Order food at 7pm and still sat her waiting for it at 20:17 absolute joke

Took them almost 2 hours after ordering to cancel the order as they couldn't make it. Absolute joke.

DO NOT ORDER HERE, Gone down hill. Good was so salty it hurt your mouth, meat dry like rubber. Said 8pm delivery which was 1hr, didn't arrive until 1.5hrs later.

Special fried rice soggy,noodles boiled and slimy,chips cold and tasted reheated.will not be ordering from here again

The quality of food was shocking! Iceland could have delivered better prepared food. I leave this comment not to be rude but hopefully to be constructive. It seems to me that a lack of care has been taken in preparation of this food, potentially due to complacency. I do believe this restaurant has potential. They are very reliable with their estimated time of arrival. However I have come to the conclusion that this impacts there quality of food

Food was just thrown together, and the rice was unedible, was all stuck together. Thrown the lot in the bin!

So salty it was awful. there were no prawns in the special fried rice the noodles were so greasy it was unreal. love a good Chinese but can honestly say this one was not up to scratch. I don't like leaving bad reviews but on this occasion I feel I have to. the meal was a birthday meal and it was ruined from the salty nature of the food. could have cooked better myself to he honest.

There was an object in my meal it looked like a piece of wire it was about one n half inch long it was black and I tried to bend it but couldn’t and it’s put me off ordering again

Didn’t bring the main dish I ordered but instead brought a side. Called the restaurant and they told me if I wanted the main I ordered it would be an hour wait. Food wasn’t bad but not tasty. Won’t be ordering again.

Order from here all the time for our Chinese and never usually have a problem but tonight was absolutely shocking. Food was 45 mins late and very cold and not what I ordered.

Eventho our order took ages to get to us. The lady that delivered our food was really apologetic and lovely. The food was absolutely delicious. We will 100% be ordering here again. Thank you 😊

After a 2 hour wait, the food was horrible, the full order was wrong. Rang up and asked for our order replacing after they refused to refund. After another 45 minute wait, they replaced one meal out of the whole entire order. A wasted £45! Wouldn’t even bother entertaining the business.

Gret food. Wish that they would do crispy lemon chicken, that would be perfect.

Apparently the restaurant was closed but another family restaurant made the food. An hour late! Order from these guys the most but will think about elsewhere. Shame, as the food is good

Will never order from them again. Don’t use if you actually want your food. Last two times I have ordered it has taken over two hours

Chips were chewy and stale, chicken in oyster sauce very watery and salty, spring rolls were just bizarre like no other filing I've ever had in a spring roll, like how can you get so many basics wrong?!

no salt and pepper on the munchies box, stone cold, pork ribs was just chunks of fat, the chicken in the chicken chow mein was like jelly. absolutely vile, wouldn't feed it to my dogs.

None of them food didn’t come and when you call they said it as so we went and checked and they call bk I missed heard the wife for she said it was but it not been I wonder of sent it bk for men in garden anyway play if you don’t head us it round here kids will see it and run off with so I would like they fill payment back and want be use them again not happy as been in hospital all day with are 4 week old baby so that would of been only food with had and was last of r money so thanks a lot

The order was over 1.5 hours late and they still managed to give us the wrong appetiser. I spent £30 and they offered me £4 to make up for it after saying on the phone they would give me a full refund that I rightly deserve. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered literally a chicken fried rice, sweet and sour prawns and some springs rolls, the order is nearly an hour late and I have tried numerous times to contact the restaurant, and it doesn't even accept the call, The order still hasn't arrived so I've had to rder elsewhere, won't be ordering again and I expect a full refund.....can't give negative stars sadly.

absolutely amazing food best Chinese I've had in a while! all food was hot and fresh and came in the time it stated!

Food was later than expected which was inconvenient cause my son needed to eat before bed. Food was ok, but meats were a bit tough and the sweet and sour sauce very sickly.

