Totally disappointed with the service👎. The staff member was disrespectful. Ice creams were delicious but the iced coffee was disgusting. We had a group of 10 and all were extremely unsatisfied with her reactions.

The customer service received by the server was unacceptable. My daughter has severe allergies. We do not expect everywhere to cater for us or to be safe but to be even refused to be given the information in the first place to make an informed decision seems intentionally unhelpful and dangerous. We were met with refusal of even checking ingredients and a blanket statement of there’s no nuts, without even asking what our daughters allergies were. The answer of “you can see it’s no nuts” when I asked what the cones were covered in, I asked because it did look like nuts. No offer to use a new scoop actually the refusal to do this or wash a current one despite there being a sink right behind her. And the refusal to open a new tub which I said I could check the ingredients on as she was unwilling to tell me and she also refused that. We left not before spotting a scannable allergy menu which not once did she point us in the direction of and would have saved her having to deal with the questions we asked and that she was so unwilling to answer. At this point we didn’t feel safe to risk eating here anyway. This ladies customer service left a small child feeling like a hinderance and in tears and other customers saying to us as we left how terrible she had behaved. This behaviour and service was unacceptable, unnecessary, rude and actually dangerous because it could put someone’s life at risk if they were willing to accept her shoddy attempt at allergy information and procedure. Just appalling and such a shame to be associated with such a well known brand. Really hope this lady is given some allergy training to avoid giving incorrect and misleading information which could possibly end quite dangerously or even tragically.

A** service, very friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure my little ones were happy. Lots of options even for my son who has a dairy allergy. We have found dairy free options can be flavourless but this was the best we’ve ever brought. Thank you so much 😊

Went in and bought 5 ice creams for family. Amazing ice cream and then disaster my youngest's ice cream fell off outside just down the road! I ran back to get another one for her and they replaced it free of charge !! They did not need to do this but they where all so happy. Wonderful to see we will be back when we get down your way again. Thanks Paul Sawyer

A three day weekend in Tintagel was made complete when, having seen the amazing eclairs on the Saturday, we returned to buy a bunch to take to our lifelong friends we had come to have Sunday lunch with after way too many years. They made a memorable and delicious dessert for all. Thank you to the lovely Lucy and Tanya - and their team - for such a warm welcome and amazing ice creams that we also had too. We live locally and arrived in Tintagel to find a great deal of pasty shops and cafes but fancied something fresh that we could take on a picnic to the Castle. We found this new little gem very close to the entrance to the bridge and we were not disappointed. Freshly baked baguettes with local ham and cheese and plenty of it. The salad was crunchy (I hate limp lettuce). Really tasty. My little two year old made short work of the cake he had and he's usually pretty fussy. I wish I had a picture to upload showing how much he enjoyed it. Anyway, well worth the visit, great value for money and the girls running it are so friendly and bubbly whilst providing really speedy service. Thank you x
