Lovely Lounge. We've been to several and this is one of the best. Generous portions, and friendly staff. Only lost a point food as the cabbage was tough and wasn't pickled. (Buddha Bowl) Everything else, spot on.😊

All in all, does what it should do for a big pub with food, we eat here everything few months, lots of space and tables for our group to meet up. 10-16 people. Service is always fast and friendly, food is good, nothing to write home about, but good price. It’s perfect for what we need.

Love this place. It's great to meet friends for coffee during the day and equally as good to eat there in the evening. Always a brilliant atmosphere and the staff are lovely.

I recently attended a networking event at Bacco Lounge, and it was the perfect spot for it! The space is lovely and welcoming—great for gatherings. It's not my first time here; I’ve been with friends and family before, and we always enjoy the food. I’m a big fan of their tapas, and they have a huge variety to choose from. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly, making it a great place to relax and have a good time. Highly recommend!

Very professional service and good service

We arrived at the Bacco Lounge on a Saturday evening with my mum who is in a wheelchair. Unlike another local restaurant, James, our server, couldn’t have been more helpful. He cleared a downstairs table for us, raised the leg height and made sure we were comfortable. The food came promptly and without being asked James provided my mum with a spoon to make life easier. We had a lovely evening, great food and a lovely atmosphere.

I think I just ate the best breakfast ever. It was full but you could see the food coming out of the kitchen at pace. Good buzzing atmosphere.

Overall the ambience was good and the food was with quality. The variety of offerings are very wide and was extended to Asian and Mexican. They were surprisingly good too. Portion was appropriate. The only thing is the sofa was a bit too soft and we had to swop, otherwise, rest of settings are comfy and spacious. Servers were attentive and overall, a great place to hang out with friends and chat.

We recently visited for breakfast as a group of eight and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the location is convenient, offering ample free parking, which added to the overall ease of our visit. Highly recommended! Special shout out to the manager Holly she is absolutely wonderful!!

Fantastic chain, super dog friendly, the only reason i put 4 stars for service is because it's not table service but all the staff were fantastic! Food is cracking, will be a regular dog walking breakfast for me!

Didn't order food so can't speak for the quality. But every other table had not been cleared of the previous customers clutter, to the point we could not find a decent table. It was not even that busy.

I visited the Bacco Lounge today and was very pleased with the overall experience. I was served immediately by Holly for my food and drinks order. My food arrived promptly. It was flavoursome, hot and tasty. Holly was excellent in her service and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Great choice of food and everything we had was delicious. Drinks service was quick - food a little slower, but worth the wait.

I cannot fault the service my 27-strong party received from Holly and her staff. We were given a single table in a slightly separate area, all set up for our arrival. Our pre-ordered main courses were delivered quickly and efficiently - and were delicious! Orders for drinks and later desserts were fulfilled with equal efficiency. All the staff we dealt with were very polite and helpful. Holly went out of her way to make sure that we had a good evening, including dealing with multiple payments. I would highly recommend this venue.

Really relaxed and dog friendly. We both just had a light snack and their fresh orange, which is amazing. Quick service, no hassle, and used their app to order, so no waiting.

A real nice laid back but energetic buzz to the place that's there every time I've visited. The staff were great and service was faultless.

Food is bad. Crispy overcooked chips, chicken was tough and greasy. My wife's dish was rubbish too, too oily and also tough old chicken. Won't eat here again. Better off in weather spoons.. coffee was good so would come back for coffee only.

My burger was amazing, however the online ordering system was confusing and it was very noisy.

Fancied some brunch, I was in Rugby Town centre and had heard good things about the Bacco Lounge (BC) menu so though sod it why not?! Wasn't rammed with bodies and they'd just had delivery for the kitchen so I wasn't in a rush and made allowances accordingly. Young chap acknowledged me got me a de caff coffee and explained the qr code ordering service. It seems taking the order from me verbally had to be at the bar or via the app. Food ordered , food arrived. Looked nice enough but one small criticism- a snotty undercooked fried egg. Sent it back asked for an egg cooked properly or over easy and the cook took the egg off my plate, flash fried the same egg on the flat top returned the same egg to my plate and brunch re appeared. With a very sorry looking egg! Hey, not the end of the world and the cook was busy getting the delivery off the shop floor into storage so what's one re cycled fried egg in the big scheme of things? The BC is a trendy right on gaff with a cafe culture vibe and I'll more than likely eat there again sometime but not in a hurry. If you are in Rugby Town centre though and fancy some nose bag, give the BC your custom. You will get a decent meal, but from my experience, you roll the dice with the egg unless you specify over easy- which you can't do on the app, so order at the bar would be my counsel! It's a good place for celebrations

Regular visitor with my family on my days off. Always excellent food and service, nice place for just a tea and snack, or main meal with dessert.

