4/24 Attended a breakfast meeting here. Plenty of tea and coffee available plus decent range of pastries, cold meats etc. 9/22 Attended a wedding reception here. Bright spacious room, nicely decorated for the event. Bar service friendly and efficient. Meal was a carvery - not sure whether this was in-house or outside catering. Food was good, though the beef could have been more tender and the potatoes were over-herbed.

The house was recently renovated. The staff is lovely and helpful. The location is full of history and mystery. The food is great and the prices are acceptable. Good value for money.

Excellent events venue in Rugby, spent a brilliant afternoon there for a twenty fifth wedding anniversary, the main room splendidly decked out for the occasion plus a very efficient bar,a nearby park was ideal for taking family pictures,all things taken into account a beautiful day,very well run by excellent staff. Lovely art deco building.

Rubbish WiFi and the whole place smelt like a greasy spoon cafe

Great place for events. Convenient parking and also close to Rugby town centre. The staff here are friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. Everything is clean and well looked after. Highly recommended and worth a call if you’re interested in holding an event.

I held my wedding at Arnold House. A lovely venue in the centre of Rugby. The staff looked after us very well. All the guests commented how delicious the 3-course meal was. Highly recommended

Food was OK service was slow. Staff were friendly but the venue was obviously understaffed.

Have attended events here for a number of years. Staff always professional and efficient. Nothing ever too much trouble. Building well maintained. Catering in house. Most recent visit I enjoyed the best festive dinner I have had in many a year.

I would not normally support ANYTHING to do with secret societies but the masonic hall for weddings funerals etc is a good location. Attractive decor, Helpful friendly staff.

Attended a wedding here. The decor was beautiful, the food was fresh and the staff were amazing throughout the whole day and evening. The bar was well manned however the favourite alcohols ran out very quickly before evening guests arrived which was disappointing. Overall a lovely day with the staff handling all requests and needs. Nothing was too much trouble.

My husband and I held our wedding reception here at the beginning of the month. From the early days of planning to the event itself, it was all perfect. Gemma and Nin and all the staff at Arnold House worked so hard to make our day a wonderful experience. We had the confidence to hand everything over to them and we were not disappointed. The room looked stunning, the food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If you are planning a party, I would highly recommend this venue.

Great venue, would look great decorated for a party/ wedding.

It was a large group luncheon, with fixed menu. Food was well presented. Nice new decor has brightened the rooms.

Shocking treatment of staff, bullied beyond belief. Appalling place. My stepdaughter worked there for a short time. She was just 18. She wasn't trained properly in silver service. When she asked another member of staff for help and advice she was told by the manager to stop talking and get on with her job. My stepdaughter then tried to explain to the manager what her issue was and she was told she was slacking and she was lazy!. Clearly this distressed her and was very upset. Her manager told her to take herself to the toilet and sort herself out. The managers husband saw my stepdaughter going to the toilet and enquired as to the problem. Obviously my stepdaughter poured her heart out. The manager noticed her husband talking to my stepdaughter and accused my stepdaughter of actually trying to "get off" with her husband. My stepdaughter ran out of the place and called her mother who was unfortunately working at the time. But she did speak to the manager and tore a strip off of her. Vile woman.

Rugby beer festival held here. Lovely room in Art Nouveau style decor. Would be great for a wedding, party etc.

Nice venue but the bar needs sorting out too small and needs experienced staff

We had our wedding here in early November. The venue is amazing and the wedding organiser such a lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests loved it, and everyone commented on how good the food was - high end restaurant standard. You don’t get ripped off here for weddings like you do in a lot of venues. I can’t recommend the Arnold House enough.

Great place for weddings and parties. Just been renovated, so it looks lovely now. Bar is a good price and food is always good Meat comes from Joseph Morris I think.

Visited today for afternoon tea. Mother’s Day. Bread was really fresh. Would have been nice too have smoked salmon, lots of beef, fish would have been far more palatable. . Way it was served on the slates was super. Would come here again

An impressive hall comprising of large, high, ball room and large dining and meeting rooms. I have never been to a meal here but I am told that the cuisine is excellent.

Acabo de regresar a casa después de llevar a mi madre a celebrar el domingo. Mothering Qué comida fabulosa. A hacer de este un día especial, el nuevo director había puesto en un evento de asados y fue genial. Buena selección de entrantes, carnes fabulosos en el asador, incluso la opción vegetariana era fresca, sabrosa y apetecible para comer. La selección de postres incluido un buen pan y mantequilla empalagoso pudding. El único inconveniente era la falta de clientes. Conté sólo 20, pero si este es el nivel que van a producir, no será largo hasta la cola estará fuera en el aparcamiento. Estoy deseando que llegue mi próxima visita, quizás semana santa!

Comimos aquí habitualmente y nunca he tenido una mala comida todavía. La elección es variada y el chef le dieron tiempo de investigación para una dieta especial.

Husband and i went for sunday dinner today. Starter was rubbish and dessert not much better. Dinner its self was okay apart from the yorkshire pudding which had a funny taste. Not good value for money and the building could do with a face lift.

We eat here at least once a month and the food is always of a high standard. A new manager is in charge and the same high quality has been maintained if not enhanced. Food selection/choice is good and the surroundings are more than acceptable.

We have eaten here on a large number of occasions. The food is always good and well served. The value is excellent and you are never rushed. Good car parking as well.

We went here as a family for a wedding reception. The staff were all friendly upon arrival, and this continued throughout the day. Food service was very professional, meaning we had hot food. The food itself was brilliant, a number of us on our table had different dishes, and not one complaint about any. Portion sizes were good, if not generous!! Food was cooked to perfection and tasty. The only downside to this venue was limited car parking, but hey, that did nit ruin my visit. Thanks

Went to a wedding reception here. What a pleasant surprise! The wedding breakfast was excellent and the staff were first class. Congratulations to the management and staff for a very decorative room, great service and a very pleasant afternoon.

Attended The Arnold House today for a fundraising lunch. Use this facility a lot - and the in-house staff were up to their usual high standard, and accommodated our dietary requests well (I'm diabetic and of course some of the ladies are dieting) with tasty and well presented alternatives. Pre lunch drinks then very good (pre ordered) 3 course lunch and coffee at a reasonable price ( despite our fund raising efforts ) - thee are a lot of facilities available here, with a wide range of meeting rooms, and a big range of food options; I eat here regularly and seldom have less than an excellent meal.