Everybody agrees to never buy from here again. Really disappointed! Salt and pepper chips were a box of mcains chips with some onion thrown on!! Every tastes 'off'. The curry sauce has a fruity taste, everything is sweaty as its been sat for too long and started going cold. The positives were we recieved free spring rolls and thr egg fried rice tasted nice over all 3/10 will not be buying here again

My order took nearly two hours to be delivered. it was estimated to be delivered with in 40mins. when I called the restaurant for an update they were very rude telling me I would have to wait. Once my food arrived it was flat cold and the chips were stall. in all it was totally unedable

got given 3 delivery times, never turned up. finally did and food was not warm with soggy chips. never again coming here.

ordered at 6.15. said delivery was between 6.55 and 7.15 and showed delivered. so I phoned curry house and was told it would be another 20 minutes. order was finally delivered at 8.20

Nearly 3 hours for delivery! Wrong order and when it did finally turn up it was freezing cold! Scabby chips and chewy chicken. Never again will I order from here. Used to be nice but the past few times have been absolutely disgusting!

Placed order at 6.30 it arrived at 9.20! Original delivery time 45 mins then updated to another 45 then it said delivered! Had to call them and they said no time to update Just eat and it would arrive soon soon being 8 calls later and over an hour later after that! 3hrs to get a takeaway is ridiculous. Definitely won't be ordering again!

Absolutely appalling, ordered at 17:55. Has to call at 19:25 to see where it was, was told it was out for delivery… turned up at 19:55 stone cold, and inedible, soggy stale chips. £47 order, two hour delivery and terrible food

The food was lovely, piping hot and tasty. Not overly greasy like most takeouts, and the takeaway called to check my order ahead of prepping it. Only grumble is it was quite expensive. £3 for boiled rice when a bag is about 90p… however hoping the prices are just a reflection of the current financial climate.

Waited 2 hours on an 40-60 minute wait when ordered. Tried to call 49 times but clearly had phone off the hook. When eventually delivered and asked why so late the reason was they forgot the drinks and had to go back. It’s 10 minutes away so really unlucky they forgot them 6 times on the bounce.

Delivery was on time yet the food tasted like it had been prepared hours ago. Chips were dry, curry sauce had a thick layer over the top of it so came out in one big lump to begin with. Chicken was also dry and really chewy. Rice was the best part but even that was only just warm.

my food was lovely, but unfortunately it was only luke warm and my chips were almost cold. Never had any issues from here before it's always been spot on. I'm guessing that they were very busy with it been Christmas eve.

i ordered 2 portions of salt and pepper chips and the chips had no seasoning on, they was really dry.

100% the worst Chinese I've had ever. Onion rings were thick in soggy batter, sweet and sour sauce didn't taste anything like it should, chicken balls were terrible very chewy. My partners noodle box was terrible. Defo wont be coming back.

Wow absolutely SHOCKING ive been coming here years no no problems and today what i received wasn’t even edible it’s gone on the bin wouldn’t even feed my dog it crispy chilli beef was rock solid in edible and my beef in black bean I have no clue what that even was because it wasn’t beef in black bean sauce it was like chewing cardboard and the noodles were like they’ve been sat in water for a week, called over 20 times with no answer this is not on at all

Wow!!!!! Discussing and straight in the bin wish I had looked at the reviews first before ordering. Orderd early thinking it would arrive hot. Half the order has arrived cold and not much of it for the price. Won't order again. Oh and your delivery driver is rude.

I'm trying to ring the company as I'm discusted what I have recieved. 19 calls and still not answering. Cold tastless and straight in the bin!!!!!!! Should have looked at reviews first. Needs shutting down.

Can’t even rate the food as we didn’t even get to pick it up. Went to the address that’s stated on the just eat app and took us to an industrial estate. Tried ringing the restaurant for 40 minutes constantly and no one answered. Eventually found the restaurant at a totally different address that’s provided and they had shut the barriers down. Surely when someone doesn’t pick their order up you should ring them before closing. Especially when we rang your phone 30 plus times! Absolutely shocking

I wasn’t happy with the way the munchie box was presented. It was all thrown into a box. Our guests wouldn’t eat as all ingredients mixed.

Curry sauce was all over the bag and the chips were dry and hard they tasted like they were old and had been warmed up. The sweet and sour chicken was really nice though.

How do you forget the chicken balls but send the sweet & sour sauce??