I have been trying to call numerous times to make a reservation for a special day with my family. We've been refused in the past due to not having a reservation, so this time I wanted to make sure we have a table. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone, which makes me wonder if the contact number is there just to mislead customers. I'm very disappointed.

Had brunch on a Sunday morning. Was very busy but service was brisk. Food was really good, lounge breakfast and shatshuka. Dog friendly, so he sat happily under the table with some complimentary dog biscuits and water. The only negative was it was very stuffy upstairs with all the people.... Needed a window or 2 opening. We shall definitely return.

Lovely atmosphere and setting. Went for brunch and it was fantastic! We ordered at the table and the service was quick. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing food and great service!

Visited for the first time today. The food was excellent, lots of vegetarian options. They even have a vegan and a gluten-free menu. The staff were great with allergies. We loved that there were board games and books to borrow whilst you relax. I recommend the blueberry pancakes.

You know what you're getting with a Cafe Lounge Bar in this chain but consistently good service and good food. I like the fact that they kept the ability to order at your table since COVID (so handy). A lovely building and the staff were all friendly

Bacco Longue is a fantastic spot to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner and often has something for every palate whilst being a vintage but quirky style restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting, however, it can get quite busy and you may have to wait up to 10 minutes before seating on certain days.

Great food, really enjoyed it here

Not bad place, food is good, but if you need a VAT receipt for work or other purposes, chances are you won't get it. Had a meal last night, and asked for receipt, was told printer isn't working and they will print one downstairs and bring it over. Apart from food nothing was brought over, I finished my meal and went to the tills where they just said "you are waiting for receipt right, we will sort it" about 15 mins of waiting a guy came over and asked for my email to send receipt, but still received nothing. Won't be using again.

Never a bad meal, friendly staff, good atmosphere and clean. The garlic Parmesan fries are to die for!

Five of us went for lunch. Two of our dinner choices were out of stock, not too much of an issue has we were offered higher priced alternatives for no extra charge. One meal was delivered approx. 15 minutes before the other four so we didn't eat together. Food was good when it arrived but the service could be improved.

I love the decorations of this restaurant, the only downside is I think they have tried to put too many tables upstairs which makes it feel quite cramped. The food is usually very good and they have a great range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free foods. Service is usually very good however you can sometimes wait quite a while to be seated.

Service slow. Food lukewarm at best and probably on the menu described a certain way served totally different as in lack of food. Drinks duped on the two for one cocktails think we had mocktails to be fair.

Went for breakfast. Ordered eggs florentine at table via website; payment taken online. Efficient. Food came promptly. Nice, tasty.

Looks a lovely place but the service by the girl with short dark and glasses that looks like she's had a bad day was not good.. As I went to order I was greated by, "yes"... No thank you nothing.. Wish I took photo of breakfast... One sausage.. This is not the first time we've had bad service of her so we've decided not to go again..plenty of restaurants close by with good service (London calling or the Lounge, Chiccos) . We go out roughly twice a week. Not every restaurant is perfect but at least the service is pleasant. 4 of us paid approx £90 with coffees and beer after...

Love Bacco Lounge and have been coming here for years 😁. It’s cosy, quirky and friendly, and ordering from the table is very easy. I have just one gripe from this evening though. I know the place is dog friendly, but are they allowed to sit on the upholstered sofas? Many people are allergic to dogs, and I certainly don’t want to sit on seats covered in dog hair, dirt and possibly fleas. There was a dog upstairs on the sofa by the window the whole time we were there. Otherwise 5 stars.

Great evening meal last Friday evening with friends. Particular praise to Holly who responded positively to my complaint on being provided with 1 large and 2 small onion rings for the £3.65 set menu price. Otherwise prices and quality very good as ever. We'll be back 🙂

Rugby needs more places like this

The staff were great. The cocktail was drinkable, even enjoyable. The vegan cauliflower curry, however, was beyond disappointing.

