Popped in to the wapping wharf outlet on a Saturday morning. Friendly lady on the counter. The Sourdough Loaf, although a little pricey, was gert lush. Up there with the best Ive ever tasted. Sweet Pastries we’re also delicious and definitely not on the small side. Will be back very soon

The pastries were stunning !!!I have to admit, I’m a little bit of a fatty and I looooove anything cake related. So I guess that would make me a bit of a connoisseur..? Haha. Jokes aside now, I tried a croissant, pain au chocolat, sausage roll and a cinnamon roll with my partner. They were all baked to perfection and this bakery will now be my go to when I’m in Bristol! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great Pain au chocolat. The pastry here for the sausage roll is top quality also. Difficult to master.

Simplemente apareció por una barra de pan y me sirvió un tipo con las peores habilidades de servicio al cliente. ¡Una sonrisa no cuesta nada! ! !

I popped in here for lunch yesterday as I was working nearby. I love good bread/cakes and often go to East Bristol Bakery and Harts - The Assembly Bakery is in my opinion up there with them. They had been experimenting with a garlic/bready/croissant which I sampled and it was just brilliant. I also had their chocolate/prune/hazelnut and orange cake which was delicious and such an interesting combination of flavours. I will be back!

Bloody good sourdough. Had it at the end of a working day out of the Old Market Assembly and it was very much worth it. Get involved.

I liked the coffee and food, however, the seating area is a little on the small size, brilliant for a quick bite to eat

Un buen descanso y helado en el quiosco, no es un mal servicio sobre todo lo que esperas si en el área volvería a usar

Went to this café for breakfast on the recommendation of another. Being in the centre of Bristol, this is good value if you want a basic breakfast. I did not find the people serving particularly friendly or feel welcome. Service was quick but the quality of the ingredients’ poor. I had an English breakfast, bacon, sausage, toast, hash brown, poached egg and tinned mushrooms (which I left) whilst my wife had what they termed a sausage baguette. In reality it was a sausage in a panini. The coffee was on the thin and weak side. I will not be returning.

After two years peeing off most of the neighbourhood with noise and litter and building a live music venue, without planning permission next door to residential gardens, these squatters are finally getting the boot. Shame that the charity that own the building are now heavily out of pocket.

The roast dinner was as cold as the pub, The meat was chewy the roasters was hard and veg was sparse, usually we would stay and have a few drinks and dessert when dining out but this was very poor. Never again will we go back there.
