the cake was that they had chilli sauce! Highly recommended!

The cafe has been refurbished since my last visit and looks very nice and inviting. The staff were very friendly. I only had tea and tea cakes on this visit but I shall definitely go back for lunch as the meals I saw go out to customers looked very appetising

I chose the healthy breakfast consisting of 2 poached eggs on brown toast, smoked salmon, avocado and spinach and I was not disappointed. The poached eggs were the nicest I have ever tasted. The breakfast looked as good as it tasted. My partner had a traditional style breakfast and was also very happy, the sausages were delicious. Will definitely be returning soon.