Exactly what you would expect from a "Lounge". It was very busy but all went well. No issues with the table ordering system but frequently had staff trying to deliver food and drinks to us intended for other tables.

I nip in here for food and sometimes a drink and it's always a lovely atmosphere and the food is fantastic

Visited many times before and always had a good experience. However went for breakfast and one of the party had scrambled eggs on toast and the portion was so small. We asked if we could have more scrambled egg and another lady was sent over to tell us that was the portion size. I commented that the portion was very small and was told in no uncertain terms i was being rude!? The plate was taken away and brought back with more scrambled egg but a bit bemused by the attitude as were the other people on the table. Will return as hopefully this was a one off

Went in for breakfast on Easter Sunday, absolutely no complaints on the food , blueberry pancakes were delicious Service was really good , lovely friendly staff Only minor gripe, there was 6 of us and the table was a little cramped

Balcony Lounge is a lovely dining place in amongst the interesting little shops of Rugby Town centre. Great online website let's you select your drinks (with good inclusion or exclusion of ice in cold drinks and milk in hot drinks) and specific meal requests. Whole section for Vegans that is very comprehensive and let's you exclude as well as select items not to your taste. A Glutton Free menu option is also available. Friendly engaging staff bring things to your table and check that you and your order are okay. No need to worry about cash as you paid for it using your electronic card on the website. Not rushed to finish. After 10am it starts to get more people. We opted for upstairs and a two person table next to window so we could look out at the people passing by and the deliveries. Upstairs also has the advantage of the facilities being up there after you have had a number of drinks. The attentive Bacco Lounge staff will whisk off any finished plates and keep the place tidy. The staff also throughly clean down the surfaces ready for the next person. Now no need to wear face masks. A great experience and lovely place to meet up with friends and not have any washing up to worry about.

Amazing warm welcome, everything explained. Beautiful decor, very cosy. Food and drink Presentation - amazing Portion size - bigger than expected Taste - I only wish I tasted more coconut in the curry apart from that it was stunning The bread was a great addition and I cleaned the plate with it... literally, so can't fault the food Brocoli was really tasty just how I like it crunchy Parking available outside on street I paid £2.10 for 1.5h. Child friendly. Only little thing I would highly reccomend doing is table service. Ordering on the app only gives an option of card payment so if you want to pay cash you have to head to the till. This for me was difficult with two kids from the top floor. Would love to see table service. We would have definitely ordered dessert if there was table service. Thank you, not our first time and we will be back 100%

First time visit. Thought it would be more expensive than it was ! Only had coffee, beautifully presented & served. Looked at the menu, and it looked like 'real' food was on offer, not a pattern on a plate. Reasonable prices compared to some places I've visited recently. Saw food being served...it all looked & smelled really good. Looking forward to having a meal there soon.

Great place to have a breakfast & dine in . Set on 2 floors this place is ideal if you have a dog . A little above average on the price of things .. Great service & good food . Can get very busy at peak eating times . Occasionally queuing outside the doors at these peak times . But goes down quickly. Can also get noisy at peak times . So not so ideal a place up take your loved one for a romantic lunch . But great for a place to meet up for a chat with friends. With the bonus you can take the pooches with you . We can recommend the burger & fries . That's a good safe choice from the menu . The sausage sandwich is nice also . Another nice touch is the availability to order from your phone from your table . lovely interior & again the staff are very friendly & service is very good .

Simple menu. Food is above average.

We had tried to book in advance earlier in the day, but the system was down - with no advice to say so. The place was very busy - more so than my friends who have been on multiple occasions have seen before, however a table was found for us within around 20mins which wasn't bad. Unfortunately this was upstairs, so as a mobility impaired person this was a struggle. QR ordering at the table was therefore very welcome! I ordered a goan lamb curry with a flatbread (same as another within our group) which seemed to have either been dismissed as a duplicate or forgotten, as my dish arrived fifteen minutes later , and subsequently half of our group were almost finished before I was starting. It was however really good when it came, with very very tender slow cooked lamb and crunchy veg and plenty of flavour. The flatbread was also clearly freshly cooked, so was worth the wait. Would definitely go back at a less busy time.

I didn't take any photos of the food, but the soup of the day they served was surprising. Black bean and coffee soup. Try it and you will not regret it. My 3 yo enjoyed the pink lemonade so I had to get another one for myself.
