A decent range of beers in this small tap room, plus a gin list! Gets busy tho, so it is often standing room only.

Great taphouse (more like a bar) with a wide selection of beers, always 2 local ciders available and seem to rotate out often. The spirits selection is also unparalleled with at least 3 Rye whiskeys that I could see, as well as a selection of rarer tequilas and some gins. Staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions, which contributes to an overall good vibe. Dog friendly. Layout and furniture is quite nice, though don't expect to fit too many people in when packed. Had a lovely time.

One staff member was extremely rude. Such a shame as it was a nice place. I live in the area and I'm making my way around every pub to see what's what . I can safely say I wouldn't ever return after the utterly shameful way my partner and I were refused a drink by a young member of staff who accused us of being too drunk after two pints!

Really liked this place. Loved the Czech Budvar on tap. Will definitely come again.

Only 4 customers in, first pub visited on a walk around the town, the guy behind the bar wouldn't serve me, as he thought I was under the influence, fair play to him, but maybe get some better customers reads...

Nothing to not like here. Perfect small town centre pub with a fab interior, but the main draw here is a formidable choice of cask and keg beers. Friendly, knowledgeable staff will guide you through their delights.

THE real ale house of Horsham. Great selection of craft beers to suit everyone's tastes. Good attentive bar staff. The only downside is noise. No soft furnishings to deaden the sound of people speaking - think empty flat and how the sound bounces back off the walls and then add 20 - 30 people talking and trying to be heard. I can only manage a beer or two before I have to leave.

Great family run pub for people who love good beer, good wine and good company. Selection of beer changes regularly, the skilled staff are on hand to help you find something that you'll like or suggest something new. If your watching the pennies they serve beer in smaller measures so you can sample a few beers within a reasonable budget. If you don't drink alcohol try the virgin version of their famous Bloody Mary or one of the alcohol free beers on offer. If you're gluten intolerant there's always at least one beer for you. Food wise they've got bar snacks for a bigger appetite the pub is surrounded by restaurants on East Street. I like this pub!

Great range of beers, inc. good low/ alcohol free beers. The chocolate stout was fabulous. Coffee machine was broken.

What a place! Victorian fascia with a funky colourful interior, i wish this place was my front room, cool but unpretentious! This is an ale-mans dream bar. plenty of choice, guest ales, and once a barrel is sold its replaced by something else entirely, each night session here need not taste the same ever again! This is a must visit bar even if its just for a quick pint and a look around. Not to be missed

Really interesting and tasty beers...I loved the ale I tried and went back for more. The staff were very knowable of their beers and well up for a chat about them, and all important for the discerning middle-aged fat bloke drinker..the stools were very comfy. To be fair I may not be their target demographic, but they made us feel very welcome. :)

I've always enjoyed popping in here after shopping or prior to visiting friends and getting a couple of nice craft cans to take over to them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who always try to help you find something you'll enjoy. They always have a fantastic selection but sadly the recent price increases to the takeaway fridge are nothing short of gouging now, with the average can over £5 each. £16 (£5 more than your closest competitor that's selling it) for a can of the 'Amundsen x Lervig birthday cake' is just taking the mickey, and moreover it's taking advantage of the more pretentious of your locals that will lap it up for the scarcity factor. Hope it gets sorted.

The new incarnation of an old classic drinking location is a great addition to the Horsham Eat Street locale. Good selection of beers and ales and whisky to interest the curious and staff are lovely in directing you towards ideas for a pint.

One of my favourite boozers on the planet. Lovely, lovely staff, groovy tunes and excellent ale.

Had a few pints of proper Budwar brewed in Czech Republic. You can ask for a cut beer as well, which looks and tastes good.

I personally love craft beer and the Anchor Tap sells local, as well as craft beers from all over the UK. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly too. Visit this place, you will love it.

If you like unusual brews ( and wines) this is a must. Not cheap but some surprising delights to sample.

Brilliant real ale tap house with a great range of beers

An excellent venue, with echoes of a traditional boozer. The selection of ales is always interesting, with something for everyone; despite it being an ale pub there's a good selection of wines, whisk(e)ys, and liqueurs. The staff know what they're talking about, and are friendly to boot, always happy to offer a taster or advice on your choice. Dog friendly, background musak at a sensible, non-oppressive volume. Pricey, but most definitely worth it. Chris, Amy, and KC are particular stand-out staff, hat's off to them. Go. To. This. Pub.

Nice pub more of a cocktail bar atmosphere. Not a great shape either and at £4.90 for a 5 per cent real ale it was quite expensive. With a focus on craft beer to. An example of dark star selling out to commerciality
