Beautiful food. Came on time (small discrepancy on time from the app, I phoned and they explained it to me super helpfully and politely). Great service.

Just placed an order and paid for it online then get an email to say they have refunded my order, I won’t get the money back in my account for 5 days ! Just walked to the shop to see what’s happened they are closed! It says on Google and their own website they are open and will let you order and pay still! That was my last bit of money in my bank until tomorrow too so now we have no dinner tonight! Thanks a lot

Absolutely rubbish, got chicken chow main instead of Singapore noodles and the sweet and sour pork was dry and tasteless

Always use Ruby Express as our go to for Chinese. My partner is vegetarian and his meals are always equally as perfect as the meat and fish dishes. Never had a single bad item from here, in all starters, mains, sauces and sides. Amazing quality. Amazing service and lovely menu options! 10/10!

Ordered a vegetarian meal, received a meat one (chicken). I'm not a vegetarian so I ate it, but I ordered a vegetable curry because I wanted a vegetable curry. Delivered to the wrong person this would have been wholly unacceptable. Long time customer, now looking for a new Chinese takeaway.

Ordered 4 dishes for less than 22 pounds with free prawn crackers (order over $15)...those are in good portions so its worth the money. Beef and chicken are tasty and you don't smell of frozen food as usually found in takeaways. I visited this shop by chance and its a good surprise that I really enjoyed the food. Fried rice and fried noodles are above average in my opinion....as a Chinese. There are many Asian takeaway shops around that area and I just found out why this shop has the highest rating from customers on Google map. Well done

First time ordering from here as new to the area. Food was really nice, delivery within the time they stated. Only negative was that they didn’t pay attention to my note stating no veg but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Could be for someone with allergies though so worth checking in future. Would definitely order again!

The most delicious Chinese takeaway that I have found here, and they do an excellent selection of vegetarian meals - too often vegetarian options in other places are just various vegetables in sauces, however here you can choose from that or tofu or mock chicken/duck, and they taste really good too! This is the only Chinese takeaway that I order from in Rugby.

2 x chicken chow mein tasted disgusting, both the chicken and noodles had an odd flavour and we scraped them back into the tubs as they were horrible. Chicken in the Thai green curry was not a nice texture too. Not happy, will not order from here again.

The food was hot and very tasty. My only comment would be that the stir fry “mix veg” must have been 95% mushrooms with just a few carrots, no green vegetables.

Food was delivered on time that the app said but the driver had the delivery for a while and by the time it arrived it was quite cold. Have ordered from here before and usually food is lovely and delivered hot so a little disappointing.

Food arrived on time, and was hot, however the quality was poor, the chicken in the chicken chow mien was very fatty and slimy just didn’t taste right. Think I’ll stick to top chef in the future.

1st visit and I'm coming back. I had vermicelli noodles and crispy chicken wings. I was surprised at the choice of container for the noodles but it worked well, kept them hot. The portion sizes are very generous, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely amazing Chinese Takeaway and definitely the best in Rugby! I am gluten intolerant and they make sure that every time I order it is clearly marked when it arrives and is delicious. They also sent a menu along with my first delivery with all of the dishes that they can alter to make gluten free for me so that I have lots of options to chose from next time! Would recommend a thousand times over!

Meat tasted like it had been cooked too long and was old - could tell chef cooked the pork balls for too long and chicken in chow mein was like rubber - should of gone to New Regeant

Absolutely gutted to have spent over £30 on a Chinese that tastes this bad. The tofu is far too spongey, everything is overly greasy, nothing had a nice flavour. Will never be ordering from here again purely based on the taste of the food
