Very rude lady who worked there. Spoke to me and my family so rudely. Never again

Had a quick bite after a good day on the slope. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

What a disappointment! Chicken schnitzel probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried. Chicken was still pink and yet dried out so much it was hard to cut. and did not taste right. Meal took a while to come out seeing as the place was empty. Much nicer franchise restaurants in the building. Here your paying mountain side prices for inedible junk.

Came in yesterday for a hot chocolate and all the staff were very polite and the drinks were nice however it was ruined as when me and my friend were about to leave we were given multiple mucky looks from one of the staff members, I didn’t get her name but she had black hair, quiet short and probably mid 30s. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. She wasn’t in the cafe long so I assume she may be a manager as she was also in different uniform.

It's gone down hill so fast since you have to pay to enter. There's no beer on tap only bottles

The racist older lady at the Alpine Kitchen was so miserable when serving us, no hello and barely spoke. The atmosphere and vibe of the place was not bad, she just spoilt it for us, wouldn’t go again because of her

Grwta location, fun to be by the slope. Perfect for our 4 yr old who could play on the soft play. V helpful waitress and food fine too.

Ordered an oat milk latte due to our baby having a soy and dairy intolerance via breast feeding and was given a latte with real milk. Now our son has had a reaction and is arching in pain. Allergens need to be taken more seriously as it could easily prove fatal.

Lovely Val d’Isere burgers following a couple of hours on the slopes. Great food and friendly service.

Popped in for a drink and food with my kids. My order was taken wrong but reprocessed. I have no issue with this as mistakes happen however I do have an issue with the attitude and lack of manners from some of the staff. The drinks, including a hot tea, were put at the end of the bar near the entrance. While sorting the tea a waitress came with food and shouted "watch your back" at me. No please, no excuse me, just rudeness. She then returned to the bar area and bumped me then again proceeded to bump me out of the way again a moment later without any word or apologies. If this is the way the staff are allowed to treat customers then I won't be coming back and will be passing on this information to my friends and family in the area.

terrible. waited 40 mins for cheesy chips and they did not come. had to ask them how long it’ll take and they said they’ve started them now. many people who ordered after me got their food first. terrible.
