British Kebab Award 😂😂😂 Been in few places to eat kebab. All of them was 100 times better then this one. Expensive, small portion, factory made. No taste, no passion in food making. Hurry up. Who's next. Never again. Turkish guys working there are rude. Attitude very low level. Wandering how much they pay to get all this awards. Avoid. Not worth it.

Delicious salad and kebab. Good selection of takeaways. Swift efficient service from the manager despite a long queue. Highly Recommended.

I had order large doner it vas like small doner and doner very thin i didn't taste doner wasted money I am disappointed what I pay get nothing its not worth pay

Ordered a chicken doner, got told it wasn’t available. Ordered something else and got to leave. Had to call the cops

Very clean food and restaurant, all freshly prepared by the staff there. Lovely, friendly staff who keep me happy with good conversation while I wait. Great size Falafel Wrap with fresh salad and garlic sauce. Various soft drinks and sides (rice, salad, halloumi, wrapped vine leaves), as well as standard kebabs and burger/fries menus.

the staff seem so familiar even though this was my first visit. They were friendly and most helpful. I went again few days later.

If you find yourself in Archway then a trip to Archway Kebab is a must. I’ve been there several times and I’m always taken to kebab heaven! Nice guys behind the counter, lovely chips, succulent doner. Go for it!

Brilliant food been in that kebab since 1989 as the kebab was done 1982 but I born in 1989 I’ve been in that kebab every week Sunday & Wednesday never go to any other kebabs they r the best but please change it to 5 stars not 4 always been 5 thanks 😀👍🏻 It’s the best 1 out of planet kebab planet kebab is disgusting Go to this 1 the other kebab takes sick

The take away was very enjoyable. The food was moist and flavoursome, clearly fresh and good quality ingredients were used. This place is highly recommended and we would visit again.

Use to go here often but in November 2017 I noticed the mixed kebab really tasted off salt. This normally means it is near its end and they have put salt on to try and keep in fresh.That evening had severe stomach pains and after numerous visits to the doctor they confirmed Helicobacter pylori. I have had antibiotics but still having issues. I am convinced this was due to this kebab. I also noticed previously their salad (mainly onions) can be off.

Stunningly succulent meats, gorgeously crisp chips, skilfully shredded salad and gloriously garlicy mayo. What more can we demand, as a consumer, at 3.30am in N19?

They have good quality doner meat. Still need to work on hygiene. This is not Turkey so I expect staff to wash their hands, so was not happy having unwashed hands touching my food. Friendly staff but just the usual ignorance about food handling.

This place does an outstanding doner wrap! It was sooo good and very generous in size. The doner meat and chips is also amazing.

The guys are very straight forward which some can misconstrue as unfriendly but the burgers were so much better than McDonalds up the road, they actually make them in front of you and you get a decent choice in salad and sauces and chips it is my favourite drunk place - though I have tried them sober as well. The chips should automatically come with the burger though it's not right otherwise.

The service was not good because there were foods that had uncommon names, some kebabs with different names at the start of them; when I asked what the difference was the worker did not advise clearly on what it was and did not make a full effort to try. The food is dry and overly improvised, using only sauces to improve the taste of the meat, which will never work. Bad experience, i advise not to go there.

I asked a Turkish restaurateur where he ate when visiting the Archway - The Archway Kebab was his answer! At first glance the decor isn't brilliant, the staff can seem unsmiling, but the food is some of the best and not expensive. The usual kebabs are on offer plus a good array of Turkish meals including Izmir Kofte (meat balls with potatoes /tomatoes ), and a vegetarian alternative. These meals are accompanied by salad, pitta bread, olives and chillies and hummus. Diners are never hurried - and a complimentary Turkish tea (black tea in a glass) finishes off a very good meal. The biggest bonus for me, they do not over-salt their food!

Well it was intended as a quick bite after a long day out but rather than take-away I sat in and ate my lamb kebab meat with chips - supplemented by a generous dollop of garlic mayo. The lamb was very fresh and very juicy. The chips - although 'fries' style were also very good. And a very generous portion of both. Great value.

My friends and I were all horrifically ill after a visit to this place. Do not go here. Visible unhygienic and repulsive service.

Lovely place food cooked well and good portions. Always have the chicken shish kebab and chips. Taziki is nice big portion.

If you like being sworn at by a guy refusing to serve you want you want because he'd rather give you something else go here. If you complain they'll behave like you're a drunk. Even if you're teetotal. Average food, horrible staff. Go anywhere else.

Went for lunch with family, place it's not looking like 5* Restourant but it's not really about look. Staff are so friendly and fresh food. As starter we got crispy bread with humus -"delicious". Large portions with variety of olives, grilled papers and onion. High recommend

I visited this restaurant with my dad for dinner. We were kindly greeted and given olives and other starters while we waited for our food. We had each ordered lamb dishes but different ones although we both received the same kind of meal; it was a bit disappointing that our order had been lost in translation but the food was very nice and extremely fresh. Regardless of the confusion, I would happily return.

To be fair, reviewing a place I went to at 4am is likely to be full of inaccuracies, but what I can say is that it's open very late, the large kebabs are in wrap style bread, the lamb doner meat seemed decent quality compared to the competition and it was pretty tasty.

The best kebab shop in north London - and there is a *lot* of competition! Always spotlessly clean, fast and friendly service. But the main reason why it's always busy is that the food is very tasty... for example the meat is properly marinaded, the halloumi is top quality and the salad is always fresh. These things make a huge difference and that's why my family has been going there for years. The only thing they could do to improve is to start offering home delivery.

Visited this kebab restaurant in March 2015. I had read good things about this place beforehand, and wanted to check it out. Very near to Archway Station it was easy to find. Got in and choose chicken doner portion this time. The meal was excellent, spicy enough, not too much though. As I was only given one fork, it was little difficult to eat but used my hands with it, so no big deal. I think lamb-version could have been even better, do not ask why I chose chicken because I do not know it myself either, but all in all very good meal and amazing value for money, for sure. Definitely will be back there next time I am in London, which would be quite soon actually.

Ok, so I can't get too excited abut a kebab shop in Archway, and I have never ordered takeaway meat here, only chips to go with our eat at home breaded fish, but I do trust this place to do what it has to do well.It is spotlessly clean, the food in the counters in display (kebabs, burgers etc) look very fresh, though I can't comment on the quality of the meat, the doners always smell nice when I'm in there and the chips that we always go for are very good, for a kebab shop. Freshly prepared for us every time and never greasy.There is always a queue, so I'm guessing it's a cut above its competitors even in Archway.
